Last friday, I got a 3G net pack for Rs.250 and a balance recharge for Rs.1000. Thursday morning I have around 400KB and Rs.965 left. Around 2pm, I go for an exam that got over at 5.30pm. All this while my mobile was in my bag, untouched. I try to make a call after the exam and my internet pack is over and balance is Rs.0.2. I call customer care and they say that because the internet pack got over, it used balance. Their point may be valid. But they also added that between 2pm and 5.30pm, over 3GB of data had been used which is why the balance is gone. If no one touched my bag during that time, how is it gone? I checked the data usage on my mobile and it says only 877mb has been used all day (which includes the time my net pack was working).

    I recently ported from BSNL to idea. Porting was successfully completed on may 10, 2014. But since porting i am not receiving incoming calls from some networks like uninor etc. It is giving an error message "THIS NUMBER DOES NOT EXIST". My contacts are terminated with this issue. Please look into this issue and make my number [protected] globally contactable. I think they should change the network to idea in global servers as it is giving BSNL error message.

    I am still facing the issue. I even walked into idea showroom in old gajuwaka, visakhapatnam. They are giving such a rude answers that a human cannot tolerate those words. I didn't expect such a pathetic service from you people. I want to resolve the issue as soon as possible on my number [protected]. I am repenting now that i unnecessarily ported from BSNL to Idea.
    Still it is not resolved. The issue is still pertaining. Customer care people called me and told issue is resolved. But i am still facing the issue.

        My Mobile no:[protected] registered in the name of Bhilai Cement Pipe manufacturing company, 70-A, Nandini Road, Industrial Estate, nandini road, Bhilai(C.G.). Mr. Ravi Upadhay oExecutive of Idea office in Supela Bhilai came to fill the required documents 75 days back. I had asked for 5 connections to be changed from AIRTEL to IDEA.Inspite of repeated reminders he didn't even bother to send the signed papers from his side. PORT out message was given on the same day from all 5 mobiles and he was given the numbers received on reply messages. After 40 days 2 sim cards were provided for nos: [protected], [protected] and rest 3 are still not changed to IDEA. Complaint was lodged to the head MR. R.C. Saluja but even he didn't pay heed to the problem.Now evev after calling Mr. Ravi Upadhay for 20 times he is still not taking any action as I wanted the connections together under CUG plan. Please help.

          My idea number [protected]. I had a great network problem from 2-3 weeks. Can't access internet. Always got disconnected. Also, they didn't give any good offer. Vodafone in this area much better. I should port in vodafone if you don't look at this issue.

            Dear Idea Team, I (Ashish Kumar Jain) a customer of pos tpaid (Connection no. +91 [protected]) service of "Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh" circle of IDEA cellular Ltd, approached to SM Associates, Near Ambaji Apna Bazar, Gorakhpur Market, Jabalpur ( M.P.) 2 months earlier with a request to change my postpaid service into prepaid, they clearly denied and refused share any evidence of such process laid down by Idea, Then I discussed this issue Mr. Ajeet Sondhiya, Sales Executive of Idea who had given me this connection 4 years ago and he understood my concern and advised to visit store again for the same and if they deny then refer my name. On Saturday evening, 17th May'14, I again approached SM Associates, Jabalpur with request for postpaid to pre-paid change. Again same issue arise and this time I am able to submit my request even after lot of arguments and persuasion by Mr. Ajeet Sondhiya to Executives at center. Request has been taken and as advised I surrendered my Postpaid SIM with necessary documents and payment. After surrendering my SIMs at store, my wife has called up me on surrendered number and came to know that someone else is using and picking phone on this number. Now I have, two critical security concerns on this surrendered SIM/number ([protected]) -----Why number is still active and how someone else is using when number is not meant for further use. ----Is it technical mistake at the end of Idea or Idea Employee is misusing it. I request Idea team to quickly catch hold the Employee/person who is misusing the number /SIM supposed to be deactivated and migrated to prepaid.               I have just bought Idea Postpaid connection and I got 1 gb 3g net free. so as a prorated I got 716 mbs to use but I used around 722 mb and they charged me extra 102 rs for this which is not correct because according to charge it is 2paisa/10kb so it would be around 10 to 12 rs. Not more than that and when I complaint about it customer care said that charges are correct because you have used 50 mb extra which is 766mb but my idea bill says it is 722 mb and now they are not giving refund of the money and I am keep compaining about it.                 Hi, I have taken a new idea connection no. [protected] from idea store at Rama market, Munrika (South Delhi) in the last week. I did not get the balance amount as promised during the enw connection hence visited the store today to get all the details. But there was very suprising & unresponsive reply from the executive, i am sharing the reponses received from your executive : 1.I already done the recharging from my side, if the balance is not appearing then i cannot do anything. 2.You can go the gurgaon(HO) and asked/complaint about it. (This response was received after confirming from the idea toll free number that no any recharge of amt Rs. 103/- has been done till now) Even she confirmed that you can do the police and complaint about it. I was surprise with the response received from her. I am not much worried about my balance amt but just wanted to know about the type of customer care services from Idea. I agree that there are good service being provided from Idea team. Some of your executive calls me on 17.05.14 and told me about the bill and he also told me that bill is pending from March billing cycle, I told him that both connections are uses by my brother but he is out of town and he back in this month and then I will pay the bill whatever pending is. I am also told him that I am also having some Idea number and I pay total 1600 bill without using all of my numbers so 500 bill is not any matter but he threat me and through me very much rough behaviour that he will destroy me and he will erase me if I do anything wrong . Then I was asking him that is he threats me? He told me that he threat me and he really destroy me then I told him that IF HE CHALLENGE ME AND IF HE THREAT ME THAT HE IS ABLE TO DESTROY ME THEN I MUST SEE HOW AND WHEN HE WILL DESTROY ME “I AM WAITING FOR HIS CHALLENGE”, If he thought that I am totally scared about his threat then I must accept his challenge if he success to destroy me then after destruction I will pay your phone bill. It is atomatic ACTIVATION of idea talkies facility and deduction of rs. 30 from my main balance... in last time on 17th April and deduction rs 30 and now rs 30 deduction reminder today for continuing ... that I never want to do this. Now I am in roaming and it was also activate in roaming... I was called to idea customer care through paid no. For deactivation, , , , and now my today is reminder for deduction for rs 30...AND HARE THE DEACTIVATION NO. 155223 IS NOT WORKING... I AM IN ROAMING. PLS HELP I request to idea cellular that please deactivate and refund my money rs 30. If you will not do that I will go for consumer court for that. thanks

                          I subscribed to Idea AP as i moved to Hyderabad. After all the services got activated, i subscribed to a 300 MB(for INR 100) 3G plan. I took this plan on 23rd or i guess 24th of April. It turns out these plans are on pro rata basis, so i was only allocated some 70-80 MB data for use as their were only 7-8 days in the month left. But nary they told me about their pro rata policy. I also made an enquiry call and their customer care executive didn't tell me about pro rata policy explicitly(which he ought to). And nowhere in the process of subscribing to this plan have i seen the word 'pro rata' mentioned. So i started using this plan thinking i had 300 MB of 3G data for use till 30th. So in the final bill they added INR 596 for the data that i used after finishing my 70-80 MB quota. I can ignore this as an error on their part and can simply move on if they deduct this amount from the final bill. But they did something for which i think they deserve to undergo criminal proceedings. They just kept sending me messages saying that i had full 300 MB data for use(seems more like a tactic to loot money from consumers). Now refer to the photo proof i attached. They sent me this message saying that i still had 86 MB of data left after i had used 213 MB of data(when acc. to their policy i was only eligible for 70-80 MB of data and the rest of 143-133 MB data i used was actually being charged for). So when they were actually charging me for every extra 10 KB, they made sure that i remain unaware of their stupid, money looting policies by sending me these misleading texts. I made several calls to them, registering my complaint multiple times to different representatives over and over again, everyone of which assured me that the issue will be solved in few hours and none of these people got back to me later. And now today is 16, if i don't pay their bill today they'll add some even more amount in the bill on account of late charges. This was my first experience with Idea and trust me they are a terrible telecom services provider. Even the overall experience of their services(speed, connection, network strength) has been much worse compared to their counterparts like Vodafone and Airtel. Now this is my final request to Idea people, please deduct that additional charge for data usage. I'll just walk to the consumer court if your people called me asking me to pay the bill.

                              i have changed my mobile network by MNP from airtel to idea. The idea retailers said to me "sim is Rs.100, and talktime is 200, and idea to idea 10p/m, idea to other 30p/m, it will be activate in one week". after one week sim is activated. but the talktime 200 is not credited in my balance. so i have recharge my account Rs.10 (9:43am) (it is a first recharge). After that i have received a sms (12:29 pm) from idea. the sms is "you have recharged with Rs.201, enjoy 600Mb of 3g internet browsing" . it is credited in my 3g balance (600 Mb) (it is a second recharge). but there is no recharge plans @Rs.201. i requested to custumer care but there is no response for me. please help me to refund the amount in main balance...pls sir that mobile number is:[protected]idea)

                                    Sir i am using idea network from last 8-10 years
                                    I have not got a single sms that my 3g pack is going to expire on
                                    23.04.2014 idea started decucting my amt from my main balance so i
                                    Called customer care there ideas representative named suraj talked to me
                                    And he provided me the information that u can recharbge with our 124
                                    Pack for 1gb 30days so i recharged with 124 rs and i got only 375 md 3g
                                    Data for 21 days (He has to tell me recharge with 127 for 1gb 30days
                                    )the information provided by idea representative was wrong so i lost my
                                    124 rs and i am afraid that my scheme of 127 rs for 12 months will also
                                    Lapps or what? So plz help me for my complaint

                                      Dear Sirs, I am a premium customer of Idea Cellular and paying almost Rs.3500 every month. I have two numbers with me. [protected] and [protected]. Recently I shifted from Pune to Chennai. I want to change the tariff plan. I first went to your website and tried to change the plan. But your website is not allowing me to do that. After that I called 12345, The agent at the other side told me This is only for TN and I have to call [protected]. Last 5 days I am trying to call that number. I go through all the IVR and finally when I wait for the Customer Care executive to reach, the call says your call has been put on hold. This continues for 3 - 4 times and then the call disconnects. Now I am unnecessary paying huge bills for no Use, I am not able to change my plan through your website, I am not able to contact your call centre. Please suggest what I should do?.
