Cheater Firm, Took my money but didn't give me service

Used abusive language

I received call from [protected] and person told calling from ICICI LOMBARD and tried to get information regarding financial detail, but when I denied it and disconnected the call, he called couple of times and using abusive and very filthy language. Finally I avoid the number and not picked up further calls.
I don't under stand how companies are employing such employees to harsh the citizen and using abusive language....
