i have opened my account in first week of feb-2011 in dillors colony idbi bank bangalore and still i did not got my debit card. i have experienced this [censored] baank first time in my life.the qualties of this private bank u cant subbmit ur complain online........they gave online complain form but worth less. also they took to solve a complain a month...lol ........... no coporation, no follow up by the this [censored]ing bank.......

I HAD DEPOSITED RS. 1.00 LAC CASH FOR DEPOSITING IN F.D. A/C ON 14/03/2011 BUT THE SAME WAS CREDITED TO MY F.D. A/C ON 7/4/2011, ABOUT 25 DAYS LATE. I HAD COMPLAINED TO MANAGER, IDBI SATNA, MP
BUT NO RESULT.
NOW I MAKE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THE ABOVE BANK AND DEMAND 10% INTEREST FOR THE 25 DAYS PERIOD OF RS. 1.00 LAC.
SO PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL IMMEDIATELY.

I had logged in a complaint regarding not able to perform Internet banking.This was done on April 16th. Still i haven't got any response from your end. The issue is not yet resolved. Today i called up customer care again and they are telling that its an off day and something could be done only by Monday. Each time i get a response that issue will be resolved in 24hours which doesnt happen. Customer care is telling the same since last 1 week.

If an i-banking issue cant be solved in 7days, what customer support are you providing?

Please take necessary actions against the bank.

AIFB024232 & AIFB024234 Certificate No.[protected] &[protected], Issue price Rs 5,000/= Distinctive Nos. My brother went to the nearest branch of IDBI to get information about loan.
The person (that so called 'manager') was so numb, so very mannerless.When my brother told him that he was there to get more information about loans. That manager told him that, they dont provide any loan. Then why the *** have they opened this branch. What kind of bank is it? and what kind of people they have recruited for manager's post? These guys even dont have sense that, they are there as a public servant.

Applied for loan from IDBI bank for purchase of flat fron Exotica Developers in 2008. The loan disbursement was delayed as the loan limit to the builder had exceeded. I was told by builder's representative not to bother as this a problem between the builder and the bank and very soon fresh loan will be sanctioned for the project and my case as well as other similar cases pending would be dealt with without any penalty. But after the loan got sanctioned the M/s exotica Builders is demanding interest charges @ 24% for the full delay period.

I would like to invite all who are facing similar problem to join hands ASAP and formulate a strategy to deal with the situation.

I do not have any concern about incraese in ROI, however being a salaried person it is very difficult for me to pay the extra monthly burden of Rs. 5085/- that too in same financial year where I have not got any incraese in my monthly income. Since I am 33 years of age, I still have 27 years to retire from the job.

Hence I request you to please increase the tenure of loan instead of increasing the EMI so that I may be comfortable in repaying the EMI well on time and in regular course.

I hope you will consider my request and revise my EMI to lowest possible by increasing the tenure of loan.

Myself R Md Naseeruddin sign an application to open a savings account along with my wife SA Habibunissa in IDBI BANK through (Abdul Harish Executive) 10000x2=20000 . 10k for each account on Feb 7th 2011 morning in my house no 130 Dr Natesan Road Triplicane Chennai 5.

Sir I'm very upset ,even after 2 months my and my wife's account didn't open .
whenever I call to customer care they just give me some Complaint numbers and no action taken against the Executive. I request Idbi Bank to stop recuirting fraud executives or stop fraud banking ... I need my money back

I have taken education loan from IDBI bank ,Bhusawal branch for my engineering studies in the year[protected].In last year ministry of HRD announces new scheme that there is no need to pay interest during the education period ie. the government will pay it directly i am eligible in that criteria but bank not providing the benefits to me of that scheme whereas other banks like SBI ,bank of India providing that scheme & complited there form filling & all .I have visited to IDBI's loan dept also for that scheme but they don't have any idea about it ,I have spoke with the manager also but he is not giving any details so what can I do now will i get that benefits or not ? this scheme is available in IDBI? or not?

I used the ATM of axis bank for money withdraw of rs. 5000 on date 31 january 2011. but my idbi account was showing the transiction 2 times on ssame time. i have complaint for that but got no ressonse till now.plz solve my problem.

All IDBI employees are either liars or they don't know their job . If they are not aware of their jobs then I feel it's time IDBI hires a totally new set of employees and fires out this worthless lot .
I opened an account with them thinking that they provide good net banking as well as phone banking services . I was told that all my facilities will be activated as soon as my account is active . However , this did not happen and when I asked them the reason they started saying that these facilities will take atleast about 10 days to activate . Besides , it can't be done online or over the phone . I need to visit the branch for this and fill up another form . Even though I had filled up all the forms at the time of account opening I was asked to do that once again .
These people don't care about their customers and their time . They trouble you like anything for small petty matters .Moreover , their executives will never answer your questions . These people have no respect for time and their customers .

My wife is only 8rth passed. she is only leaving certificate & Marriege certificate. Nobaody another certificate(no body pancard, no photo id nobady). Your idbi sabarmati, ahmedabad Branch first accepted LC,Marriege certi & after 1 week his reply do not open account because she no identity proof. what should i do? I had booked a Flat in Exotica Elegance,Indirapuram,Ghaziabad 2009.Bank financing this project was IDBI Bank and Vision Retail was the Bank's TP Agent.They delibrately delayed the disbursment of Loan despite,I provided them all the documents.They were saying that Bank is doing some Technical assessment for the Builder and there is delay in Disbursement of Loan.Vision Retail is the Representative of IDBI Bank(Vision Retail) involved in this Fraud.

Now they are charging hefty interest at the time of posession saying that it is delay from my side and there is no fault of bank.I think this is a Nexus between IDBI Bank(Vision Retail) and Exotica Developers to cheat people.

I opted for a loan from IDBI bank for Exotica Elegance Indirapuram society (Home loan account number [protected]) and applied on 1st week of April 2010.

The bank was delaying my processing even after the fact that all my documents and relevant details were up-to-date. My legal and technical documents were received earlier by the bank. Everything was clear.

I had filled up the Home loan form (50-60 signatures) firstly and then after 8-10 days came to know there was some cutting done by the bank in this form so the idbi agent again asked me to refill and sign that form, due to which there was a delay in loan processing..

At the last moment I got call from the official at IDBI BANK Delhi making a mandatory statement to avail the IDBI FORTIS HOMESURANCE. Without which the bank was not disbursing my pay order. Even though I agreed to take the insurance same day, still the builder received the amount well after the deadline, as a result he has imposed a late payment penalty on me...

Whatever documents were asked from me by the bank agent I gave him the same within 2-3 days but still the loan got late by 1.5 months..I kept on pushing the bank aganet for quickening by loan disbursement by he kept saying there is no problem...

I am trying to catch the IDBI bank executive Mukesh but no success...

I am planning to go to consumer court against IDBI bank..
Anyone gone through this issue please reply...

I have submitted my proposal for home loan to IDBI bank.
Initially their agent gave me the list of papers and amount(processing fee) calculation.
But once I gave them processing fee cheque now they are keep adding charges and also their representative is not providing service and behaves rudely.
Agent name is : Purushottam Kuwar
Now for my further document clearance, I have to take the leave and has do go in bank.
I am fade up with this bank and its service.
Immediate action needs to be taken against such employees.

I have a home loan with IDBI, I had applied for top up loan. IDBI charged me the processing fee of INR 5,515 upfront. Few days it was learned that i wasn't eligibile due to new IDBI policy. Upfront, i had instructed the bank to return back my cheques. 10 days later i started receiving calls from IDBI for verification of my address. I was quite shock to know with the miscommunication within the organization. Few days later, I was surprised to know my case was loged with IDBI for loan process. When i repeatedly requsted the bank for the return, after 40 days i got a cheque of Rs 3015. IDBI deducted Rs 2500 (45% deduction) as the processing fees.

I just want to know from IDBI that if loan is declined due to policy change then why a customer has to suffer. Rs 2500/- is huge amount for an employed person. .
