[Resolved]  Idea Cellular & Airtel Cellular — Porting of Mobile No [protected] from Idea (Post Paid) to Airtel (Pre Paid)

Kindly refer to the following :- (a) My Idea Cellular No [protected] & Idea Post Paid A/c No[protected]. (b) My Port request dt 08 Jun 2014. (c) Unique Porting Code IW114593 and confirmation of my UPC request dt 08 Jun 2014. (d) Confirmation of receipt of my Porting request dt 11 Jun 2014 by Airtel. (e) Receipt of Rs 750/- (Bill was for Rs 712/-) by Idea Cellular on 12 Jun 2014. Please note that till date my number has not been ported. Idea Cellular office states that there is nothing pending on their part. However Airtel has two explanations. Airtel main office states that my request has been rejected as I have requested for Porting with two operators. They could'nt explain the identity of the second alleged operator. However Airtel's distributor's office states that Idea Cellular has held up the porting process. May I request that the my case be investigated and appropriate action be taken against the defaulters. Please note that I am not making use of Idea Cellular services although theynhave not disconnected me at their end.
