Dear Sir/Madam,
I Mr.Vinay S Zodge applied for Car Insurance policy with ICICILOMBARD online on 16th Jan 2015 and made payment by credit card on the same day.I have been assigned proposal number W[protected].
My Car Inspection been done on 17th Jan 2015 in the afternoon.
After that I did not received any communication regarding policy issuance/rejection from ICICILOMBARD.
When I checked for status on 27th Jan 2015 after 10days of payment, i came to know its been rejected on the basis of scratches on car door.I really wonder only based on scratches, policy been rejected as other features are safe and secure.Also if policy been rejected, no communication of payment refund received from ICICILOMARD.If policy is been rejected, i was not communicated asap so that i should have tried for other insurance company
I am really dissapointed with ICICILOMBARD.I requested Call centre executive to speak me to concerned person form car insurance but hanged up.
I wrote a mail to support team and support team replied me on 29th Jan 2015 with service request number
[protected] and said refund will be done in 7 working days.But till today 11th Feb, after 10 days, i did not have my premium refunded nor any update on this...
