I am a customer of the Idea cellular service say for the past year and a half. My Mobile number is [protected]. For the past six to eight months I have been recharging my account either by RC 99 or by RC 51 which would fetch 475 minutes or 225 minutes talktime and validity for 28 days. When the validity period is due to expire I usually get a message from Idea. On receipt of the message I recharge by way of RC 99 of RC 51 and the un-utilised minutes of the previous recharge would be added to the new minutes. But in this occasion (ie) on 29.07.2015, I recharged with RC 51 for which I had not been credited 225 minutes but a meagre number of minutes. My un-utilised minutes as on 29.07.2015 was 180 and together with the new recharge it should have been 405 minutes (180 + 225) which was not to be. I enquired about this to the customer care office on 01.08.2015 but there was no proper reply from the officer who attended the call viz., Matilda and Melvin. They simply said that the minutes will not be carried forwarded, When I asked them from when this rule has come into effect (because my un-utilised minutes will usually be carried forward) they could not give any acceptable reasons. Aggrieved, I have been made to register this complaint. I request you to either credit the balance minutes due to me or tell the procedure by which I can port out from Idea network to some other network along with my friends.

    I, sarthak mehta have activated rs 36 200 mb data pack on my number and then I switched my data services on, on doind that they deducted amount from my INR balance, so I checked my data balance, it showed that I have no plans activated on my number, so to complaint about this I got idea coustmer care no. By activating another internet pack and called them so they said that the plan was activated and now as I have activated another plan, it lapsed. I said them that they first of all said that no prepaid plan is activated on your number so they said that is not possible and hanged the phone

      i checked my best offer in phn by dialing *122#. it shows 1GB 3G internet for 28 days at 246rs. but when i done this recharge. they give me 750MB data for 21 days . i complaint in idea customer care . they told me that your pending data will given to you in upcoming days. but still no data given to me. i again called in idea care . but now they refuse to give any data. but in phone still this offer comes. i want to complaint Idea cellular for this fake thing. i request you to please take necessary action against my complaint

        I have got sms to recharge with 66 and will get 600mb data for 28 days.
        But I got local Idea night minute pack so I called to customer care for the same they simply refused to register any complaint and told they dont have policy to change or alternate offer for me.

            SIR I had three IDEA Postpaid numbers and on 13th Dec 2014 i surrender two number and intimate them by mail ([protected]@gmail.com) i am having copy for the same then customer care executive demands me my id and address proof for closing my numbers and i sent scan copy for the same. after that they called and told me for pay overdues charges Sir i again told them i had close sim i already pay all my overduebill amount which last generated and them after few months they again start calling me tried to threting me from this number [protected] and she told me that she is from consumer forum and she is having a forzery case against me. i am having a proof of my paid bill receipt Sir they are mentaly puzzling me pls help me what i can do i am having proof of mailed copy and also proof of intimation of idea care in which they confirm me for termination of my above numbers today ie. 31/07/2015 they sent me notice by lawyer NITIN SINGH BHATI for payment of Rs.921/- & Rs.882/-

              Sir, Please, Note that on 25 july 2015 at 10.58pm, by dialling *121# and after selection self care from it I got information that with recharge of Rs.13 you get 65mb 2G data for 2 days validity. Bcoz of this information I selected this net pack and on 26 july 2015 my balance had deducted. On 26 july Iafter contact to coustmer care I got information that "they didn't update new recharge plan on system that's why you get wrong information don't wory u will get benefit of this on 28 july 2015 at 3pm. Even today I am getting wrong information from your system and until now my balance is not refund.I have recording all of this communication among me and your executive Either you will take some action. Otherwise I will take some strict action on you My idea no is [protected]

                I am a customer of Idea cellular Pune, Maharashtra from last 10 years. I had been clearing the bills of Idea without any checking point in last 10 years, but in last 2 years I observed that Idea had been charging extra amount as well as activating unnecessary services without any intimation of the customer as well as charging for the same. If the customer is raising concern on the extra charges then, we get only one reply I.e. the charges are right and you have to pay and on top of this there are 'n' number of customers replying to the same issue with different clarification and repeating the above answer. I am not sure how much extra amount I had paid till date. I had raised the concern on the above issue, but instead of addressing the same they discontinued the service as well as levied the charges for not providing the services.

                Any updates?
                This is one of the unique example. I clearly mentioned in my earlier communication about the issues faced from idea which is on emails and phone and now getting response as to write to the helpdesk.
                Anyways I received an email from customer care that the number will be permanently disconnected and for which I had replied that you are free to disconnect the number as per your conveniences but I am not liable to pay extra charges as per your conveniences and requirement.
                This is very unfortunate that I had been following up by idea for the payment almost every day but no one had responded on the issues till date.
                Please note that whether the number is continued or discontinued permanently I will be following up on the details of the extra charges as well as status of the action taken against the recovery agents/don of idea.

                    To whom so ever it may concern I am Lokesh and I am an IDEA Cellular customer for a long time, I have been paying my bills to them on monthly basis and I have never ever disputed the bill amount. However, I have been facing the tech probs and I had called up customer care and spoken to many people who assured me of all kind of help, one of the manager named Prasanna Patil was with me over the phone for 2 hours and promised late nightly that I shall receive a call next morning from the process head who would help me to speak with their tech team. I never received a call. However, their tech advisor called up and told me that because i am using a dual sim smart fone thats why i am facing network problem. I told them I have a ual sim phone but i dont use a second sim, this means that ht esecond sim slot is empty an not in use, so how would that impact idea network, then they told me to change the smart phone, which I have changed 3 times. I would like to now go to consumer court as this is the 3rd time in a row i have faced problems through hteir customer service team and tech team.I will sue them in Indian consumer court, they are cheat and Mr Birls is too a cheat. Their license must be cancelled, they call their cust for bills all the time but when it come to service part they forget their customers. My number is [protected]. I wont compromise this time for sure and I will not pay any bills for this month. I really want to file a PLI againt Aditya Birla group.This is the most hopeless organisation who fetch money from customers and give them nothing but run around, When it comes to service part they show their butts. Mr Birla I really want to challenge you in consumer court. I am not going to pay their bill for this month at all. Because of their network issue I missed my company cab in the middle of the night and I g=had to hire taxi to reach workplace and I had paid 700 each time I missed my cab. In total I had paid 2100 because when ever the cab driver calls me he finds my phone switched off, however my phone is on all the time. Three times in a row I missed my cab due to their network issue. I work in a call center and earn fixed income and had to feed my family, if I will pay 700 bucks everydat off my pocket how would i survive. Idea cellular is not even scred of TRAI, they do not follow the rules and egulations set up by TRAI, they charge me for 3G service but their 3G network is so awfull it converts into 2G automaticallty. I therefore declare that I dont want to do business any more with them anymore. IDEA Cellular is a theif company and so is their OWNER MR. Birla. Shame on you Mr. Birla. Their customer service people have made me mentally ill I have spend neumerous amount of time calling up their customer service number and i was put on hold for hours by the agents. I am really dissapointed and want to file a strong case against Aditya Birla group, I have all the calls recorded and I have all the proofs to be able to prove them Guilty, i I dont receive any help I will now commit suicide. And IDEA CELLULAR and ADITYA BIRLA GROUP will be whole sole responsible for it. Thanks Lokesh [protected]

                      I recive a sms from IY_612345 on 30/07/2015 at 9.43 am that
                      RV 347 =2GB 3G 28D.
                      and I recharge it at 2.12 pa in same day,
                      but I recive only 1.5 GB 3G data.

                          Sir i m customer of idea since 3 years i m using 3 idea sims ..bt now days idea 3g network is worst ..i stay just 2 kms away from madgaon(goa) city ...but here also i dont get proper network of 3g ..before it was was okay ..but nowdays i m not even getting network in open sky or in my balcony.our full area people are suffering from same problem.first i was thinking there is some problem iin my ph so i changed the handset (now using xiaomi mi4) but situation is still same ..i tried all option by delete cookikes, wcdma only, manual searching.but no improvement ..this problem we are getting since few days .even before we get two signal bars outside but now very hardly we get onebar only.inside house completly no siganl.pls help us Nos.                             I am having Idea Postpaid number since 2003 and the number is [protected] and i have an addon number also. Last month i got a call from company about my bill. That person told me if i m having some profitable bill plan. He told me about a plan with which i can use 2 mobile with one plan charge, plan was CUG Granual. Now i m billed for my both number separately. When the person called i have conformed for 4 to 5 times about the plan. The number from which i was called is [protected]. I have done complain in company but there is no solution. I am having a call recording of that call in which there is completely clear that the person told that i can have single plan for both of my number. I can send a copy of that recording i[censored] want.

                              I am user of idea prepaid services. On[protected] my net pack is about to end and I have received a message from idea company that your net pack is ends now and after it you will be charged by 4paisa/10kb. And in the same message a recharge for net is shown that recharge with 246 rs. And u will be get 1GB 3Gdata for 28 days.
                              When I recharged my cell with 246rs., I have received only 750mb 3G Data for 25 days only. The customer care said that they have not send any such message on your number.
                              You are requested to check this matter bacause I have faced a loss of rupees as well as less service.

                                Whenever i call someone, on first time my voice will not get transferred but i can hear other side voice clearly. On second time voice will be loud and clear both side. In starting i thought it's just network issue but later i come to know companies do this knowingly.
                                Out of 10 calls, it happens in 3 - 5 calls. Being pulse rate in minute i have to pay more. Now it is so unbearable that now i am planning to change network and complain trai.

                                  I am receiving threat calls from the following numbers [protected], [protected] & [protected]. They have accessed my call details and making repetitive calls to my friends and relatives. This is how they are harassing me to clear the dues of my number i.e. [protected]. I did abuse them over the call however they are so adamant to listen anything. Please do something if you can. Regards, Manoj

Renewal charge is Rs 45.[protected]@15Days as applicable. To deactivate sms STOP to 155223.http://icandytv.mobivillage.in/siteasync I have contacted to idea regarding this but they are not responding. It's general opinion that Idea activated such VAS service with out consent of consumer. Please take action against idea cellular Regards Somesh [protected]

[protected] online for Rs.350/- through debit card of Oriental bank of commerce .I got SMS for deduction but it was shown on laptop recharge failed try again.                                       At night yesterday i.e. on 28.07.2015 at 10:56 pm just after some time of my complaint I received a phone call from mb.no. [protected] & told name as Rahul Gupta .He asked the details of my Debit card including date of expiry, card no. & cvc no. saying that I am from Idea customer care & yours amount will be transferred to your account.But I did not gave the Information .
                                      Similar call received today at from mb.no. [protected] & asked the debit card details .The same was not given.
                                      Now I request you take necessary action to save yours customer from such type of cheating.
