Ms Corporate Credit Services, Southend, Bangalore through their co-ordinator Ms Shilpa collected cheque for Rs 4900 (premium) against promised car insurance of Rs 325000 for my i10 car KA 05 MJ[protected] Vide cheque. The cover note was issued for Rs 30000 for a premium of Rs 4029. Hr policy issued for rs 300000 with premium of rs 4900. The discrepancy was notified to the facilitator who promised refund of excess premium Collected. Even after 2 months the problem has not Been solved. My several calls n msgs to the person n available contact Numbers have been a waste. Pl look into n resolve. Pl ensure refund of excess collected. MURALI KRISHNA S A. Mob [protected]. Thank u.

    It is very unfortunate and disappointing that companies like ICICI Lombard Motor Insurance is involved in such a fraudulent act. Below is the synopsis of the incident in detail. This is with regards to my motor policy # 3001/[protected]/00/B00 and claim #MOT0 4553559. My vehicle Ford Endeavor met with an accident on 25th April 2015 on our way to Mcleodganj. I believe due to hitting something on the road at night, the front left tyre burst and then the front right tyre also burst. Since the vehicle was in motion when this happened, both the alloys got damaged and the impact came on the suspension and chassis, which is badly damaged. At 1:50 am when I called ICICI for road assistance, they informed that the policy does not provide for road assistance. When I offered to pay for the service, I was informed by the Customer Care agent that the service is not available in the area where the vehicle was and I was advised to contact a local mechanic and get the car in moving condition and drive down. Since there was no damage to the engine, so we got the tyres replaced and the alignment was out, so we somehow managed to drive down to Gurgaon and the vehicle was given to Harpreet Ford service station on 27th April 2015. At the service station, the surveyor Mr. Mukesh Kumar and Area Manager Mr. Rajeev Dhawan did the inspection and denied the claim saying that the damage was due to tyre burst and there is no major physical visible damage; hence we cannot give the claim. However it is clearly mentioned in the attached letter given by Ford that there is an impact on the Chassis due to this accident and it needs to be replaced. The items damaged due to the accident are: • Both front Alloys • Both front Tyres • Front Bumper • Left Fender • Left Rear Bumper • Front Axel • Front Suspension • Chassis Cost estimated by the service center (Harpreet Ford Gurgaon) is approximately over 3.5 Lakhs. I fail to understand the reasoning given by ICICI for not providing the claim. Why would any sane person on earth will cause damage to the chassis intentionally and pay 40 % after the depreciation from his pocket when the vehicle is in good condition. This is such an illogical acquisition by the Area Manager. I have escalated the issue to the customer service department a number of times but have not received any response. If this is the case then I would rather go with some other insurance companies like Bharti AXA, Tata AIG or HDFC which at least respond to customer queries and respect the customers.

      HI I HAVE A M&M XUV 500.. WHICH GOT DAMAGED ON THE LEFT SIDE COMPLETELY ..THIS WAS ON THE 27 TH OF APRIL 2015 IN THE AFTERNOON .. NOW AFTER 4 DAYS OF GIVING THE VEHICLE I AM BEING TOLD BY THE SURYEOR THAT THIS IS OLD DAMAGE ...AND WE WILL ONLY PASS THE REAR LEFT DOOR AND PANEL ...ON MY QUESTION WHAT IS OLD DAMAGE AS IT WAS A SINGLE ACCIDENT THAT THE DAMAGE OCCURED ...AND THE CAR HAS BEEN UNDER THE INSURANCE OF ICICI LOMBARD FROM 3 YRS UNDER A ' 0 ' DEP PLAN ... THE ANSWER OF THE SURYEOR WAS SIR BE HAPPY THAT I AM PASSING THIS MUTCH ALSO ..I CAN REJECT THIS CLAIM AND U WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DO ANY THING ABOUT IT...AS SAID BY MR VIVEK CHANDRA...SURYEOR...         I, Sujoy Roy Chowdhury Complain about the deducted amount of Rs.9990/- for familyfirstplus plan on 6th May 2015 at 4:00 pm a call was received from icici lombard.They have explained me about plan just then I have been talked on IVR and then after they emailed me details.They have explained me about Five benefits which useless for me as emailed details and due to some mishap in my family I faced the financial problem. Without wasting time I sent them an email at that night to cancel my transaction and familyfirstplus plan.Next they called me to explain about it, but plainly told her (Puja) to cancelled my plan.I haven't received any document from them or any parcel.           Hi, 1. Admitted to Artemis Gurgaon for slip disc. 2. Spent a week there. 3. Started therapy at home (therapist assigned by same doctor) 4. Spoke to icici Lombard people if this was covered under their policy. 5. After they said yes, I was treated at home for slip disc. 6. Sent all the original bills from Artemis to the Hyderabad office of icici Lombard. 7. And the claim stands rejected as they don't pay home visit charges now. 8.

            I have drafted 1st email to ICICI lombard on 03rd Jan2015 for register of claim as per non-employement clause on my housing loan. Claim No. GEN[protected] provided to me. My policy certificate no. is 4065/IHFL-HL/2835159/00/000. Finally after long conversation & follow-up finally they provided me reference number : [protected] & ensured me that they will clear the things on or before 20/03/2015. After that on 24/03/2015, they asked to courier hard copies of Claim form, Appointment letter, Salary slips, letter from employer, etc. I provided them all above document on 25/03/2015 by scanned email copy as well as courier to their Telangana office thru Tirupati Courier, POD No. [protected]. The courier was received back to me undelivered on 03/04/2015 (reason provided is - Party not accepted) which i informed to customer care of ICICI lombard on same day.             We have perused the documents and information provided. However, we would like to inform you that we have not received the following necessary documents for processing the claim.

            1. Original Duly filled in claim form (with description of the event)

            2. Photocopy - Policy copy OR Recent Loan or 3 months Card statement (with card copy) if policy linked to

            3. any Loan or Card

            4. Releiving letter from employer confirming the reason for termination (due to Lock out, Retrenchment, Cost

            5. Cutting and Pink Slip/ Any communication from employer)

            6. Last 3 months pay slip or bank statement (for NRI) or Copy of Form 16

            7. Copy of Appointment Letter of last employer

            8. Contact details of employer (phone no. / mobile no./ mail ID/ contact person in HR/ Admin/ Personnel dept)

            9. Appointment letter of Employer if Re employed

            10. VISA proof and Passport copy ( for NRI)

            11. Cancelled Cheque of the claimant (with account holder's name printed) OR NEFT Mandate form duly filled

            12. and verified by bank

            13. AML Documents of the claimant If claim amount more than 1Lakh claimed on an individual's account (Two

            14. passport size photograph, ID and residence proof of the claimant, as per the list provided in last section

            15. of the claim form)


            Further, we have communicated the above requirement through Letter dated 29th January 2015, 13th February 2015, 4th March 2015 and 6th April 2015.

                  I have a motor insurance with ICICI Lombard for my personal car. Recently I had met with an accident and I claimed for insurance. But representatives talking like i should pay half of the amount as there were scratches it seems. When I inquired the half price, for the same price I can get the new parts in other show rooms. I escalated but even though they are expecting me to call them but they are not ready to reach out to me.

                    Hi, I am really disappointed by the way Icici Lombard handled my claim request. I am a professor in prestigious collage and the way my policy claim No- MOT03995056 is closed it raised question on functioning of Insurance Company. Please re open my policy claim and do the due diligence in investigating the fact. If you are not reopening the claim process then guide me to lodge a complain to IRDA.Please find clarification on some query raised by you. My bike was stolen in evening of[protected] and I called the Police on 100 and conveyed in detail regarding the incident .I am attaching copy of my mobile call detail as proof. I had published the news in News paper in next day I am attaching same in mail. On next day I went to Kisanganj police station to lodge complain they took my application and asked me that they do some investigation before filing FIR and they started own investigation and when I followed up they lodged the FIR on[protected].I am a professor my work is teaching and if police said me that they lodge FIR after initial investigation then what can I do? Please review all fact don’t raise integrity question of a professor .I do hope you will reopen the claim request and followup the issue on priority basis .Please feel free to contact me if you need any information from my side.                     In circumstances you are therefore informed that the above claim as made by you stands as "No claim".

Against this Loan ICICI bank provide 3 General Insurance vide policy no-1)4013/98658558/00/000, No-2) 4111/HSP/98646314/00/000 and No- 3)4005/m/ICICIHL/98655088/00/000 due to safety and security purpose for Building and Personal protect .As per the Bank Loan department concern it is a mandatory taken this loan and total Insurance premium is Rs.50000/-(Fifty thousand ) Also inform to you that against this Loan my Mother (Miss.Sipra Pal) is co-applicant . and I am the premium payer . But all above mention 3 policy wrongly issued to my mother name .I think need to insurance against premium payer . And also need to correction in policy salivation, Mr/ Miss, Relation in nominee. I am received the policy Document on February 2015 1st week, and inform to concern person to who is take cake for all loan department on Shyam Bazar branch. They told me it is no problem it will be rectify ASAP, but still is not happening in this issue. I am visited to Shyam Bazar branch on 2nd week of April 2015 they given a mobile no. and told me He is the contact person for solved this issue who is ICICI Lombard employee .I am call to him and as per telephonic conversation he given the feedback it is a approval case please wait 3 or 4 day’s .Again I am call to that person on last Monday(20th April 2015) he given a another mobile no . and told me he is the person for guide to me for solved this issue, then call to him he told me if you cancelled this 3 policy you gate back 78% money to my Loan A/C .                             Dear Sir/Madam I have been a health policy holder of Icici Lombard from April 2010. when i opted for this policy i did a survey about the premium and the facility provided by the company and i found this THE BEST. Now unfortunately i have to complain about the matter of premium hike by double the amount we use to pay. I fall in between the age group of 36-45 years and when i opted for the policy i was informed that premium of this policy will be same till i turn 45 years of age. I have been getting calls from your Customer care department about policy premium hike and they are telling us that policy has been upgraded and we will be getting special benefits. This is to inform you that what ever benefits they have mentioned they are compulsory by IRDA so why we should pay more premium for this. WHY WE SHOULD SUFFER. I would request to continue my health policy with the same premium amount. I am sorry to say but if my request went unheard than i will complain in IRDA and consumer forum as this is right to fight about the injustice.                               Hello, This is with reference to inspection for car insurance policy, it was declared 'Not recommended', not sure. After regularly asking why my policy is not received, i got a response saying it was 'Not Recommended'. NO REASON WHY? NO EMAIL, NO COMMUNICATION, NO MESSAGE. It was mentioned the refund will be done in 1 WEEK. Till today after MORE THAN 1 MONTH of chasing customer care, NO REFUND DONE, NO EMAIL, NO MESSAGE, NO COMMUNICATION. WHERE IS THE REFUND???????????????????? WHAT IS THE STATUS????????????????? NO EMAIL NO MESSAGE NO COMMUNICATION ON STATUS 1&1/2 MONTH???????????????????????????????????????????? WHEN WILL YOU RETURN THE MONEY???????????????????????

                                Dear Sir, Sub: Claim No GEN[protected] of Mulchand Singh Policy No. 4065/ICICI-HSP/1389086/00 With reference to the above Claim, I hereby inform you that my husband Mulchand Singh was expired on 08/12/2012 at Jaipur and he had ICICI HEALTH policy No. 4065/ICICI-HSP/1389086/00 and valid till April-2013. And I have filed this claim in Jan-2013 with all necessary documents i.e Police FIR, Post Martem Report, Death Certificate, etc but till date this claim is not setteled. All these documents dispatched to your Hydrabad Gadchibowli office by Speed Post EMS. After that ICICI Lombard send me letter asked all the documents attested with concern authority. Again I get attested all the documents with Police Station and Hospital from Jaipur and despatched the same at same address of Hydrabad office. And in between they given me notice for Closure of Claim. But I inform them to hold the claim as i am in process to get the FSL Report. After all these they send me letter for documents required -FSL Report. We get FSL report at least after one Year and submitted the same to ICICI Lombard. And ICICI LOMBARD not giving reply properly. When we call in customer care some time they inform me that claim is under process and you will get reply within one week after few days when we call them they inform me requirement of documents. And in March-15 also they send me reminder of closure notice. And now they send me letter documents required Revised Post Martem Report. This health policy is against ICICI Home Loan taken by my husband and they continuously demanding for payments and given notice for auction and this claim amount Approx Rs 355000 (Three Lakks Fifty Five Thouand Only). My wife has delivered a baby on the 8th March 2015. However the baby was born prematurely and had to be admitted to NICU (Surya Hospital). I had called up ICICI Lombard on 8th March 2015 and was told by the executive that my baby would be covered for a period of 30 days upto sum assured of INR 5 lakhs. On 9th of March 2015, I again called another executive to confirm these details and got the same reply. After getting confirmation from 2 different executives I got my baby admitted to one of the best hospitals in Mumbai. Now the baby is in the hospital and would be discharged on the 11th March 2015 with approximate bill amounting to INR 3.5 Lakhs. When I submitted the claims, my claim has been rejected for reasons affiliated to maternity. I have spoken to your escalation team members, a few to name would be Mr. Yogesh, Mr. Vishal and their manager Mr. Jitendra. I have requested for the recording of my call on the 8th and 9th of March 2015, which till date I have not received.                                     Dear Sir​/Madam, ​​I am registered user of ICICI Lombard and me and my family is covered for med claim with them, and they have rejected my claim for unknown reasons. ​Below is the entire issue, My son (1 yr old) was suffering from Hernia and required immediate surgery, I called ICICI Lombard to enquire about the panel formalities, and their representative told me that the disease is covered and the hospital is in their panel. Now, when surgery is over and I am asking for the claim amount ICICI Lombard has rejected my claim, saying that Hernia is not covered. I have checked the policy documents and nowhere it is mentioned that Hernia is not covered. I called them, but their representatives are misbehaving with me. I escalated this issue to their Service-Quality Manager Deepa R and Vice President-Service Quality Ms. Vasundhara B, however all in vain, nobody is responding to my quries.​​I am really feeling helpless and nobody is ready to help me.​I request you to kindly look into the issue and take proper actions, so that I and many people like me can get rid of this kind of corruption.​Thanking You, Yours Truly, ​Piyush Bharat

                                    I have a group mediclaim policy of ICICI Lombard through JIO (Jain International Organisation).

                                    I have undergone a HIP Replacement surgery with a reimbursement claim of Rs. 2, 79, 368. but ICICI Lombard is approving only Rs. 1, 25, 000 saying that in their terms and conditions there is a cap of 125000 for joint replacement.

                                    Please find below image and the attached file. In their terms and conditions they have very clearly mentioned that there is a cap of 1, 25, 000 for Knee Replacement but now they are saying that it is a mistake from their end and actually it is for joint replacement.

                                    If you go on JIO's website at below link it is clearly mentioned that there is a cap for knee replacement only and not for HIP Replacement.

                                    I feel cheated by ICICI as I have paid the premium to them and it is their responsibility to settle full claim as all the documents sent by me are proper and approved by their claim team.

                                    I being still ill am following up with them since last 10 days, calling them again and again.

                                    The claim team is accepting the mistake but they are not ready pay the full claim amount.

                                    They are also not ready to send it in mail that it is a mistake from their end and they will not pay the balance amount of Rs. 1, 54, 368.

                                    I have call recordings of all my communications with them.

                                    Please help in getting this solved.

                                      Dear team, I have taken insurance policy for my car Honda Amaze (DL9CU8914) through your company. Approx a week back, I have gone through with a minor road accident while going to my office. And due to this car bumper and side part got damaged. Now I have applied for claim from naraina samara honda service center but your extra educated staff Mr.Vishal thakur is saying this accident is not genuine. We can't process the side part replacement because its not seems genuine. Can anyone share the list genuine accidents or what kind of accident you guys consider as a genuine one. I would appreciate if anyone can explain me that why should one person apply for replacement of any part if it is not damaged. I am not that much free that i can send my good condition car for denting n all. What kind of polices u guys have and why don't you explain such things while selling this or you should provide the list of genuine accidents.                                         Dear Concern This is to bring to your notice that I have taken the ICICI Lombard Insurance Policy Number: 3001/W[protected]/00/000. Valid from 16 Mar 2015 to 15 Mar 2016. This policy had Road Side Assistance included.Yesterday 06 April 2015 at 12:00PM my vehicle broke down at Delhi, Sarai kale khan next to Indian oil petrol station due to car belt snapped off. I was trying to give call to ICICI Lombard no. 18002666 for availing the service but no one dare to answer my call and left like I fool taking this Insurance policy. Request you take this matter as serious, as they are making general people fool by selling their policy with this types of service. No use at the time of need.
