I have lost my credit card before 2 days of the due date of payment, as my card having evm feature so i blocked my credit card immediately. After this, i realized how poor services this bank providing, the credit de-linked from my account and there was no option of payment was showing, neither i could download the credit card statements. I called up to the customer care where they also don't know how to do the payment, dozens of email i dropped but no satisfactory replied came from their side, and when i got frustrated i let the amount being outstanding.
After 5 days i got a call from their customer care executive and then they requested me to pay the outstanding amount, and i asked through which way i can pay the amount and it takes 1 hour as he was also doing r&d on the subject and finally, i paid the amount.
Now my next month statement has generated and the same issue is going on, again i dropped emails but my query didn't get resolved and finally today i went to the bank and they show me the credit card statement on desktop, where i found they has charged apxx rs. 1600 against late fee, interest and auto-debit return fee.
I didn't ask any question instead of one "how can i pay this amount" and i paid through my debit card.
However, i have paid the total amount due but the charges they levied are totally useless, and i need refund of the same.
