Idea Cellular — 3G Data Usage Issue

Hi Team, I had recharged my 3G data of 2 GB twice and as per Customercare I had used more than 1.8 GB within a time period of less than 20 mins. I even had not downloaded a file of 50 MB but data is finished. I am an IT Engineer and is very much aware what i am doing with my internet connection. In attached screenshot you can see that for 3 hours and 40 mins data usage is less than 60 MB but for the same work data usage is 2 GB in period of 10 hours. Then I tried to get the reason for the same but no solution received. Number on which I had faced the issue is [protected]. I had visited IDEA Showroom from where I had purchased the number and IDEA Datacard as well as I tried to reach Area Manager, Sales Manager but no one responded to my call. Called customer care and didn't get any resolution or satisfactory answer. Please help me in getting refund of my amount. I am reachable on number [protected]. Regards Deepak Kakkar

Hi Team,

Received a call from IDEA today but still they are not ready to agree that there was something wrong from their end. Guy explained me that min speed provided by IDEA is 1 Mbps and Maximum speed is 2 Mbps. He also shared the information that within time period of less than 20 minutes is showing more than 1.5 GB that is impossible to download on their network. I had logged calls multiple times with IDEA regarding speed issue and they never attended it, always reply from them was range is not their. In such scenario how that much data can be downloaded. Also we they are going to provide the above mentioned speed as well then also its not possible to download 1.5 GB file in that much time of 20 minutes. I am an IT Engineer and I am very much aware how much I am downloading on my system.

No solution received till now and they are also not ready to escalate it from their end.

My number is [protected] i am a regular user of idea from last 4 year but today i got a bad experience about idea. I checked my 3g offers and i recharged as shown in my offer that if i recharged for 251 i will get 2gb 3g data but after i recharger i didnt got it. I got only 1 gb. This is the first time im complaining about idea. Kindly please look after it and return my money or give me back the rest 1gb 3g data.
