    with reference to the above I surprised to note from my SB a/c that an amount of Rs.10.372/- was drawn towards premium amount for ICICI Lombard gen.insurence.I confirm that no cheque or debit advise was given to any person, but debited with out any information, i am aged about 67 years, how to eligible gen.insurence. so please get back my amount and cancelled the policy. if any doubts please feel free to call [protected] or [protected]@yahoo.com

      I have sent my vehicle hr 51 ap 4405 in toyota showroom (Thirty six toyota) for repairs. They got surveyed the vehicle from icici lombard and told us that they will just clear 3 items and we need to pay rs. 1000 as processing charges.
      Now they have made a bill of rs 18518.0 and want me to pay rs 7448.0 despite of cashless policy. The showroom is saying that insurance company is charging double the processing fees and many parts are not passed by them.
      We could have done the repair outside showroom if they had clearly told us the amount. They kept us in dark and now not giving my car for last 5 days. I am not able to reach office as no public transport goes to that location and there is very high taxi charges which i am paying everyday.
      Kindly help to get my claim duly processed as per genuinity of the situation.

        Hello Team, With reference to my card number ILGIC/IZQ/00/[protected]/S issued under policy No.4016/81038448/00/000 (corporate policy by IGATE Global Solutions) issued by ICICI Lombard, I want to highlight following issues 1) Company refused to make payment by Postal Order/Demand Draft and insisted on sending a crossed Cheque for payment.AsI was at my parents place during my maternity leave and not carrying the cheque book, I requested the company to make payment through demand draft/postal order which they refused. Request you to please confirm if this is an acceptable practice as per IRDA regulations. 2) After sending crossed cheque, the company came with another document required towards processing of claim. Is this acceptable given that all the relevant documents missing were already identified by the company in the 1st query raised from them and subsequently submitted (itemised bill, full and final settlement bill, all medicines bill, all reports in original) . I strongly believe this is an unfair, unethical and wrongly intended action by the company to humiliate its policy holders. All the documents given by the hospital have already been provided to the company and under all possible reasonable scenario they are more than sufficient to identify each and every medical process undergone by the policy holder along with corresponding expense. Moreover, the hospital have not issued separate document as requested by the company in its latest request ("Kindly furnish charges incurred towards Myomectomy separately for further processing of claim"). If this was such a critical document, shouldn't the ICICI have raised this in the first query. Secondly, if this document is so critical, shouldn't the hospital have issued the same. Am I expected to get customised documents from the hospital based on the whims and fancies of Insurance companies??If the company so requires, they can directly contact the hospital for the details, why should I be wasting my time towards all this ir-relevant and deliberately wrongly intended documentation after paying the premium that the company wanted for the insurance . I request immediate penal action against ICICI Lombard for unfair practices being done in the guise of documentation. Further, I expect reasonable compensation for going through this agony and humiliation. Please respond and action on priority. Thanks & Regards,

          I have made payment for renewal of my previous health policy no 4034i/CHI/06038006/01/000 and made payment thru hdfc credit card dated[protected] at request of customer care representative for instant renewal of the policy. The payment has been recognized by the customer callers and showing in my account but no policy documents plus card not received so far..             I have an ICICI lombard health insurance policy wherein they have changed the earlier policy to new plan CHI as per IRDA guidelines. I am with ICICI Lombard for last 4 years. My policy expires on 9th June and I am to renew this and for this I got call from your company on 28th May 2014 to renew the same and the premium I used to pay is Rs. 7086/- for 2 years and now I am been asked to pay Rs. 11225/- which whooping 60% increase!!! The product seems to have upgraded [ I know the entire sales story as I spoke to 4-5 people already ] – it may have been but why don’t you tell this to your customer well in 90 days advance because today even for health portability I need to do it minimum 45 days in advance, this is the tactic of looting the customers. After my second mail on grievance mail, I got call from Pooja Pande and she expressed her displeasure and asked me to renew the policy. Are you guys so adamant and cannot look at customer view that he has to pay 60% additional money for Premium and that too without having any claims. It is just because Icici Lombard was directed by IRDA to follow certain basic conditions for consumer which were not followed earlier- so the company had to change the plan at the cost of increasing the premium by 60% !!! There is no renewal notice from ICICI Lombard which is must atleast 60 to 90 days in advance in such case where you want to charge such hefty premium. Today I was told renewal notice was sent by ordinary POST!!! Do you want me to believe on this? They do not have a proof. Your company is looting customer by charging 60% more premium over the earlier year – IRDA must act on this. This is against consumer interest, completely Unethical and who ever has made this product has NOT kept consumers in mind and it is just LOOTING business. What action can one take on this?

              I have taken the icici lombard motor insurance policy, i did n't claimed any thing during firstyear policy and renewal the second year. after renewed met an small accident and bike left side got damaged and went to show room and asked for estimation. they told 3k to replace the parts.Then have registed my claim with icicic lomabard and they have sms my claim number and later surveyor came and visited. he was not given approval because accident is happen before renewal, i said aftre renewal only, he was asking fir, while renewal have you taken photo of your bike. I told him its not my respomsibility to take photo, icici lombard renewal team has to take photo He was not given approval and he needs 15 days to investigate.Finally its approved and did n't know its approved, i didn't got message also, once i call ed work stattion, they told its got approved. Its hectic process and customer care people don't any thing and also we have to pay the cash, insurance will credit after 15days. Worst service and please do n't prefer icici lombard

                Unbelievable yes but this is true. I bought a health insurance policy for my parents 3 years back from ICICI Lombard after little research. my parents were till now in 45-55 age slab. From this year onwards they raised the premium from Rs10500 to Rs32000 stating that my policy has been upgraded and some benefits have been added and your parent is falling in the age group of 56 years and above. I strongly feel that no justification is enough to raise the premium more than 3 times of your original premium. I strongly recommend not to buy any policy from ICICI Lombard.

                  My ICICI Lombard Health Policy number is 4034i/CHI/71620424/00/000
                  I have this health policy since 2008 and renewing it after every 2 year for amount Rs. 8800 around, as per the rules. Now suddenly this people are asking me to renew this policy for Rs. 20000 & saying that they have added new features and your old policy is now no more. I asked them to continue with existing feature but they are saying that, old policy does not exists now & I have to pay 20K to renew this policy since my age is also got increased. Right now I don't want to pay premium more that double of what I was paying earlier. How can they change this product and charge me more than double ? Is it valid to change the premium when age is increased ? Right now I want to continue with this policy with same premium, since it is old one. Please help me on this.

                          Dear Concern, I have an urgent complaint regarding my claim settlement towards my motor insurance policy thru ICICI Lombard for my car. My car met with an accident on 24 April 2014 at 11:30 Am approx and had damaged from front bumper, bonnet and right rear door. Now your executive came for survey and said that you won’t get claim damage for front bumper and right hand side rear door. I want to know the reason for the same. 1. Bumpers are not covered in insurance policy ????????. 2. Rear doors are also part of the car so why they are not covered ???????????. Your executive are doing wrong commitments at the time policy issuance and do wrong valuations. I need surveyor’s report as well when I took this policy. Now I need urgent resolution for the same.

                            I have been buying insurance policies from ICICI lombard for my mother (policy number 4034i/FFH/W-226351/05/000), and have renewed the same over the last 4 years. Though they have been consistantly increasing the premium every year, this year they have increased the premium 2.5 times, citing the reason that they have discontinued the old product as it was not meeting IRDA norms and the new policy will cost me over 21, 000/- whereas I was only paying 8, 000/- previously. I have contacted their customer support and grievance cell but they are not ready to listen to my request. The policy is taken for my mother aged 57 years and have accumulated coverage of existing illness on this policy. ICICI is resorting to unfair practices.

The surveyor who had come for inspection of the vehicle did not cooperate with us regarding the estimation for a dicky door Replace and its Painting.                                 I had taken an International Travel insurance policy with ICICI Lombard from Ameerpet branch, ICICI bank, through Ms.A.Anuradha for travel to DOHA via Dubai from Hyderabad and return by Emirates Airlines. I returned back to Hyderabad from Dubai on 23rd March 2014 at 2000hrs by Emirates flight no: EK528.While picking my suitcase and airbag from the luggage conveyor at the arrival area, I observed that the Zip locking arrangement of my airbag was broken and the trolley wheel of my American Tourister suitcase was broken along with the tearing of the suitcase lining.Both of the luggages were rendered in unusable condition. Since I am claiming for the damage to the container as per the travel policy (airbag and suitcase) and not part of the contents, my claim for reimbursement is teneble. I may pl be reimbursed the amount Inspite of continuous telephone calls and correspondances to the concerned, including Ms.A.Anuradha, employee of ICICI Lombard, no one has responded so far.

                                  Hi, Its been almost 3 weeks since the inspection is done, but till now there is no activity from ICICI Lombard. I raised a request (Req no:[protected]) for the transfer and sent the doc through mail. After inspection, i was suppose to get a call from payment dept for online payment, missed the call once and never got the call again. I called up 5-6 times and finally they said that i need to send the cheque to Mallad, Mumbai office as online payment cant be done.I sent the cheque (ICICI Bank, No:232578, Rs 57) through speed post (EK[protected]IN) and t hey received it on 19th March. Today again i called up but they are clueless as there is no updation on this request as what is happening. None of the guys knows about the process and they are totally clueless. I have never faced such a pathetic service and really frustrated.

                                    I hadan ICICI Lombard policy with No.3005/77993166/00/000 which was going to expire on[protected] so to renew the policy I had paid online using net-banking an amount of Rs.1735 on 20 Feb 2014, and I had received and email instantly after I paid, got the Ecovernote Number: W[protected] and you can see that the amount is debited from my HDFC account instantly.

                                    They are bloody saying that payment was terminated from your end & I termite payment then how did that payment got debited from my HDFC account ? They are not answering anything now

                                      Dear Sir, I have taken an insurance with ICICI Lombard ( Secure Mind) Policy No : 4065/ICIC-LL/L-2564986/00/000 Policy No : 4111/HSP/78088904/00/000 I had requested for the cancellation of both the policies on Jan 26 2014. I received the SMS that the refund cheque will be delivered within 10 working days. I waited for the refund cheque but it was not delivered. Then after 15 days I called the call centre and they said the cheque was returned. I enquired the reason but they were unable to fetch any detail and said that their courier department is not having any detail. I gave them my office address and all the supporting docs for the redelivery of my refund cheque. After few days I received the refund cheque of about 6000 for one of my policy. For the second policy there was no intimation from their side. The refund amount was about 26500 and they were very reluctant to issue the refund. I have been calling the call centre almost every day ( it been about 50 calls so far ) and the only response that I receive is that they are chasing up with the courier department. I have wasted half an hour everyday in order to call their paid call centres as their toll free customer care is never being picked up. The service of the call centre is worst experience that I have encountered in my life. Employees of ICICI Lombard Call centre make false commitments and would never call back to resolve the customer queries. I am very shocked by the service provided by the such a reputed insurance company as Lombard. I understand that there is interest benefit to the company on delaying the customer cheque and this route of earning is unethical. I would not recommend to purchase any sort of policy from ICICI Lombard. Strict action should be taken against such unethical behaviour from such a big company. Thanks!
