It is my painful regret to inform you about the service provided by one of your executive (which I rightfully believe is banks service) in regards with the car insurance policy, which is not only disappointing but also absolutely unacceptable. I had personally visited your Udupi branch somewhere in the third week of December, 2014. I was then asked to contact Mr.Srikanth on +91-[protected]. After repeated calls, you executive Mr.Srikanth visited my office only to make false promises and assurances. I had repeatedly requested him to renew the insurance on or before 31-Dec-2014, since that would be the last day my existing Insurance would be valid for. However, there were no serious attempts made in this regards. On 30th of December, your executive visited my office again to collect the bank cheque (Canara Bank, Cheque number: 036185) and promised the insurance would be renewed the next day. I am writing this letter to you on 05-Jan-2015, 7 days after the cheque has been taken and I am not even informed about the amount that has been written on it. (Your executive had requested for a blank cheque). Now, I am saddened to inform you that your executive has decided not to pick up calls from my number. I had called your executive from a different number on Saturday, who picked up the call and told me in very clear words that he is not worried about any complaints to Mangalore or Udupi branch managers. Hence I am not sure of how well have I utilized my time in writing this letter to you, but then again, I have written this letter only to request you to provide me with my Insurance or my cheque back. Hoping for a better response than the once I received from your executive,

    Hi, I have a car insurance for my Hyundai i20. Online if I renew the existing policy then the premium amount is showing as Rs.15158. The same premium is showing as Rs.11114 if I select a new policy and provide details of the old policy. This is complete cheating! Why is there is difference of 4K of existing customer and a new customer. Why should I buy policy from ICICI if they are cheating like this. I chatted with online executive, they did not have an answer for this. I even got a call from customer care who had no answer as well.

      After paying the money through online link provided by elite insurance agents, it gave a cover note. Which is not the original one as per the ICICI lombard insurance customer care replied. What need to do to track my payment and proposal/policy.

        It's really made me upset and put me in deep sorrow when my insurance claim has been rejected by ICICI Lombard. I had lost my Job on 30th Nov due to cost cutting in my organization and It has been cleary told me by ICICI executive that my home loan based policy " HOME SAFE PLUS (No: 4065/ICICILL/94075488/00/000) " is active from the day one and my home & I are secured under this policy from the same day. It was big shocking day for me when i came to know about my job loss but it was little relief for me that at least i have insurence policy which will help me to pay my EMI's for 3 months and till that i will find some job but they just screwed me up by telling some hidden clause that i can take claim only after 90 days of policy activate. I paid them around Rs. 96K but on my policy is shows Paid premium is Rs.88000. Never get to know about missing Rs.8K. and i never even received my policy documents after getting insurance done. After calling & writing multiple times, i got soft copy over email of my insurance. Please can you help me to take this case forward!!!

          hi i have taken a motor policy from your company, on 4th dec 2014 my eco sport car has been accident which i already claim ragister with your toll free num 18002666, claim num is MOT04230006. today is 29th dec-2014 but still claim is in pending status . is this the services offer by icici Lombard to customer . Your appointed representative nt given correct information . when i ask the csm wat happen about my claim he did not get correct information, i already submitted req docs and help then any investigation bt icici managers or your customer care person nt given any help . icici Lombard harassment a lot and now if my claim is not settled i will go for court ... need a clarification or resolve the case as soon as possible .

            Hello, I have made a claim under group insurance. I have claim details, but some detail, They reply to my office mail id after 15 days after sending claim form. I have send the additional detail throught courier, ICICI sent me 2 reminder, I have send courier, but still they have send me the reminder. when 1 reminder where sent me as per courier DTDC additional forms where already delivered, but still they didnt check n sent out 2 reminder. which delayed week. ICICI had delayed the claim n sending me the mails saying please co-operate, I went back to they strong and screen shot.

              Hi, On Dated 10, December 10, 2014 i had registered a claim no. mot04241155 against Policy No. 3005/W­28834577/00/000 and your executive commits me that on tomorrow our field supervisor checked the bike and process the claim but i have not received any call from your side and for the same when i called yesterday (December 12, 2014) at your call centre and ask him, executive says he has taken my request and given me the Service Request No. [protected] and says today definitely our field supervisor process my claim. But still i haven’t received any call from your side, Is this type of service you are giving to customer. This is the last time i am intimating you if you are not going to listen then i will file the case to consumer court because my bike wheels are damaged (Alignment out) and at the time of driving the bike both the wheels are too much bubbling and if any Mis-happening done in future you are the only one who is responsible for that. I am continuing your policy Since Year 2007 and i have never claimed it before i ask you that If i have taken your policy then it’s your responsibility or not. If you are not take any action then i will file the case to consumer court and also give this letter to consumer court and take it as a proof that i already request you to process the claim because the wheels of bike are too much bubbling and if any Mis-happening done in future you are the only one who is responsible for that.                 My client Sri Kaushik Duggi Sahu Hyderabad got his vehicle insured in your icici lombard Hyderabad bearing vehicle No.A.P.-20-AA-3456 and the insurance policy No.3001/86186642/00/B00. The said vehicle met with an accident on[protected] at 5-30 PM near Kothakot Mehaboob Nagar Distrct Telangana State. Sir my client informed about the accident to your good offices and all the required documents had been submitted. The claim No.MOTO3936367. In this regard i have to make mention here that the claim was rejected stating that my client has given a sale letter on white paper that he has sold the vehicle to somebody else. Actually my client does not know about the letter and the vehicle has not transfered to any body. The vehicle still stands in the name of my client and my client also availed a vehicle loan from HDFC bank Hyderabad. So my client is the obsolute owner of the vehicle. As per the insurance terms and conditions the vehicle if sold somebody else it must be registerd in the records of the Road Transport Authority RC copy of the vehicle should be named on the new owner and then only policy can be transfered to new owner of vehicle..So please look in to the matter and do the justice to my client.Being an advocate i am advising the people to make insurance with ICICI Lombard because the claims are disposed very quckly.                   repected sir On 6 september 2014 I had buyed motor policy from icic lombard general insurance for my i20 car registerd pb08bt4687 the policy number is 3001/93711498/00/B00 i had buyed a second hand car whoes insurance wasnt available but to transfer the rc the insurance of car is mandatory so i buyed a new policy from icici on the name of previous owner named mr gurvinder singh but after the rc was transferred on my name i called the company and told them to transfer the insurance on my my name as panna lal madan they siad ok we will send the surveyer and the surveyer came and did the survey but next day i recieved the mail the your endorcement is cancelled due to problem survey the problem Was that there was small scratch in front wind screen which was not thEre when insurance was done it was a small scratch which comes due to sunlight now is it my fault that the the scratch has come on it there was no accident of car Now they are saying they will not transfer our insurance .                     I had paid my premium money for renewing my 2 wheeler motor insurance toward payment for ICICI Lombard through HDFC net banking on November 22nd, 2014. Till now, I haven't received any acknowledgement regarding the payment made. I had raised several complaints with ICICI Lombard through email and phone communication but, I haven't got proper response for the complaints made.

                      Hi, This mail is regarding accidental claim of 2 wheeler Honda Aviator with registration number as UP 76 Q 0939 in name of Sudhir Kumar Dhawan in October 2014. The policy number is 3005/[protected]/00/[protected] with ICICI Lombard under Zero Depriciation clause. As the insurance had a feature of cashless vehicle service under accident I require an inquiry that why I was charged Rs 3700/- at the time of delivery as my vehicle was not even a year old. Please revert me the action initiated by you as I would require full information regarding this case else I will raise a formal complaint at IRDA within 7 days from now. As I have contacted your local agent Sushant Singh with contact number [protected] as the accident occured and did all the formalities as suggested I would require expedite resolution of this issue. As it seems that you and the dealer have an understanding to create discrepency in the paper work and if at all the document you required was not provided why did you made partial payment you would have declined it as a whole or is it a way to tweak the things and commit a fraud against customer and as planned not arrange any paper document. One more thing as you claim the policy to be cashless how could I provide you the documents and how could you ask me to provide you the same do you think that I print them at home. See I just want the case to be handled in professional manner and expect decency from you guys to accept the mistake by you else I would be forced to go to IRDA which will cause me further delay and headche and would motivate me to teach tougher lesson.                         On Saturday I have call with ICICI executive for linking Aadhaar to Bank Account. After completion she request and transfer call to ICICI lombard executive to know about offer. I listen offer of Card Protection Plan. But I haven't agreed or confirmed to pay amount Rs. 5187 to ICICI lombard. I strongly request to take action against this fraud and refund my amount back.

                          I have taken icici medical insurance for me and my spouse, i have not claimed any thing till now and been reniewing successfully from past three years, as recently i came to know that my wife is pregnant and i have checked the policy wording document which is kept on icici website and in that it is clearly mentioned in page 6 and point no 6 line d, that the waiting period to avail this maternity cover facility is 3 years, so i called up customer care to confirm the same but got shocked to hear that they said it is only for customers who buy policy at branch but not for online customers.. but unfortunately it was never mentioned anywhere in the policy wordings document.. and now i am worried that whatever they have mentioned in the policy wording document is genuine or no. for me it is complete misguiding and cheating the customers by showing attractive features in documents and not providing complete information and more over keeping them in their website...hope someone from higher authorities taken serious action against this misleading and fraud company.

So i dont have current details, it is a request to you that kindly pull the data from my old policy. cover Note number : 78200206 Let me tell you the story : My bike was stolen a few months ago. So I had to complain at ICICI and dwarka police station. from police station i received FIR copy and from ICICI one one your executive his name was (Mehar singh : [protected] and Pawan : [protected] )come to my place for documentation word after that they Took all papers with bike key. Now i got call from police station and they said Your bike is found. so come with documents and collect your bike. for documents i called to mr pawan he said call mehar, i called to mehar he said call to Manoj.when i called to manoj he said go to pritam pura branch and check your documents. then i call at your customer care centre the he gave me serware number i called him he said i donnt have any details about case. again i called to your customer one of your floor supervisor put me a call conf with miss charu charu said that today my executive call you and provide you the decrement the date was 17th nov 2014. today is 21st Nov. but i have't received any call from your side. today again i called at your customer service number but they dont have any update. my main concern is what customer you guys are giving to customer and If I have to do all the follow up they why you charging service tax. or do you have mentioned any where hat i have to call at any person cell number

Premium paid : Rs 8474.00 Correspondence happened with Mr. Saviraj Shetty, Asst, Manager Claims Dept. ICICI Lombard and all this is present in attached document. His email: [protected]@europ-assistance.in Address: Europ Assistance India 301, C Wing, Business Square, Chakala, Andher Kurla Road, Andheri ( East ), Mumbai 400093 Dear Sir/Madam, I had gone to USA to meet my daughter staying at New Jersey, USA on 26th May 2014. My return journey was on 03 July 2014 by AIR INDIA flight number AI144 from Newark airport to Mumbai airport. I had taken the ICICI Lombard travel insurance for above period. As per the return date 03 July, I had come to Newark airport from New Jersey to catch the flight. However, the flight was cancelled by AIR INDIA due to some technical reasons and re-scheduled on next day. But again on the next day, it was cancelled and re-scheduled on next day. Due to my old age (68 years) and being pure vegetarian, it was not feasible for me to stay on airport for so long time and I had traveled back to my daughter’s place by cab and returned back on next day by cab for which the charges incurred were $450.00. Hence under the TRIP DELAY clause covered under policy, I submitted the claim to ICICI Lombard. I claimed only the Taxi charges for to & fro journey which was rejected by ICICI Lombard by giving reason that taxi charges are not covered. I read the complete policy document that was received to me when I bought the policy. But since it did not contain the detail clauses, I requested them to send the complete policy details. Very first, when I buy the policy, all the necessary documents covering the policy details must be given which was not provided to me. After receiving the details from ICICI Lombard, I went through all the details but it is NOT AT ALL MENTION ANYTHING ABOUT cab charges. All communication with claims dept, is present in attached document. ICICI Lombard has done complete cheating with me. As per Mr. Saviraj from claims dept in his email said that the reimbursement for food is covered though there was no mention about food in the policy. Then why cab charges are not covered? How one can travel with so heavy luggage in foreign country?? Since I didn’t submit the food bills, he altered his policy swiftly to cover the food charges. Is it a correct practice? I feel that this is a deliberate rejection of my claim and hence I am seeking your help and support in this regards and do the justice. Thanking you, Yours sincerely, H. N. Baldota

                                Its with great regret, disappointment & deep sense of betrayal i have to tell that ICICI Lombard fails to fulfill the commitment of Insurance Claim. Contrary to the promise made by ICICI, during enquiry if the opted treatment was covered under the policy. I was requested me to provide me a letter from the hospital on all the details of the treatment and the cost of the procedures to be performed. We have provided the details to Anil John who is the main Point of contact for ICICI insurance. Anil John confirmed a reply mail stating that my treatment will be covered. I was admitted in Arth hospital for 3 days (17Jul-19Jul) due to problem with Slip disc in my Spine and i was unable to even stand up. I was treated with the below mentioned procedures - Kadi Basti - Greva basti - Abhyanga and PPS - Nadi Sweda - Matra Basti (which is the same as in the letter provided to ICICI to confirm if the the treatment procedures were covered). The treatment provided are PROCEDURES performed on me and clearly not OBSERVATION. I contacted the ICICI call center as my claim was rejected, who told me that the treatment was not provided and it was mere observation. The problem i was facing is Slip disc in my Lower back and just by keeping me in observation will not cure me of the pain/problem The treatment was provided continuously for 3 days and when my body reacted positively and i was in a slightly better state, i was discharged and was advised to continue the same PROCEDURES as my treatment for 28 days by the Doctors which is done accordingly. The following actions were taken by me to opt for the claim: 1: Check with ICICI if the treatment is covered under Insurance - Contacted the In-charge of Medical claims in our Office (Deutsche bank) with the letter from the hospital on details of the treatment. I received a email stating that all the procedures mentioned in the letter is covered. 2: Admitted in the hospital from 17th Jul to 19th Jul during which the all the PROCEDURES provided in the letter from hospital to ICICI is performed. Discharge summary for the admitted period is provided along with all the PROCEDURES of treatment is mentioned on the same. 3: All hospital bills like Admission/discharge fee along with Discharge summary, Bills for the PROCEDURES perfomred, Bills for Medicines and MRI SCAN reports are submitted to ICICI to avail the claim. We have also provided the Medical treatment prescribed by other Doctors (Apart from ARTH hospital) where we consulted for second/third opinion on the treatment. 4: As directed by ICICI insurance, we are requested to make payment of the entire treatment and then submit for the claim in Insurance which is done accordingly. All the polices/procedures required in duly followed. This is absolutely unethical, unprofessional & devoid of any fairness, to me this looks like our hard earned money being used for the treatment by false promise used for rolling purpose without honoring the commitment made at the begining . Which is exactly what i read in the reviews online before the payment inspite of that i trusted ICICI on your words but to no avail. The only reply i get from ICICI is that the claim is rejected as it doesnt meet certain terms (Term 2) which states that the patient has to be hospitalized for 24hrs and procedures to be performed during the period and i have been hospitalized and procedures were performed and the same is stated on the discharge summary. But the call center tells that the ICICI doctors are not approving the claim.. I really feel cheated here as i have spent huge amount on the treatment and followed all procedures as stated by ICICI but invain. Please help!                                   I have policy of ICICI Lombard, I claim against Medical bill Approx RS. 32000 for reimbursement, we have submitted all original bill, report and inward report but after approx 1 month my claim has been rejected with some common reason “Rejected As per the Part III of the schedule, exclusion under 14, Fraudulent claims? If any claim is in any respect fraudulent, or if any false statement, or declaration is made or used in support thereof, or any fraudulent means or devices are used by the insured or any one acting on his means or device are used by the insured any one acting on his behalf to obtain any benefit under this policy not payable” My baby admitted due to dengue fever and policy no is: 4128I/HPR/90444221/00/000 date of addition is: 11-AUG-14 I want my claim amount, and why they rejected my claim without any proper reason. I requested to share the reason and let me know which document has false statement. I’ll certify with hospital and provide you. In this case if am not able to furnish document, then you have valid reason to reject. During the claim process you haven’t ask any single query.. Even I vested your support office located in thane. They said your all paper is correct and nothing is wrong. I have at least 4 health policy icici Lombard if there is no proper action taken I this policy then I’ll go with other company.                                       Please Register a complaint against ICICI Lombard General Insurance Co. Ltd. In furtherance to our complaint dated 1.11.2014, it is regretted that no payment has been made till date by ICICI Lombard General Insurance Co. Ltd. The mail is repeated herewith for your convenience and further delay being caused is detailed below : Extraordinary delay in passing Claim of Car No. CH01AP0054, Skoda-Superb Policy No. 3001/82412279/01/000, Claim No. MOT04065746, disgraceful service in settling the claim taking more than 45 days on 0 dep policy having IDV of Rs. 17, 06, 250/- The above car met with an accident on 13.9.2014 at about 2.30 a.m. and car was deliver for repair same day to Giri Raj Motors, Gurgaon but till date the claim has not been settled. The brief particulars of bad service of your officers especially Mr. Rajeev Dhawan handling the claim are as follows:- Date of accident - 13.9.2014 Inspite of various phone calls senior surveyor was not appointed between 13.9.2014 onwards On 25.9.2014 the Investigation Officer visited our office to whom the required undertaking and details were provided On various phone calls and personal visits, nothing concrete was informed, only it was informed that the investigation has been completed On around 17.10.2014 it was promised by Mr. Sidhanshu your officer that it is a full loss and the claim amount would be paid by 22.10.2014 Your officer Sh. Rajeev Dhawan never responded to various calls of ours On 27.10.2014 it was informed by Sh. Rajeev Dhawan the car has been put on online auction to pay the full loss which will be settled by 31.10.2014 But on 31.10.2014 your officer Sh. Rajeev Dhawan refused to various phone calls made to him, lastly various messages were sent to him in the evening but and the response received was that the exact information will be provided on 3.11.2014 and if the full loss is not paid by 3.11.2014, the repaid of the car would be initiated on 4.11.2014. It has taken 52 days to settle the full loss and now it is being informed that on 4.11.2014 the repairs will be initiated. We hereby give you a notice to settle the full claim by 4.11.2014 or else we will file the damages case against the company and its officers for providing disgraceful services in settling the claim. After several phone calls made from 11.00 a.m. till 4.00 p.m. to Mr. Rajeev Dhawan on 3.11.2014, the following mail was received at 4.00 p.m. on 3.11.2014 Rajeev Dhawan <rajeev.[protected]@icicilombard.com> 4:01 PM (20 hours ago) to pavansacheva, me Dear Sir, Plz find below list ...if settled as Cash Loss basis 1) Original RC. 2) Original keys (All) 3) 5 Photos 4) Foreclosure/Financier NOC if hypothecated with bank. 5) AML Docs ( PAN Card, Address proof ) 6) If Superdhari on vehicle then Sale letter issued from court. 7) Service Manual 8) Original Invoice if Hypo not mentioned on RC. 9) Indemnity as per cash loss settlement. ( on 100 Rs stamp paper attested by the notory, attached ) 10) Request Letter ( As attached on plain paper ) 11) Form 28, 29, 30, in triplicate 12) Cancelled cheque with printed name. ( if name not printed then pls attach bank statement ) Address/Signature on the claim form should match with AML docs provided. Rgds Rajeev Dhawan ICICI Lombard - Nibhaye Vaade. The documents required above were made ready by 5.30 p.m. on 3.11.2014 and it was requested to Mr. Rajeev Dhawan that if they can be delivered at Gurgaon office by 6.00 p.m. but he declined to receive the same day and called the CMD to deliver the papers at Green Park Office between 11.00 and 11.30 a.m. on 4.11.2014 so that the full loss payment can be made immediately. The required documents have been delivered at 11.20 a.m. on 4.11.2014 which have been duly checked by Mr. Sunny Bhalla of your company’s office at Green Park, New Delhi. It is important to note that the required documents delivered did not specify the claim amount as they were asked to be given blank. NEFT form has also been sign and submitted. Dear Sir/Madam In reference to your e.mail dated 3.11.2014, we are enclosing the following : 1. Original RC 2. Original Key 3. 5 Photos of Pavan Sachdeva, CMD of the Company 4. Foreclosure/Financier NOC is not required as we have not taken loan against the Car. 5. AML Document – PAN card of MS Shoes East Ltd. & Pavan Sachdeva, CMD of the company and address proof- Form 18 filed with ROC, Company Master Data, view of signatory details and Form 25C filed with ROC showing Pavan Sachdeva as Managing Director and Memorandum & Article of Association. 6. Superdhari is not required as the car is not on Superdhari. 7. Service Manual. 8. True copy of Invoice. 9. Indemnity on Rs. 100/- stamp paper attested by Notarised for cash loss. 10. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CLAIM HAS ALREADY BEEN DELAYED MORE THAN 50 DAYS, WE EXPECT YOU TO PAY THE ENTIRE CLAIM AMOUNT WITHOUT FURTHER DELAY BY 6.11.2014. Sd/- Chairman-cum-Managing Director Pavan Sachdeva (Original Received and signed by Sunny Bhalla on 4.11.2014 at 11.20 a.m.) However, after receiving all the documents Mr. Sunny Bhalla informed that it will take seven days to receive the money which will be given after the buyer pays. Further the balance amount would take another two weeks thereafter to be remitted from Bombay office. It is important to note that as per Mr. Rajeev Dhawan the online auction was completed on 31.10.2014. It is regretted that we are not concerned whether you sell the car and when you sell the car. We are concerned with the cash loss which occurred on 13.9.2014 but still we have been told to wait for another 20 days to get our claim. This is what your insurance company is upto keeping the claim of Rs. 17.00 lacs to earn interest on the money holding to settle for more than 60 days. We again reiterate that if the payment is not made immediately by 6.11.2014, we will be constraint to file damages case against the company in all forums.
