Dear Sir/Madam, I want to complaint against C-105 Phase 7, Industrial Area Mohali, Sector 73, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab [protected] for not giving proper 3G services in Sector 44 B Chandigarh and I had called their Toll Free Number 198 and they are always saying our Customer care Executives are always busy.There is no signal of 3G in Sector 44 B Chnadigarh and most of their is no signal in sector 44 B Chandigarh.Please take a legal action against the Idea cutomercare who is not giving proper services 3G services as Iam paying them service tax also.Please take a legal action against the person who is responsible for not giving proper 3G services in sector 44 B Chandigarh.Thanks With Regards Puneet Pal Singh

    I am an Idea mobile prepaid connection user in Delhi.I am facing a bad network problem and it is getting worse day by day.Even when there is proper signal, and even when I am in at an open space, the line gets disconnected in middle of a conversation on few particular phone numbers. Or at the worst line doesn't dis-connect but the other person can't hear my voice and I also can't hear the voice from other side and the line doesn't dis-connect.Though I have many other problems with this connection, such as when I get a call from a new number, my voice can't be heard at the other side or it is so low that the other person is unable to understand. And most of the time when someone tries to call on this idea number message goes-"this number is switched off or is out of coverage area." These are the minimum basic standard of service which Idea mobile has failed to provide. mobile no:[protected]

      Dear Sir/Ma'am, I made a porting request at the Idea Showroom located at Dandia Bazar, Vadodara, Gujarat some 3 weeks before. I wanted to port my current Reliance GSM number. It was informed to me that your card will be activated in 8 days. I called the Idea care number when my Idea Sim was not activated even after 15 days of application. The customer care representative on the telephone informed me that may be your request would have been rejected as your usage in previous years is low and further information will be available at the Showroom Last saturday I went to the Idea Showroom to get further information. Firstly, they were not at all responding to me properly. When asked they were telling without any attention that you will have to apply again. Your qualifying days have passed. I then told them to return my documents submitted to them for making my application. For which also, they were not replying properly and ignoring me. As a trick to grab their attention, I picked up their phone from which they recharge (must be costing not more than INR 800/-) and told them give me my papers and take this phone back and I started moving out. What followed up was not at all expected by me. All the Showroom attendents rushed at me started snathing the phone and my personal phone as well. Few people beated me up and broke my glasses. Did not expect such a behaviour. Kindly do the needful so that no other consumer gets such treatment from them. I also want my documents back and the cost of my broken glasses. Best Regards, Hasnain

            I'm not at all happy with Idea...

            I love using Idea in my early days being Idea as my first cellar network that I used. Whenever I want to get a new connection
            or new data plan I first check in Idea but now I hate this network because... because...

            I used a number for data card for a month but the network was not good so I paid some remaining amount and applied for
            cancellation nov/dec last year. After 3 months that is in Feb 2014 they keep on calling me saying your bill amount is in pending, I was shocked how can this happen.

            I applied for cancellation and agian they say it is in active and you are using it, how could this happen.I went to the same center
            and I asked the reason they said some docs were missed and they said some stories and they asked me to pay Rs. 1692/-.

            I paid that amount again applied for cancellation and on 25th feb, 2014 this time I noted down the date and I asked them the receipt, they said we don't give receipt for cancellation but on a peace of paper they wrote their agency name and a stamp and gave it me saying this will act as a receipt but ideally we don't have any receipt. I wait their for an hour and took the confirmation and they said it'll be over by today. I left to office and I forgot that even.

            Again last month I got a call saying your bill is in pending, this time I was double shocked. How could this happen with me again,
            I wrote to appellate, I wrote to customer care no one replied on this so far and no one called. I called customer care and they told
            Sir please visit the customer care it will be done. I tried calling customer care going there but it didn't connect because of
            peak time.

            Conversation with the Agency guy:
            Me: I applied for cancellation for two times and you guys didn't do it.
            Agency Guy(AG): He ignored me and talking to the others who is waiting.
            Me: I was waiting for him 10 minutes then after leaving everyone he started talking.
            AG: Sir, what happened. I showed him all the documents and he said sir it is active still.
            Me: For that reason only, the notice has come from Idea.
            AG: where did you apply for cancellation?
            Me: I told him everything about first cancellation in november and second cancellation in feb
            AG: You need to go to Champapet.
            Me: Sorry, I can't go.
            AG: Come on monday we will see.
            Me: What happened today?
            AG: No answer
            Me: Come on monday we'll see..
            AG: Sorry, I have office.
            Me: Tell me one thing, for connection you guys come to my office, my home and give connection and for cancellation why should I go here and there
            AG: Yes, you have to go. for whom sake you took this connection. You should check whether it is been cancelled are not.
            Me: So, even after handing over everything and disconnecting and applying for cancellation, we should again come and check with you
            AG: Yes.
            Me: What should I do now?
            AG: If you want go and file a case!! You spoke something at that time with those people who were there and they don't even exists now
            and they even don't know what was the system.
            Me: I was silent.
            AG: take my number and call me on monday, i'll update the reason why it wasn't cancelled(rashly).

            I just took the number, even then he didn't give his number. he gave some other number. In turn he was asking me who was here the last time you came here. I was shocked, do we ask anytime the names of the persons there. :O

              Hi, I would like to bring to your notice that I Nachiket Phalnikar was using Idea Number (Pune): [protected] about 1 year back. I stopped using that number on 04 July 2013, as I was travelling abroad. I have also notified Idea customer care for this. I have also made outstanding payments for the same number. I am getting notices from your advocate Satish Yasare. I want to stop these notices as I have already made payment for the outstanding amount. As per the notice my outstanding is 291.20 Rs. The Payment Detail are as below. Bank : ICICI Pune, Acc No :[protected] 1)Payment of Rs 1000 On 12 Aug 2013, Value Date : 12 Aug 2013 VIN/Idea Cellul/ Transaction No : [protected] 2) Payment of Rs 385 on 02 Aug 2013, Transaction No :[protected]. I want to settle this issue and expect a All Clearence certificate for the same. Please let me know why this amount is still outstanding even after the payments made. Let me know everything in detail by email as I dont have anyother means of communication as I am not in India currently.

                You say no " ULLU Banawing " but i need to show you mirror of the missing technology you have to cop up with ethics. I dont need any money rebate from you but i want to tell you Dont fool people. the issue is money credited is not just an action its a money which is in your bank account. HI, I have recharged on my number : [protected], for data pack for 24 rupees to check if number is correct and after that I did recharge for 640 for unlimited data. due to fault at Idea Server my pack of 640 got activated first and pack of 24 rupees activated after that. this cause my pack of 640 void. its not my mistake. why would i recharge 640 pack first and then 24 rupees after that. now when i called customer care I spoke with MR. deepak at my number [protected] at 1:00 pm IST, I was going to migrate all my family numbers to Idea from Airtel, and thanks for Mr. deepak i won’t ever buy service for Idea and will ever recommend any one. I did a recharge of INR 24 on my number [protected] around 9 Pm and after one hour I did recharge for 649 on the same number for 3G pack. Now due to some technical error in your system the pack of 649 was not activated and when i asked Deepak to give me in written the reason for such silly mistake, He was saying me that we won’t give you any thing in written and also you won’t get any benefits for the pack of 649. This is not just the matter of Rupees 649. its the matter of Moral ethics and how you manage your organisation. So the point is money given by customer is not just a action on your software, unless he consume complete benefit of the money he gives you. you have no right to void his service. Dont ULLU Banawing :) I dont require any money back but change your policy.

                  Dear Sir / Madam, My Mobile number - [protected]. I am using the Idea Network more than 2 years.From yesterday (11/06/2014) onwards Idea network is unnecessary deducting amount of Rs. 3 from my mobile balance. I also checked that nothing is activated in my number.Yesterday I called to the customer care and and informed them about the situation. Some one was telling its for flash messages and someone was telling its for dialling *#. I am more conscious about the dialling of any number with characters or symbols and I know all these things before hand from different news channels and social networks. Today (12/06/2014) also same thing happens. Today again I called to the number 12345 and then 9 for talking with customer care executive. She is also telling the same thing as told by another lady yesterday. Then she transferred to Senior Customer Executive Mrs. Aparna Roy. She is also telling that I have dialled *#. So, Money has been deducted from my mobile balance account. Am I child that everyday I am playing with *# character and I am enjoying for deducting money day by day. I have some information - 11/06/2014 - Rs.3 has been deducted at time - 10:01:53 12/06/2014 - Rs.3 has been deducted at time - 11:01:52 If you observe both the time you can find that only hours has changed but seconds and minutes are same. I think next day again they will deduct Rs. 3 at 12:01:52 Please see this matter and return me my two days deducted money.Yesterday also I mailed you but didnot get any response.                       details of the complaint are as follows

                      sold fake plan
                      gave wrong sim card
                      own number was deactivated for 8days
                      activated wrong plans
                      no responce from appallete officer and closed complaints

                      your executive has ported my number from TATA to IDEA
                      currently i am using three connection
                      airtel postpaid[protected]******)
                      idea prepaid (84250*****)

                      and [protected] initially it was airtel number but i porton on to TATA for the benefits of 30 paisa local call rate

                      now,

                      your executive told me another benefits of 1gb data plan and 30 paisa call rate so i porton to your services in the name of my mother because as per him he needed government document for government plan.

                      When spoke with manager Mr.Dinesh he said that executive have sold fake plan which is not exist by saying “executive has earn profit by selling you this plan and went off so please don’t stretch the issue I will offer you another plan with same benefits ” hence i was ok with choosing another plan

                      here after so many issues appellate officer proposed me plans which neither having 30 paisa local call rate nor 1gb data plans .

                      as we spoke last time with appellate, said she is forwarding some combo plans which serve my purpose of 30 paisa local call and Data plan.

                      but, appallete has also not kept her words.


                      my monthly mobile spending is 1200 (for two numbers 999+200) and i dont wan spend more than 200 for another postpaid connection because unnecessarily it will hamper my budget.

                      i was not needed another postpaid plan but to save internet charges i said yes for it.


                      Now What is fraud from IDEA CELLULAR LTD :

                      What is ullu banawing from IDEA

                      Executive: 1) sold fake plan with fake benefits which was not exist, .(cmplnt no:C1-[protected]), 2) gave wrong sim card which was not active.(cmplnt no: [protected]), 3) never forwarded plan details via mail after requesting so many times and Took 120 rupees by assuring it will be deducted from bill payment which later on denied by customer care executive.

                      Customer care: not replied even single mail which I forwarded till date 2) used third language by CRA when asked for sim card in Kurla west gallery complaint number

                      198: 1)supervisor Mr. taher syed refused to forward complain on (2nd june 2014, 11:30 pm )and even Closed active complaint by putting remark as customer is satisfied which is again big lie later mr. laxmicant reopened case complaint number, 2)complaint has not registered but superior mr. taheer has confirmed he forwarded mail to consult team which was lie and the same is confirmed by executive savita and supervisor laxmicant later on complaint number: ldC1-[protected].

                      Sales manager: 1)illegally managed sim card from mahim gallery which was deliver by his executive on 28th may with wrong tariff plan.2) he Assured will revise all bills till i get desire plan on condition I would not make so many calls till I get my plan hence till date I have not made any calls from my number but no communication from manager since 29th may 2014.

                      Appellate:1) last communication on 29th May 2014 since then appellate officer not responded neither via call nor via mail.

                      Its been now month all things are happening I forwarded 10 complaints and shockingly all your useless executives, officers and manager are not able to resolve it but even appellate closed these cases so unprofessionally.

                      Idea Cellular is such big reputed firm and this is really not expected from it is such shame for your company now I am feeling to forward this case to all social media and close down your all numbers.

                      since your useless appellate stop responding please respond as soon as possible. because now it showing my bill is 82 rupees.

                      Plan promised by Executive in writing was
                      Local calls : 600min, std calls : 400 min, sms:250 and 1GB DATA

                      Now they gave 199 plan
                      Which has
                      Only Local calls :600min, but No STD Calls and No 1GB DATA

                      also took 120 rupees by liying that it will credited in your bill and gave wrong sim card

                        www.adglobal.co.in ******DON’T BUY IDEA POSTPAID CONNECTION***** Dear All I am Just a person like you from a ordinary background, I bought 2 Idea post paid connection few months back, on that time for some reasons I did not pay the bill amount, so I thought no worries I’ll do it later by paying some penalty also, but on the mean time I came to know that idea started calling my friends, relatives and clients..and they also used abusing language with them. When they have my alternate number so why they are calling my known’s? Simple just to insult their clients….Ab boss meri insult ho he gayi hain so why should I pay ????? there is no reasons to pay the bill now…okay then I got a call from a idea executive I answered it and ask him aisa kyun kar rahe? Aisa karne se payment mil jaegi tumhe lagta hain? And then n then he started teri bhen ki teri maa ki…I was shocked really shocked….is this a company which choosed…to call my known’s ? when their no privacy of the client their call list is easily available to idea collection GAWAR agents so why should I continue with idea anymore? I am sure I am not the only one…please please join me in this fight against IDEA CELLULAR. Kya karenge hum?                           Hello, This is Swapnil Vyas, I had opted for four new Idea post paid connection through MNP. Though the mobile numbers have started working but the GPRS in not working in any mobiles, on complaining 9th June the Customer Representative, have provided a complaint number for one of the number which shall be resolved by 12th June 72hrs ? just to resolve a simple complaint of GPRS. Why? This is how are customers welcomed to IDEA? [protected]-not complained [protected]-C1-[protected] Both the above numbers, have issues with GPRS. PLS chek

                                This is Anshul Dwivedi, Mob [protected] (MP CG), Today when I was browsing the Internet on my cell-phone, I received a message from 54300 that something called "Glam World" had been activated and that I had been charged Rs 50/- !!! for that. I am 100% sure I had not clicked any such link asking for a subscription. When I checked my balance, the amount had been deducted from the balance.

                                I messaged STOP to 155223, but I kept getting "FAILED". Right now, I am stuck with this package, unable to unsubscribe the VAS and getting my amount deducted.

                                There is another such service "Music Corner Weekly" that has been subscribed to my account in a similar manner on 1st June 2014. It is charging me 15/- per week.

                                Please unsubscribe these idiotic services from my account, will have to take you to court if it doesn't happen. I need my refund of Rs 50+15+15 (Rs 80) to my account balance. If not, I will have to get Rid of your services.

                                I Humbly request you not to send me "We are looking into the issue and will get back to you at the earliest" reply to my complaint. All you have to do is to look up my number and stop this service at first so that I do not lose any more money.

                                You can then start by refunding my amount which will take some time (I know). Airtel deducted Rs 200 from my account and did not refund that despite the complaint in the forum, don't do the same or I would have to move to another subscriber

                                  My name is rajeev rs. I did have two idea postpaid numbers and two idea prepaid numbers.

                                  My two postpaid numbers are [protected] and [protected]. I have recently, on June 2 or 3rd 2014 changed on of my postpaid number to prepaid number. That number is [protected]. When closing the postpaid bill, the representative lady asked me to pay the entire amount which is shown on the site in my account, which is 1170. I have taken i-plan 199 that time and i have availed internet plan included in this plan provided by idea. In the account usually because of internet plan, it shows the total usage in rupees and that will reflect in the total amount. But at the end of the month, those usages will be deducted or calculated according to the internet plan or the customer plan which the individual had and that amount will be deducted from our account and the bill amount will be added to our account.

                                  As I am changing from postpaid to prepaid, the representative lady said that I have no option for that and I had to pay the whole amount reflected in the account and the amount will be credited to my prepaid once the bill is generated. I talked to the customer care and they said that the extra amount I payed will be sent to me as cash cheque to my address.

                                  It will be very helpful if you could credit the extra amount I paid to my idea prepaid account. The details are given below.
