I have booked one IDEA Sim card No.[protected]. However, same was not as per specification told by the idea representative so I haven''t activated the number. On 10th August I have received an bill amounting to Rs.570/-. I dont know how it can be possible the bill is generated without activation of SIM no.Please do the needful.
