    This is to bring to your notice that there has been an installed mobile tower in our residential locality House No. 435, Block 2, Near Chatri wala park, Subhash Nagar, New Delhi 110027 due to which there are many health related issues we have been facing since 3-4 years but no action has been taken by the locals even after complaints.
    Most of the people are facing problems but they have not been educated about the health hazards caused by the radiation of the tower.
    Tower has been installed in a very small colony where other houses are next to each other and opposite houses are having 10 meters of a distance.
    Also, a government school is 50 meters away from the installed tower.
    I would request the authority to accept my complaint and remove this illegal tower from our society which safe many people's life.

      Dear sir,
      My sim card is not showing any network for last 5 days.
      I tried to solve the problem by restarting the phone, reinserting the sim, changing the phone.

      On checking with customer care, they tell me that all the services are active in my number but i don't see any network signal.

      I have lodged a complaint with the customer care, but there is no step taken yet and i cant see status because they send a verification code the same number which is not working. How can i receive a message when i don't have any network.

      My IDEA Nos is [protected]
      almost 5 days i cant use my internet pack also which i recharge to do specific work, becz of this i got lot of stress.kindly take action against the issue and also take action against the person who is lethargic even the twice the complaint was reported.

            I am using sim o[censored]P west region. I am right now living in Bihar samastipur
            for 2 years. It was working fine but for the last 2-3 days I am getting network issues up & down. Now it was showing no signal. I inserted sim in 2-3 other mobile as well and restart 4-5 times but not able to get network.

              Hello my name is aditya. On 25 May 2022, my mom told me to recharge her friend number. Accidentally I wrote wrong number and forget to double check the number number. Recharge was done of rupees 600. I want refund of my money .

                              Today I got message from VZ -ViCMS stating that Thank you for choosing FUN PORTAL, You have been charged 20.

                              But I did not subscribe for any vas. How come they deduct money. This is not the first time.

                              Please take an action on this.

                                My sim is from maharashtra, my sim card shows "no service".
                                I tried all these things
                                1. Manual select network
                                2. Two to three times restart the phone
                                3. Pull sim out and place it again

                                I tried to reach to the nearest vi shop but they ask for money to restart the sim (not for recharge they say that it is for security from virus and all )
