Dear idea,
Iam nkt even getting one point signal no call is coming to my phone if iam calling atleast 20 attempts after that call connects and it wil be voice brk and no service call failure are the frequnt msgs iam getting please resolve and say i f idea can provode signal
I will be using the service if not i will port to some other network please resolve immedietely i have complained multiple times for ccustomer care no response from them.

    My idea mob no. [protected] i had talk with waver department before one month about bill waver because my bill will exceed by rs.800 and they assured and comitted waver of the same. Waver was agreed by idea as excess bill was due to idea person.
    Yet waver is not happen...
    When called to get updates on waver request/complaint the idea care person is not giving information and solving problem... Instead he is irritating by repeatedly saying nonsence misleang talk which is threatening too... Like the bill is correct... Waver department gave wrong commitment of waver... U have to pay the bill... Even after requested to stop saying the same thing again and again...
    Very rude and fraduent...
    Idea should stop troubleing their very own loyal customer since a decade...
    And help coustmer insted of troubling them...
    Request u pls resolve complain soon...

      Respected Sir/Madam,
      Every 70 days i recharge my idea prepaid sim for 399 rs.I am suppose to have access to 4G internet speed, but i don't receive even speed of 2G.Almost every time range bar appesrs to be empty, and it gives 3G and E, which is very dumb speed.For the past two years i have been recharging for rs 499 and 399.I have complained to appellate authority for more than 10 times, still no change.If this goes on i will have to consult consumer forum against idea because i need the justice for the money i have spent in these two years believing idea will provide us with good service.I am from palakkad Pirayiri, kerala.

        I have recently received a postpaid bill on my phone number of idea network with several isd sms charges. When i examined the report all the sms that are billed are generated from a single number [protected].

        I have checked the sent items in my phone box which do not show any such activity. During one of the conversations customer care team of idea says this is due to usage of iphone. However generally any app generated message is considered as data and not sms.

        I have sent several emails to their team and they are not giving any reasoning for these charges instead of just responding each time "the charges are based on your usage"

        Would like to know anyone else experienced this kind of excess or suspicious billing?

        If the customer care is not responding well what kind of actions can we take?

        Since a week network is not available.we tried selecting manual network but it is not working. Really disappointed. Tried resetting phone as well . Contacted nearest service center and they said the same to select manual network.

            Sir/madam,
            I dont have signal in my company and no internet access most of the times complained multiple times and fedup and i left now they sent a bill of 841
            With legal notice.
            Here my concern is first of all they are not able to provide signal and most of the times no signal shows in my phone and not able to browse and didn't used the sim card at all, now they asking to pay.
            If any company is not able to provide services how can they sent legal notices.
            I am also raising here.

                I had recently ported my bsnl no [protected] to idea. The shopkeeper had said it will take 6 days maximum but it took 9 days for me to get the message to change the sim. I changed the sim and dialled 59090 for tele verification but the call is disconnecting by itself. I keep getting the message to do tele verification but i cant do it. Please respond as soon as possible.

                  Today i recharged with rs. 35, after few hours balance shows only rs. 0.22. I called 198, representative said she can't provide any information due to system disturbance, and said call after 1 hour. After 2 hours i called again and same replied, i pressure her and she transfer senior representative but your system hang me 20 minutes. Then i decide why not i porting my number to another company?                     My idea mobile number#[protected] which belong to my mother
                    My mom is using this number since long time however now idea has unnecessary charged her 650 rs stating third-party charges. Ridiculous service. When asked to deregister it, it was not deregistered & now they have sent me a bill of approx 2300. I'm unable to pay the same as i'm the only earning member in my family & this is fraud happening

                    I'm ready to pay my bills upto 600 which is my actual bill.

                    Kindly look into this matter on priority as this some fraud happening & they may do it with other customers as well

                      I have shifted my idea mobile number [protected] from idea postpaid to idea prepaid. They told me that i will get my security refund within 3 months but it's now more than 1 year and still not received.
                      When i contact them they always say that you will receive in next 30 days but didn't received yet.
                      Now it is more than 1 year that i have not received yet.

                        I am not able to send message to 1900 from my idea mobile number. I have tried it many times but every time it is saying number not formatted correctly. I am writing the sms as port. Not able to understand why sms is not getting sent.

                        I have taken an unlimited plan for voice and sms so my mobile is recharged. And i am able to send sms to other mobile numbers. Please resolve this complaint soon and help me get the porting out code.

After cut off my call they deduct 65rs from my idea balance. They didnt tell about the charges was taken from individual. They did fraud with me. Please refund my 65rs.                           It is on Aug 12th. I wanted to do recharge of Rs.299 for some other number using paytm. But, unfortunately money was deducted and recharge was done on my number.

                              I am repeatedly trying to send port request from idea sim card and everytime i get the error that my message is not sent no matter how many times i try. I can send messages to other numbers and my bills are cleared. I have changed phones to solve this problem considering the problem could be in my phone. Please look into the matter as soon as possible as the services provided by the company are absolutely pathetic.

                                Hi!!
                                I have a deposit payment on my mobile for idea for international roaming.
                                On approaching them for redund i was told that the deposit will be adjusted against future bills. However, when insisting on redund of deposit they say it takes 60 days for redund processing.
                                Want to understand why 60 days and will i be paid interest on teh deposit.
                                Idea Cellular customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                  I tried to send port message to 1900 from my idea number by using format port to port to jio. How ever the messages are not being sent, it shows sending failed. I have tested sending messages to other numbers and it works but messages sent to 1900 are failed. I tried too many times and fed up try to resolve as soon as possible Please check and do needful.

                                    Received message from 51998 on 15th of august 2019 within seconds rupees 10 is deducted from my account without having me sent any message or opening any unnecessary link. This is complete violation of the trai norms.. This is not the first time they have done this balance have been deducted even before. Idea must refund my money else i will opt out very soon followed by a legal case against it.

                                      Sir/madam,
                                      I have been using this idea sim from past 7 years and today at this point instead of giving proper coverage and network facilities idea is just bluffing. I at my locality is not able to use internet because of poor speed, and to this i complained in idea and called them for more than 6 times in 3 days span, they say we will look to your issue, your issue will be solved in 4 hours, but still i am not able to use internet and its frustrating.in last 15 days i used only 8gb that to slow whereas having connection of 2gb per day
                                      Hope to see my issue resolved as soon as possible otherwise i would have to take other serious actions against the company.

                                        Respected sir i as a customer of idea kerala. I am unable to use data services in home. Idea not providing 3g 4g coverage in indoor. 2g coverage also very weak in indoor
                                        Idea assured me excellent 2g 3g 4g coverage in home. But the company cruelly cheated me. My 249 rs was wasted. Idea eated my money
                                        No service. Idea told me that after 3months you get coverage in your location. Dead cheater.
                                        I kindly request you sir please take necessary action against this.
