received chheque after validity is over

Dear Sir/ Madam Greetings My unt named SEWATI HAZARIKA received a cheque of Rs 7500 dated 16/12/2015 vide cheque no 358160 from ICICI lombard General Insurance Co Ltd. she received the cheque on 19th March, three days after validity is over. Increase too much loading

pathetic customer service

this is inform that i have got a bike insured by icici Lombard . the bike met with an accident . i have submitted the bike at royal en field service centre . pathetic customer service

icici Lombard is one of the worst service provider in 2 wheeler insurance . my bike met with an accident. i have submitted the vehicle to authorised royal en field service centre. the bill amount i paid was Rs 15551.they have provided me a claim of Rs 7122.it even less than 50%.
