Sir,
I was using idea prepaid service on mob no. [protected] since long and applied to convert it into postpaid in the mid-july month in your service center situated at chhaparwala pul, Gwalior. I got a message on my alternative number on 24.07.2015 that my postpaid sim has been activated. But when I tried to use it, it was not in service. Later on, after again contacting your service center, I was informed that the sim has still not been activated and a new sim was provided to me.
Thus, I got the activated sim from 1st August, 2015.
I opted the plan of 399 Rs. for the postpaid servies. But, after 2 days only, I started to receive a message that "Ur data pack is 3G 1GB pack, ...MB can be used till[protected].
After again contacting to your office, I was informed that my bill date is 24.07.2015 instead of 01.08.2015 and no other query was solved there.
Please look into the matter and inform the real facts of my date of billing, the actual usage of data etc and correct the same.
