Its showing emergency services only. I am not able to call people.
I tried inserting the aim in other devices. Its still showing the same.
I want it resolved asap

    My idea sim is not working [protected], Deepa S Thomas Showing no network while changing into new phone as my old phone is not working. Bcs of this my Gmail is not opening. And all my financial process is in delay.

        My sim card is not showing any network for last 2days.
        I tried to solve the problem by restarting the phone, reinserting the sim, issue not yet resolved.
        As a working employee it cause more Difficulties to me

            My sim is showing no network for 4 days straight now, all of sudden it is not working to reasons unclear to me.
            Kindly help.

            Kindly resolve the issue.

              Rs. 22 has been deducted from my account on today ( 17/02/2022) with an SMS saying, " Thank you for choosing to access games world, you have been charged Rs. 22 ". I didn't request any such access, therefore i would like to have this issue resolved and my balance refunded.

                  Idea There is no network in gulf last 15days I have tried but still I didn't receive network still it's showing emergency call I have call idea customer support service even I sent mail no reply spoken with idea customer support service through WhatsApp but then also they didn't solve my problem all useless. Even when we chat on WhatsApp if I message now I m getting reply after 3hr 5hr like that. But then also he didn't solve my problem. I have changed my mind I m gonna change my sim to airtel network and I will suggest don't use VI network. They all corrupted.

                    Hi, i ported my sim from JIO to VI ON 8th feb, now it has been 4 days but my sim is not getting activate, when i call on 59059, it says "this number is only for tele verification" and after that call gets cut without saying any word.
                    I think porting to VI from JIO is bad decision of mine.
                    Thay says it takes 3 days, and now it has been 4 days.

                          Sir I have continuous problem of range at my home I can't receive any calls it always tells out of coverage but Airtel jio has range and when I am on job at that place in magarpatta there my voice doesn't go clear due to range problem

                              My Vi number is [protected]. On 6th february 2022, at 9:45 A.M, an amount of Rs. 15 was deducted from my main balance. This is wrongful balance deduction.
                              As per TRAI regulations any telecom service provider can not deduct balance without reason and without consent of the customer.
                              I request you to process the refund immediately.

                                  I have recharged with idea international roaming pack with a validity of 7days and i was promised 120mins/day and 7gb of free data out of which i got 7gb free data only. My outgoing was barred on the 2nd day
                                  After which i have been calling idea and complaining to which i received a whatsapp from some customer executive who asked about the problem and simply said OK and stopped replying. After 3 days i.e on the 6th day i received another whatsapp stating he is customer executive assigned and when i shared screenshots with him of the previous chat he also stopped calling. Such a pathetic and poor customer service. Wont recommend anyone to use IDEA for international roaming as they simply do false promises while recharging.

                                  Today after the complaint i suddenly got this message without any resolution

                                  The message-- Hi, we have resolved your roaming related complaint no. DEL-V[protected].Just in case you arent happy with our resolution, you can appeal at 198 (Toll Free) within 30 days.

                                      I did recharge time to time still one day out of the blue they suddenly stopped providing service. I contacted mini stores near me but they couldn't help.

                                        Bank Transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, allthough the amount has been debited from my Bank account.
