Sir I have renewed my health insurance policy no. 4034i/FPP/W[protected]/00/000 on 14 January 2014 through online payment. But ICICI Lombard has issued me a new policy no. 4034i/FPP/76894807/00/000 by stating that i have choosen the new policy option and they did not renewed it. I am paying them since last four years and did not claimed even a single paise from them and after four year continuosly running my policy they have given me a new policy. All the benefits accrued to my last policy has been destroyed without any reason. I need my last policy to be renewed with all the benefits. Regards CA Sachin Agarwal Mob. No. [protected]

MOTO3508676 for my vechicle on 1st January 2014 but till today I didn't get my claim amount return in my ICICI Account[protected].Day before yesterday when I inquired from ICICI Lombard Customer care then I was in deep pain and shocked that due to some error the amount has been transfered to another account.       I received call from [protected] and person told calling from ICICI LOMBARD and tried to get information regarding financial detail, but when I denied it and disconnected the call, he called couple of times and using abusive and very filthy language. Finally I avoid the number and not picked up further calls.
      I don't under stand how companies are employing such employees to harsh the citizen and using abusive language.

        Hi I have taken ICICI Home loan, before sign off, I have been told by your insurance person, that both applicant & coapplicant have been covered for all insurances, I called back representative asking for insurance documents of my wife, he told to wait for couple of days for my wife's insurance policy documents. I waited, I odd not received any, I again called, then the rep said, coapplicant is not covered for anything, Also he never said the premium paid (5.5 lakhs) is only for years I was surprised to hear this & started enquiring in the markets for the same, I found that the price charged by ICICI is very high At the cost of the interest paid for 5.5 lakhs, I can buy insurance in market, I have sent all information to ICICI Lombard rep, there is no response In view of this I request you guys to refund the entire amount with interest charged for this amount without fail ASAP. But received policy for my daughter and my wife&son"s each Rs 3000000/( three lakhs) policy no;4128i/P-HP/86175703/00/000 dated 31.12, 2013.and 4128i/P-HB/86175695/00/000 daed 31.12.2013.But my policy was rejected same date .I paid Rs.24890/ for three policys.kindly return the amount for my policy towards my syndicate bank a/c no;[protected], Paid cheaque no;190375, syndicate bank, perambur, cennai-11.(IFSC code.SYNB0006001) my cellno;[protected]. &[protected].mail ID;[protected]@gmail.com. pls return my policy amount with immediate effect.regarding this subjects agent is not response and not attending cellphone and very poor service in this matter.

            I have purchased a policy for my mother in the year 2010 and since then ICICI Lombard is continuously increasing the Renewal amount. Also every year they are changing the policy name and gives us the excuse that they have changed the plan and that's why there is a change in Renewal amount. Last year I have the policy for which the number was 4034i/CHI/76959905/00/000 and when this year I tried to renew it online there was no information there. Also when I tried contacting their phone support they also don't have any information regarding this policy and was suggesting me to visit nearest branch. When I visited the branch once again they also don't have any information and asked me to come next day for information and when I visited for the second time they informed me that the existing policy has been stopped and for the new policy I have to pay them 27, 000/-. Above that this year they doesn't even approach us for any kind of renewal and there was no call in order to renew the policy. They are really a big cheaters. ICICI Lombard is FAKE...CHEATERS...

              Dear concerned, I have received a a cheque No.495883 of ICICI Bank Ltd, amounting to Rs.94021/- as vehicle insurance claim settlement, claim no.MOT3428134. I had deposited that particular cheque in my HDFC Account No.[protected] maitnained with the HDFC Bank, Jaigaon Branch. On dated 14/01/2014, I got a letter from HDFC Bank along with the cheque as the cheque had been returned. Due to effects not yet cleared, present again. As a customer we do not expecr this kind of harressment from such an esteemed organisation like yours.due to this we are charged for the cheque return from my bank. This has been a cause of major embarresment to me. You are therefore requested to take immediate action and clear the cheque ASAP or else we will be compelled to approach the consumer forum. As per part II of the schedule exclusion 3.1, the claims arising on account of or in connection with any Pre-existing illness shall be excluded from the scope of cover under the policy and the same has been covered under the Policy, without a break, for a period of 4 consecutive years immediately preceding the Period of Insurance. Kindly find the attached detailed letter sent on December 24, 2013 for your reference. We look forward to serve you.                   I am having ICICI lombard health insurance policy (Family floater plan) for my parents & i am renewing this policy since last 7 years. My policy no is 4034i/FFH/76052651/00/000. This policy is due on 13th December 2013. I was waiting for the renewal notice / online renewal link from ICICI lomabard on my online portal (which is created on their website) but ICICI didnt forward me any renewal notice till last date. Then i have to call then 2-3 times & to speak with their customer service for around half an hour to get renewal notice to renew my policy. On 18th December i got the renewal notice from ICICI dated 9th October 2013 which i never received before. Even when i registered complaint in their customer service, they are also not aware about it. I saw the premium and found shocked as ICICI has increased the premium by more than double of my last year. I got a renewal notice with premium amount of Rs. 42597 against a coverage of 3 Lakhs for my parents. Details of my previous premiums are as below: 1) Dec 2012 - Dec 2013 : 16485/- 2) Dec 2011 - Dec 2012 : 16183/- 3) Dec 2010 - Dec 2011 : 12841/- 4) Dec 2009 - Dec 2010 : 12841/- 5) Dec 2008 - Dec 2009 : 13067/- 6) Dec 2007 - Dec 2008 : 12413/- 7) Dec 2006 - Dec 2007 : 13713/- When i complained about increase of premium to their customer service, they informed me that their existing product is replaced with their new product with new features. That is the reason, there is revision in premium also. New features are as below: covering of PED after 1 year, regular medical check ups, no claim loading etc. I would like to inform you that i am already getting all these benefits with my existing policy as i am having this policy since last 7 years. So this new product is not helping me in any ways but only increasing my trouble with heavy premium. As a middle class person, i am not able to afford such a high premium every year.                     Hi Sir/Madam, I had taken a policy @ ICICI Lombard Health Insurance (Nirmaya Policy) last year in respect of my son Mr. tanmay kala bearing Policy No. 4444/78901635/00/000.I had submitted all my original bills, proofs and prescriptions at your branch situated at ICICI Lombard, Nirain Manzil, 3rd Floor, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi - 110001 through registered post & received confirmation message on 05.072013 that claim request has been registered with us as CL[protected].But till date no payment has been made. Thereafter I have sent them 5 to 6 mails for status of claim & payment thereof. However each time they sent a mail stating that “we apoligize for the inconvenience caused. Please be informed that we have forwarded the reqeust to the concerned team to process the claim on priority. Please allow some time for the same. Once the claim is processed as per policy terms & conditions you will receive an auto genearted email. Regards, Sushma, Customer Service Manager ICICI Lombard Healthcare." Frustrated by these routine mails, I have escalated my complaint to second level. However once again I received the similar mail stating that"With reference to your e-mail dated 09 Dec 2013. Please be informed we have forwarded your request to concern team we will process the claim on priority.To view real time status of your cashless request(s) or claim(s), please visit our website using following link"I tried toll free number also but always found busy. The status generated by above link is that "There are no Cash Less/ Reimbursement Claims for the selected family. "Please help me in respect of correct status of my claim and reimbursement thereof .                       I purchased a second hand car this year around 6 months back. Same day I applied for name change in RC book through a dealer in RTO. In november my cars insurance got lapsed, so I applied for insurance through ICICI lombard. Whatever they quoted I paid the amount on their site. After few days my got accident. I applied for the claim them the insurance guys started harashing me. First of all they asked for RCbook. when I told them Till yet I haven't got the RC then they said that they can't provide the claim without RC. I showed them the receipt that I got from RTO but they rejected it. After that they said that they need the car information copy from RTO. Any how I got that from RTO. I called them several times but no inputs from their end. Again I talked to their customer care and now after several efforts I got a reply from their end "this time they rejected the clain by saying that my policy is not valid and I am using a faulty policy". It seems like people are sitting there in relaxed condition. They only wants to mentaly torture the customer. Now a days I am thinking like I made a mistake by purchasing the policy from them.                         I have taken house loan from ICICI bank in 2010 in joint application with my mother, for which they said you have to taken insurance also on home loan, which I took. After 3 years they said, you have to take insurance in name of your mother also. They said 500 per month will be deducted from your account for the tenure of loan and insurance will also be for the same period. I agree to it. Then I did not received policy papers for 2 months and Rs.500 started deducting from my account. I chased them to send me policy papers & they mailed the same to me. I was shocked to see that tenure of policy was only 5 years, while they will deduct 6000 p.a. from my account for 20 years. This insurance premium is too high for cover of Rs.15 lacs only, & they sold me policy on false terms. So, I write to them regarding cancellation of policy, clearing mentioning the policy number & instead of cancelling that policy they have cancelled the policy which I took in 2010, which I have never mentioned them to cancel. I am chasing them from last two months, but they are not resolving the issue. I have copies of all the correspondence & can prove the fraud done by them. The bank is harassing customers & is total fraud. Never take any loan or insurance from them.

                            I had bought a medical insurance policy 4034/CHI/75353814/00/000 on 17th Nov' 06 @ a premium of Rs. 18k and I have maintained on time premium payment record since them. I was been informed by ICICI Lombard that they have unilaterally discontinued the policy from 1st Oct 2013 and they have proposed a new policy at the premium of Rs. 46, 640. I have till date paid more than Rs. one lakh. I wast to contest my case in the consumer court..
                            Hello exactly same is the case with me. I paid 13, 000/- premium for three years without availing any benefit and now Lomabrd has discontinued my policy and offered me 32, 000/- premium policy under the name of IRDA's new guidelines. I too want to knock the consumer forum's doors. my email ID is [protected]@gmail.com. We can do it jointly. Rather I would say we should bring all who are suffering this together and then go to consumer court.

I have renewed the policy for 4 times and the policy got expired on Oct 6th 2013, from the day of expiry i am trying to renew but the customer care people are telling that my renewal document has not generated and need to wait until it is generated. I request everyone not to choose ICICI Lombard as your Health Insurance. I am worrying that if my parents fell ill with in the time of renewal because of ICICI mistake i need to face the problem and i cant utilise the policy even i am having the policy from 5 years. SO PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY ACTION

                                Hello Sir My name is Ram Avatar. I had taken a policy in the name of Anusha Shwaraj in March 2013 and i got jher treatment done from Fortis Hospital in September. She was admitted there for 5 days and when she got discharged i submitted a claim but my claim was not processed and i had to pay a huge sum of amount. I talked to customer care 18002666 hundred times but they only give us 2 hrs timeline and do nothing. My claim request number is[protected] and my phone number is [protected].                                   I had taken out a health insurance policy with ICICI Lombard last year, policy no. 4063i/HAP/W[protected]/00/000. The sum assured is Rs 3 lakhs and the premium paid was Rs 15000. I am surprised and shocked to receive a renewal notice for the above policy asking for double the premium, i.e. Rs 30,000, without any note of explanation or apology. This goes against all insurance practices. Nor was I informed at the time of taking the policy that the premium would be doubled every year. I made a call to their call centre and their agent spent a lot of time with irrelevant information and waffling about getting the details, he made me hold for 15:21 minutes he disconnected my call. It appears that the company is managed by nincompoops. IRDA should check the qualifications of the management of ICICI Lombard, as the company appears to be ill-managed at every level.

                                  Exactly the same thing has happened with me. They double the premium and they are not able to give any reason for increase in premium. They simply say it is as per IRDA/RBI instructions. Every time I write to them, they will re-transmit same message. I have written to IRDA, OFFICE OF THE GOVERNING BODY OF INSURANCE COUNCIL and ministry of finance.but not yet resolved. I spoke to Min of finance and they said they will aks IRDA to take it up with company. This is clean cheating on the part of Lombard. In case you guys want to joins us, pls conatct me at

                                    I would like to draw your kind attention towards the harrassment done to the customer by M/S ICICI Lombard, in which my claim was not passed for the damage of engine on the grounds "CONSECUTIVE LOSS". The engine was damaged due to accident which occurred as a result of running down of the vehicle in a farmer's land after breaking RCC Poles and Steel wire fencing. The RCC poles had damaged the engine, and the car had come down almost three feet below road level, from where there was no scope to take it out except by toeing. Inspite of several statements the surveyor was not satisfied and the service provider demanded a bill of Rs. 27, 000/- (approx.). On my denial for the said payment M/S Kiran Motors approached M/S ICICI Lombard, and the later had aggreed to pay 50% of the charges which should have been around Rs. 14, 000/-, but sorry to say that the discount I actually recieved and the liability borne by M/S ICICI Lombard, is Rs. 7, 000/- & Rs. 20, 000/- respectively.


                                    I agree to pay the charges for consumable items, but it is difficult to understand what was the liability borne by M/S ICICI Lombard. Customers purchase / renew their policies through M/S Kiran Motors and hence the Good Will of M/S Kiran Motors and ultimately Maruti is damaged.


                                    I urge upon you to look in to the matter on TOP PRIORITY and settle the issue failing which we shall be force take recourse to your Higher Authority.

                                      i have purchased a new car and taken online policy of insurance from icici lombard but their executive on phone issued a renewal policy of a new car and then i have taken a new policy and done the payment twice so i have requested many times to return back my money and they r not responding and not returning money cover note of cancelled policy (issued intentionally by them) W[protected] and new active policy 3001/w-1987048/00/000 *how can be there r two policies one of new and secnd of renewal of a brand new car and same engine and chasis number contact [protected]@yahoo.com [protected]
