[Resolved] Idea Cellular — about dialler tune

I dialled[protected]Uska hi bana song from 1920 evil returns) from my number [protected] to set the song as my dialler tune .Rs.36 debeted from my balance.but the song is not set as my dialler tune still now after it already crosses 24 hours.i have called customer care more than 15 times .but nobody listen to me .the customer care exucutives are saying that please call after few minutes.so what can I do in this situation. Please solve my problem
