Sir, I did a recharge of 745 unlimited internet plan on my idea no [protected] on 2nd july, 2014. According to this plan: MRP 745 Data Benefit: unlimited 4gb FUP Data Validity: 30 days FUP limit: Speed post 4GB @ 80kbps above information is provided by company website http://www.ideacellular.com/mobile-internet/3g/prepaid-data/gujarat, when i did my recharge. Now when my 4gb is over my internet speed is only 5 to 10kbps on full 3g network instead of 80kbps. Which is not sufficient to open a normal website. When i call customer care they told me that post 4gb speed is 0 to 80kbps. which is not provided on website.     I am Idea post paid user from last 7-8 years. I have been charged incorrectly in last 2 months in Bill over which I contacted to Customer Care but uneducated staff attend call. They don't have understanding what customer is talking about. No help provided. Later I placed complain on "[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com" but case was closed without any response (SR# C1-[protected]). Again very next month Rs.689 charged as GPRS usage which I tried to enquire from customer care as my usage are very limited. In bill my usage is mentioned at very odd timing which is incorrect. Can someone from Idea let me know what kind of cheating is going on?

      Dear Sir, I am Mihir Kumar having idea mob. no- [protected].

      Sir I dialed the number *122# for confirmation of special recharge for my idea number.

      I found that recharge of rupees 120 and 200, I will get full talk time, then I recharge rupees 120 on 10/07/14, but I get only 103 rupees, when I talked about it with your C. Care, some Excutive said you will get the rest balance from 4 to 24 Hrs from the date of recharge.

      On 11th July at 12:30 pm I checked my balance till time the rest balance has not come. I talked with your c.c.e Mr Gaurav, he replied no there is no any information besides us about it, and you can't get the rest balance.

      So sir tell to the whole india, You are giving an Advertisement ( ULLU BANAWING) in several indian channels, and
      truely you are making fool in front of all.

      You may think I am lying, Sir check you system from last 15 days how much time I have re charged the said number. and all recharges were full talk time of 59 and 65. always I was re charging these amounts for full talk time.

      This time I think why will re charge 65 again & again, re charge of 120 will save some time and it's validity is unlimited where is 65 recharge is for 9 days.

      So sir you say as a human manner, am I a fool? where getting full talk time in 65, why will I re charge 120 where
      I will not get full talk time.

        Sir I am using the idea no.-[protected] from past many years. I have received a message stating my bill of Rs.1544.I am using a plan of Rs.199 and my bill used to be in range of Rs.400. But this time it is including the GPRS charges which were free under the offer.The offer was that I bought a new samsung galaxy core and so I am getting 500 MB 3G data for 2 months for free.I received a message which stated this offer and so I activated the pack by calling on customer care and by confirming that it is a free offer, I activated it. Now after constant complaining there is no action been taken uptil now and my outgoing has also been blocked which has forced me to post a complain on this site. Please kindly resolve my problem at the earliest as I am facing huge problem due to this.             My data usage plan is 300mb Rs 100/-. My usage has always been within this and my bill always between Rs 700 to Rs 1000/-. For the past few months, I am being shown data usage of 300mb in a few days and sometimes in one day. I have lodged several complaints with the Idea call centre but they just repeat the bill details. Pls go through all the complaints I have lodged. My usage remains the same (less than 300mb in a month) whereas the bill i am being presented is very very high and data usage is also being shown as very high. The current bill is Rs 1866/- after discount of Rs 1200/- that is total of Rs 3000/- against my usual bill of Rs 700-1000/-. pls check and reverse the excess billing. Bennita Ganesh [protected]

            I am not satisfied with this response. This is the same rubbish that you are repeating endlessly. I have repeatedly called and complained that my usage is the same but the data usage as per your records are all of a sudden high. If you will take the trouble to go through all the complaints logged by me with your call centre as well as my history o[censored]sage and billing you will understand what I am talking about.

            I was told by your call centre when I called that you are having some month end errors in your system and it would all be regularised and to wait for the bill. Now that the bill has come I see that it has gone up 3 times for the SAME USAGE.

            There is no point in contacting your customer care helpline as I have done this at LEAST 10 TIMES with NO RESOLUTION.

            They are a bunch of parrots who keep repeating the same thing and now you are doing the same.

              sir this is srinubabu mummidi my idea mobile number is [protected] when i am listening to offers in 121 number i went to night internet offers when i was listening to the offer they deducted 30 rupees in my account with out any confermation button i have recording i also called 198 complaints and they said you have to use the offer we cannot give ur money back so please return my balance solve the issue as soon as posible

                Hello Team, I have informed from your customer representative that charges for me for miss call alert is charged wrongly. I had asked details for idea service provider, but they didn't give me any details. I had spoken 5 times with customer care representative but they didn't answer properly. Issue with this number [protected] I had already activate DND service on my number, I never agree to activate miss call alert service. How they activate such service without user confirmation on my above number.????? And I don't know how they charge me for full year for 250 rs for miss call alert for my number [protected]...??? Can you please check the your communication with my previous service provider. ..???? Or tell me the grahak court helpline number, So I can register complaint against my service provider.

                  Dear Sir, My Number is [protected]. On 8th of July, at 12.40PM (approx.), a call came from some unknown number. The caller was a Lady. I took the call and could not hear anything. After few seconds the call got disconnected on its own. At 12.45PM, A message, came to my Cell phone, informing me about the Activation of Pretone on my cell phone. At 12.55PM, another message came, saying, Rs.30/- has been deducted. At 1.00 PM, I dialed 12345 and spoke to call centre (@Hyderabad) people and explained the matter. During my discussion, I asked for the Call reference number, which they provided (Only to find later a wrong reference number) and also I insisted to talk to the manager, which I got connected after holding for arround 6 to 7 minutes. The manager, who took my call is "Mohhemad" (only God knows, whether it is a real Manager or somebody else is doing proxy). I narrated entire story and the manager told me to call back at 2PM on 198. When I made call at 2PM, the system asked for the call reference number and I found it is a wrong number. Somebody took the call and when I insisted for Mohhemad, His answer was, whatever the problem it is, he will deal with it and he will not pass on. So again, I explained the story. This time answer was very prompt, saying that, on 6th of July I have activated "Pretone" facility on my mobile. Although, I insisted that I have not done it, the guy at Call Centre was so rude, that I was forced to disconnect the call. My observation is, I am a cell phone user since 1999. I am using AIRTEL for last 15 years. For the first time I took IDEA, and the experience is so horrible, that I will not dare to use it again or advise anyone in future. IDEA management can give a cross check on my story and they should find out, 1. What kind of cheap people they are employing, who do not know how to behave with public. 2. A very cheap way of making an earning (Achieving target by forecefully deducting amount). 3. People should be trained. 4. Ill practice should be discouraged. Today, I got the pretone de-activated by sending SMS. Thank you very much for a such a NOVEL IDEA Called "PRE TONE" Regards, Ashok-[protected]

                          Hello Sir,
                          I have no intention of getting the mobile number owners details but as TRAI has also defined that on such matters the service provider of accused should be warned on first complain and on second complain the number should be closed. I can file a FIR also if that helps to close the number. But right now what i expect from IDEA is that the nunber owner should be warned.

                            transfer of postpaid sim to prepaid connection ([protected]). we have
                            submitted the documents as specified by you .. to the idea service
                            center kapoorthala lucknow .. till date we have not recieved any
                            feedback frm your company ... and more than 15 days have passed after
                            the submission of relevant documents. plz go through my complain as
                            soon as possible.. otherwise better option left for me is to switch
                            over to other service or close the number.

                              I have migrated from vodafone to Idea as the vodafone service was bad but after migrating to Idea i came to know that idea is more phathetic than vodafone. 1st they dont micro sim. I have contacted their Kandivali, Malad and borivali centre but they dont have. Sometimes i dont have network and my net is not working properly. Few days back my calls were not coming and i used to get miscall alerts. After complaining also they dont even bother to rectify it. This is really phathetic as the company doesn't have micro sim. I have cut my normal sim card to micro sim as i am having Nokia Lumia 625. Kindly let me know the availability of micro sim and improve your service.                               I have received micro sim from goregaon idea gallery. After it was activated from their side i came to know that the microsim is corrupt. Now i am completely helpless as the old card is also not working as it got deactivated and new card is also not working as it is corrupt. The customer care number [protected] is not connecting and paid cuatomer care ie [protected] had no relavent information even after holding for 15 mins. Due to pathatic service I want idea wifi to be disconnected as soon as possible.                                   Hello, I recently got ported from vodafone prepaid to ides post paid connection as I was facing the network issues in vodafone. But I am not happy with idea also. I have been ported 10 days back, and since then I guess I am back of customer care people almost 20 times, and still not receiving the service what I need. The major problem I am facing is, I am not getting 3G Internet in my mobile. In my plan 1 have 1GB of free data, since I got the connection on 27 June all my free minutes and data is prorated. The issue is, I am able to access Internet till my free data is there, after that it has to start billing, but for me, Internet is getting stopped. I called the customer care and logged a complaint, thinking, there might be some problem with my service. And they forwarded the complaint to back end team. Well before getting a back end call, I have activated another 250 service, just to reconfirm that, my device doesn't have any problem. And when I just sent a message saying ACT3G250 to 12345, the service got activated and I am able to get Internet again. Even this is calculated prorated, the free MB/GB is completed with in 4 days and from then I am not able to access Internet. For further information, I have done all the setting to my mobile.                                     Hello I am Deepak Goyal. I have taken a new connection of IDEA Postpaid for internet data card along with IDEA Netsetter. But I didn’t new that I am going to face the worst experience of my life. Initially my dongle was not working due to some technical problem and I visited My Idea Shop (New Market, Bhopal) from where I have taken the connection. They couldn’t solve the problem but made me convince that problem will be resolved within a few days. After that I visited several time that My Idea Shop (3-4 times) before the problem was resolved. Schemes are even not clear to the service representative. They explained the schemes with extremely brief and rude manner as if they are obliging me. They used a lot of their technical terms which are not understandable to a common person. They just made me more confused which leads me to subscribe a scheme which was actually not my requirement. When I contacted Idea Customer care to change the scheme they say you will have to visit My Idea Shop. (For every small task it is compulsory to visit My Idea Shop then why the hell Idea has opened the web accounts of the customer.) Further when I visited My Idea shop they say Schemes cannot be changed till the month complete and I can change the scheme online as well. (All the representative tells different things and procedures are not clear to themselves) Hopelessly I waited for the month to complete and Then again after 2-3 visits I was able to change the plan. (It seems they love the people to visit their shop again and again like Govt. office. No professional attitude at all.) Even after that they are not able to provide the minute details about the plan and data usage for my connection and just try to avoid the query all the times. Finally after two months I decided to quit from the bitter experience of the company. I again (As it is compulsory for Idea Users) visited the My Idea Shop to disconnect the service. Again they made me felt that I have done a great mistake by taking connection of Idea, by saying that it cannot be disconnected now till your bill circle completes. I again waited (Fed up of the vague answers) for the cycle to be completed. Then I visited again and this they say that you have just Two months old connection, It can only be disconnected only after the three months. You have to use it for one more month. (Suppose I don’t need internet any more then also I have to use this data connection for months. (Why don’t Idea People simply say to pay them for one month charge and then they will let us go.)                                         My Cell No [protected] Idea 3G service postpaid consumer first billing cycle yet to complete. Idea prepaid customer since last 8 years. Shifted to 3G postpaid in This month only. Complaint: Idea stoped my services suddenly without informing / having any verification when i moved to bangalore for official reasons. I was made handicapped when i need Mobile service . Need compensation from idea for such services.If not started my service within 8 working hrs.
