Hi Team, I am working in Igate Global Solution Pvt Ltd in Noida Location & our company is tied up with ICICI Lombard for the Medical Insurance. I manoj chaudhari proposed an health policy from the concern company herewith policy no 4128i/hpr/90500012/00/000 and made payment through credit card of icici bank having emi facility as per my back policies.

I made payment on 23 may 2o14, which the autorities commited to follow the emi facility... And hence now they are making an argument to pay the amount in full.

As i made payment icici bank had accured payment...
