    We have taken a Travel Insurance Policy from ICICI during my parents visit to Kuwait. When they were in Kuwait, my father had a severe pain in passing urine (Prostate). When we consulted a Doctor, he prescribed some medicine for 15 days and later on recommended for an operation. The incident was reported to ICICI claim department. When we submitted the bills and other details to ICICI for claim disbursement they rejected the claim as the incident occurred before policy inception. We do agree that we should have read all the details mentioned in policy which we didn’t. My first question to ICICI as the policy was taken for Kuwait visit can’t the settle the claim. Secondly when the incident occurred we had reported the incident during that time nobody from ICICI advised about the dates.

      Hello, I got a car insurance policy which I was issued with my car on Purchase. I called up ICICI toll free number to get the procedure for policy renewal in Feb 2015. I was advised to visit the Green Park Branch for the same. Upon visit I was told that ICICI Lombard would not renew my policy as I have got a policy through dealer. Basis the response received I contacted my Renault Car Showroom as they are the dealer for ICICI Lombard insurance. I received a call from Pearl Honda on behalf of Renault sprint motors, they gave me a quotation of RS. 20421 for the renewal. The quotation mentioned about the mandatory charges and add on features I would be getting with policy. An executive was sent to my home to collect the cheque for renewal payment. While taking payment no cover note was issued and to justify that a call from (Miss. Uma from ICICI Lombard Gurgaon office was received. She told that there are issues with our system due to which we are not able to generate cover notes for policies and we would receive the policy and cover note in 2-3 days time. Basis mail received from Pearl Honda executive on behalf of ICICI Lombard cheque was handed over and payment were made. Post that there was no update on the policy and cover note. After several follow up calls i could get in touch with Mr.Kapil from ICICI Lombard Gurgaon office. He generated a policy number cum policy certificate for my car. The document which was created was not accurate and consisted all the incorrect details. I was cheated as : I never opted for Voluntary deductible but they applied same in my policy. I was charged Rs.599 for RSA cover which is available at Rs.99 in ICICI Lombard through online portal. Car number mentioned on policy is incorrect. Insured address mentioned is incorrect.         Dear Sir/ Madam Greetings My unt named SEWATI HAZARIKA received a cheque of Rs 7500 dated 16/12/2015 vide cheque no 358160 from ICICI lombard General Insurance Co Ltd. she received the cheque on 19th March, three days after validity is over. So pl suggest what shoud i do now. Is it possible if i send the required docouments to transfer it through NEFT/RTGS. Shall be highly glad if you kindly suggest earliest possible. Regards K Z Haque

At the time of bonus they provide 5% and loading 50% It must be same from both the end.               this is inform that i have got a bike insured by icici Lombard . the bike met with an accident . i have submitted the bike at royal en field service centre . I had to paid Rs 15551 and the insurance claim which icici Lombard has provide is Rs 7122. it less than 50% even. The bike is 18 months only if you depriciate it will 25% only. i should be getting 75% of the amount i paid . i have escalated the in ms Vasundhara b vice president of service quality team followed icici Lombard escalations process its of ne use. Shivam or shubam form icici Lombard contact is it resolved not knowing what the complaint was updating he will contact me once again .The contact never happen . This a way they deal with complaint pathetic service .this the interaction id Lombard has created [protected]. still no update .even in the stating Mr a karthikeyan didn't approved tank paint . so i spoke with his manager Mr balaji he updated he will increased tank amount to Rs 1000 more but it didn't happen . i attaching the bill copy of the service which i paid to royal infield service centre

                icici Lombard is one of the worst service provider in 2 wheeler insurance . my bike met with an accident. i have submitted the vehicle to authorised royal en field service centre. the bill amount i paid was Rs 15551.they have provided me a claim of Rs 7122.it even less than 50%. I have ask the reason why is it less than 50%. they dint reply even i have escalated to vice president ms vasundhara B still no body has taken any responsibility. fist of all survey officer officer told i will not getting money for tank paint . then i escalated to his manager mr manager about this . his manager told that Rs 900 is already given 1000 more will paid . that didn't happen . i raised by concern to vice president of the grievance cell of icici Lombard somebody shivam or shubam call asking whether its fixed or not . Calling from escalations desk he doesnt know what the issue .this the may they deal with customer. The bike is 18 months old at least i should be getting 75% of the amount i have paid, The part of enfield are all made of irom rarely any plastic part so if you depriciate it will be 20% to 25%. I am attaching the photocopy of bill i paid to royal enfield

                    I had filed my complaint vide no[protected] of Rs. 22251.00 for the left elbow surgery treatment. I am surprised that against this they have approved only 16451.00 and deducted Rs. 5800.00 on a/c of medicines and others. I want to clarify that the department had raised the query of Rs. 500/- towards medicine detail and asked for a copy of cheque for remittance of payment through NEFT. despite of sending all the detail to them how they can deduct the 5800.00 against they have not even raised any query. its was a surgery then tell me on which ground they have deducted OT assistant charges and RMO charges. whereas nothing has mentioned in the policy that OT assistant charges shall not be cleared by the department. I have deposited all the amount from my pocket I am not in a position to bear the amount of single penny.

                        Dear Sir/Madam, I Mr.Vinay S Zodge applied for Car Insurance policy with ICICILOMBARD online on 16th Jan 2015 and made payment by credit card on the same day.I have been assigned proposal number W[protected]. My Car Inspection been done on 17th Jan 2015 in the afternoon. After that I did not received any communication regarding policy issuance/rejection from ICICILOMBARD. When I checked for status on 27th Jan 2015 after 10days of payment, i came to know its been rejected on the basis of scratches on car door.I really wonder only based on scratches, policy been rejected as other features are safe and secure.Also if policy been rejected, no communication of payment refund received from ICICILOMARD.If policy is been rejected, i was not communicated asap so that i should have tried for other insurance company I am really dissapointed with ICICILOMBARD.I requested Call centre executive to speak me to concerned person form car insurance but hanged up. I wrote a mail to support team and support team replied me on 29th Jan 2015 with service request number [protected] and said refund will be done in 7 working days.But till today 11th Feb, after 10 days, i did not have my premium refunded nor any update on this...                           In respect of the mail received by me intimating the rejection of my claim on the reference numbers above mentioned. I would like to bring your kind attention that my claim was rejected on the ground that "TWO YEARS WAITING PERIOD" I would like to intimate your goodselves to recheck my policy status on the same, whereas I have been in the policy for more than 5 years and been regularly paying my instalments within due period without any delay or fail.


                          Further, pls. note the policy Nos.4034I/FPP/04231124/02/000 for the period from 2010 to 2012 were one and same. And when I renewed the policy during the period 2012 to this year i.e., 2015, the card number of my policy was one and same. The card is[protected].


                          As so I wonder your goodselves are rejecting the medical claim for no reasons. On receipt of your mail dated:13.01.2015 regarding the rejection of claim, immediately I have made a detailed and elaborate reply stating my policy status with clear information on the same and further for perusal I had even attached my cards, however it is utter shock to me to again receive the rejection mail from your goodselves without any valid reason just by cut copying the earlier mail sent to me.


                          I request your goodselves to diligently verify my claim on the above policy and I would like to have a clear information on rejection of claim for no fault of mine.


                          Further I be a middle class working employee choose your goodselves for mediclaim considering the basic brand value of yours in the market and further considering the reliability and transparency in process. I have been already undergoing severe mental agony due to ill health of my daughter along with hospitalization expenses incurred on the same.


                          Hence, I request to goodselves to peruse the documents properly and process the claim at the earliest enabling me to reduce my burden at the earliest.

                            Good Afternoon My car has stolen from outside of my house from gurgaon Haryana, more than six month ago . My claim no is MOTO.FAIL>NO 4019696 car is Santro HR 26AH0366Hyundai make i called several times in icici Lombard claim branch every time the concern person gave me a contact no of another person just like happened in govt office some time i thought why i have insured my car from icici Lombard if they have such kind of service. i have blindly chasing the Lombard team every time I got a stupid reason from their side, this time they have said that the keys of car are sent to Hyundai to check that whether the keys are original or not I have deposited all the necessary document to the investigating person. But still I am chasing for small amount of my claim You can easily understood the pain of a common man who purchased a used car of small budget how he collect that amount I got that after a long spam of time and when its stolen you can easily understand the pain from which I have passed The loan amount is too low if we compare please help in getting my claim Thanks Jitender sharma [protected]

                              Dear Sir/Madam, I wanted to cancel my insurance policy as it was issued even after my repeated mails not to go ahead with issuance. They stated as they had target as it was month end and they had to issue it. This was the exact statement. This is very sad state of affairs. Even in ICICI website which had the customer redressal, I followed the protocol and even waited for the 72 hours in 3 levels of complaint (At last to vice president). I am still waiting for a closure of my complaint. I have been sending mails to them from January 6th 2015 but no action has been taken. They had taken 1 lakh premium from loan account as well. I would term this as extortion. Please help me with the cancellation and advise what needs to be done further?                                   Bought a car insurance renewal policy from ICICI, Promised IDV was 1.83L, however the policy received was 1.72L. Upon asking to cancel, I was told on 23rd Dec that I will get full refund as my new policy was to come in existence from 31st Dec 2014. Now I am told it will be on Prorata basis. Back office says that on 8th Jan, why this happened don't know. Upon continuous follow ups and emails came to know on 30th Jan 2015 that policy is not yet cancelled. They are the worst people. Should not buy ICICI products.

                                    Hi, I tried several times to connect to ICICI Customer care. I want to raise a complain against the way They handle my case in very insensible way. I submitted all necessary document and doctor also issue the letter what is problem and how can this problem resolve . Instead o[censored]nderstanding the issue or raise query If you have any doubts, How can you reject my case and just inform by call with 2 liner you case is rejected as per policy T&C without answering my question. from more than 5 year I am renewing this without taking any claim and now when I required your help or want to avail policy benefits then that's time you guys behave like this ... please sensible ... here I am not asking for any offer for nay shopping or loan .. this related to my life and the problem I facing in my daily life because of this problem Please let me know where I need to contact so that I can explain my problem and clarify all doubt .. if you have nay doubt then please query to doctor instead of rejecting claim.                                       I recieved a call from ICICI head office in malad regarding a health policy in which i have to pay premium for 2 years and the policy is for five years with tax benefits they had deducted amount of 11800 from my credit card and converted into emi and after that no mail no message no policy i had recieved i had filed a complaint regarding the same in icici lombard and send them my credit card statement which is clearly showing that amount is been deducted for ICICI lombard but still these people are unable to figure out that where my policy had gone they always keep me on hold and never reply i had shoot several mails but nothing happened below mentioned are my complaint details.
