False commitment and fraud

I manoj chaudhari proposed an health policy from the concern company herewith policy no 4128i/hpr/90500012/00/000 and made payment through credit card of icici bank having emi facility as per my back policies.

I made payment on 23 may 2o14, which the autorities commited to follow the emi facility... And hence now they are making an argument to pay the amount in full.

Raised premium of my parents medical policy 300%
