I recharged my number- [protected] on 31/7/2015 with Rs.70. After deducting the emergency call service amount, which I used earlier, I was left with Rs. 46. I made only a single call to a local mobile number for 5.8 min., but now I am left with a balance of only 40 paise. When enquired in customer care, I was told that i called for 40 min, which is recorded in your computer. When I am sure about my caller timings and the same is evident in my mobile, how can you reduce the Rs.46? I want you to charge according to the usage and refund the rest of the amount, ie Rs.35.56.

    This is regarding my cell number [protected] in which Company billed charges of Charges on Data Pack Pro-ration # - 352.880 which is totally unfair. In last month i changed my plan. Previous plan had internet pack of 99 rs 2G unlimited and now plan changes with MH Privileged plan 375 which on last month company add 352 rs Pro-ration changes which is not acceptable. Company never said this type of changes will be applicable if plan change. If issue not resolve will defiantly move to Dot for complain this issue.

    You mean for old plan which having 99 Rs with 2Gbps and new Plan with 375 and after paying both amount i also need to pay Rs.- 352.880 for Data charge..what's rubbish thing...Idea it's not way to earn money and making profitable company...shame on this...

        I had activated 3 G pack at rs 299 on dated 11 july 2015. and its validity will end on 07.08.2015. and till date 04.08.15 at 10.00 am my main account balance was Rs 175 and 3 G balance was ABOVE 1 GB . but now from 11.00 am my 3G balance show 0 though it ends on 7 august 2015. Now my main balance is totally deducted and also 0 3G balance shown. I want my balance Rs. 175 and 3G ( 1 GB ) back otherwise I feel complaint against Idea for doing this. please do necessary action on this issue. Please solve above issue as early as possible.             Sir i am idea postpaid user i have my credit limit 1500 INR but i dont kniw how my limit extended to 10721 INR and my bill is generated i call to custmer care they reply me you have submit your bill otherwise your services doesnt bar sir i hv a pack in which i got 1200 min 5 gb data compnay take charge for 1000 rps i uses within my pack plese help us i dont use any chargebile. And main thing is that my limit is 1500 so how 10721 is possible

                Date 06/08/2015 I purchased a sim card of IDEA GSM on 6th of august 2015 and was told that sim will get activated by 9 PM the next day. It began catching network by 9 but i wasn't able to make a call via it. I then called customer care and verified my credentials and he said everything will be fine within 1/2 an hour. I am waiting for that 1/2 an hour to end.

                        Dear Sir, I am using Idea customer my number[protected], In I am facing balance deduction usse, I am regulary using internet, some times they are deducted main balance at that time my internet balance is some data is there, ok if they deduct for execs dat how without intimation atleast inform the customer for proceeding with main balance and one more thing in fraction of seconds main balance what ever it is totally clean sweap it is 60, 80, or 120 how it is possible, I am educated my pogition Is Is like this then what about uneducated peoples pogitio?, I am contacting customer care also many times but they didn't give proper answer and I said to them intimate me before proceeding with main balance I didnt use single mb but they charge too much of amont unless so please register my complaint atlest use for me and who are suffering like me In future.

                        My idea mobile number is [protected] and my alternate contact number is [protected], I am already contact your 198 customer care representative he didn't give proper answer, I am asking how much data I am used exces he say as per my records your using exces data so amount is deducted but didn't tell how much data, I am asked him atleast in future send one message before proceed with main balance then he reply that No we didn't send any message we sent only flash message only this reply also hardly this my rules if didn't like Leave It like that if you want reference please check the records, customer care service is very poor, I am asking idea why you didn't send message before proceeding with main balance, unnecessary message s and calls getting 4 or 5 messages per day the why idea didn't send useful messages.

                          I am using Idea Wifi services since last 4 months.But their services is pathetic.My Wifi connection was not working from 31 July 2015.I lodge a complaint in their customer care for 5 to 6 times.                             Dear Sir/Mam, I was having a postpaid connection of Idea Cellular. Mob. No. [protected] Praful K.Agrawal In the month of february i got my idea no ported into other service provider. According to company's commitment and policy i was supposed to get my security refund and balance advance payment within 45 days but as on today's date i have not received any amount. Regarding this issue i have visited the concern Idea store several times but did't got any satisfactory answer and even the people sitting there(including the store head/owner) are telling that they cannot do anything about this. Total amount to be refunded is Rs 909.67 Not able to upload last bill because it is .pdf format.

                              Hi All, This is to inform you that I booked a postpaid connection in 500 Rs INR on 25th of July 2015 with Number [protected], Yet my number hasn't been activated and DSA group of IDEA Vaishnavi Marketing Mulund East is just worst, A girl name is Shilpa Mob- [protected], [protected] has informed me that my number will be activate within 72 Hours, It has already been passed approx 8 days and everything has been done, But during pending of DSA Vaishnavi Marketing approval my number is not activated yet. And DSA person Ms. Shilpa is not answering my call. This is strict notification that do cancel my activation and refund my money, I was about to take more 5 Postpaid connection but I seen your services before activation. Otherwise take this mail as warning to your DSA, All are fake employee of DSA Vaishnavi Marketing. Expecting reply at the earliest from your end.

                                I want to inform you that I am Nitin Mukesh bearing mobile no [protected] (postpaid) want to disconnect my connection as it is already been barred and the bill is still generating .I will pay the required bill amount for this number. I am not in AP circle so i was suggested to mail. I have also mail many times regarding disconnect but no respnse from the service providers. I am trying this from month of june . I took the sim from Andhra Pradesh and my job transferred to Bangalore. I requested for disconnection but no response. Every month i have to pay the bill. If you do so i will be highly thankful to you .

                                      I have called 2 times idea care for deactivate "flash message" in my no[protected], they just sayed it would be off 48 hour. but they did not off it & After somedays idea deducted some rupees in my AC for that purpose . When i call idea care they sayed me if your service out of reach or switch off in 48 hour brodcast message would not be deactive. But they did not sayed me before, who is responsible for that???

                                        My self anjali shrivastava i had purchase 3 postpaid sim but after some time idecide to surender 2 sim which is not in use idea customer care executive told me on phone that pay all overdue charges and mail written request on [protected]@gmail.com then they close my both sim i pay all bill amount and mail them with payment proof receipt. Then i thought sim is close.
                                        But after some time they again starts calling me for payment of further month again i told them about mail.Then they start threating me form different number that they are calling from consumer forum and they are having frozery case against on me i told them i already clearall overdues but very harshaly they replied me that ihad to pay all what they demanding then i denied to pay .
                                        They send me notice via advocate NITIN SINGH BHATI . Mob. [protected] on 14/07/2015 for payment of Rs882/- & Rs921/- respectively
                                        and today 01/08/2015 one man called me by Mob.[protected] he told me he is SI of Allahabad police and having a forzery case and very badly he told me for payment of dues amount otherwise he process my case to local bhopal police station
                                        They are mentally harrash me i am totaly frustate what i can do seriously they puzziling me very much even i cant work in my office pls help me i am having proof of email and payment receipt, enclose here with
