I am using Idea postpaid connection
It shows 4g LTE network

but while playing any games ping gose very high like 600 to 800 ms. Which is ver pathetic

Paying 600 Rs rental is of no use

I complaint it to customer care they took the complaint and call me back after 2 days saying that the problem resolve
But no nothing happaned .

Please help

I suraj jare i baught idea sim card from baramati pune but currently i am in mumbai and i have recharge also the unlimited plan of rs 179 but from last 3-4 days sim doesn't show me a network. I have tried all the ways to solve it but it didn't (Restart the mobile, change the sim in another port, switch on & off of the roaming, and also try to choose the network operator)
So i request to idea please solve this problem as soon as possible

This is to inform that idea is one of the pathetic service provider i have ever experienced. Even after several complaints my ongoing issue with the network is not resolved. The customer service executive never pays attention to customer complaints and disconnects the call in between. It's hard to reach them the as the call disconnects automatically. No incoming calls coming and if there is any then the person on the other line can't hear me. Not able to make outgoing calls. The problem is everywhere. Everytime a call comes i have to go out of my house to speak to some one. Idea is pathetic. I will advise all of you to switch to jio as they are the best. I am extremely satisfied with jio services. Idea is fooling people. Idea users might miss important calls or if there is an emergency then it's a big problem for idea users. Switch to jio you all will not be disappointed. It's useless to register complaints. Issue will remain the same.

My uncle son expired on may 18 2019. He has invested 30 lacks money in the flats but those investments related his parents not aware, so we need to know the call details form january 2019 to may 2019. So that we can call one by one from the list will find out. So could you please send us the details as soon as possible.

I am sanket my number is [protected],
I have recharged my sim with rs.199/- plan in which unlimited calling for 28 days benefit was there for all numbers in india,
After recharge i was unable to call on toll free number which starts from the number 1860 but my call was not connecting so i called idea customer care several times, initially i was told due to poor network call is not getting connected,
2 days later again i called idea customer care and they told me apart from rs.199/- i am suppose to make seperate recharge for every call i make for toll free numbers.

This is a new cheating / fraud initiated by idea cellular,
Keep cheating customers dear idea, for i can not expect anything better from you.

I will never go with idea / i will never recommend idea anymore.😊🙏

I have been charged by idea cellular for outgoing from my no. [[protected]] to 055315. This no can not be dialer and i found similar complaint registered in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 by someone else. I tried to report this to idea with e-mail but they said they can not waive these charges as it is valid as per them. My concern is how can they charge me for dialling such no. Which can not be dialed..
This is completely money lending from customers. My opinion telecom departments must take the action against this types of billings.

I recharged my idea number [protected] on 4 august at 1:26 pm through my idea android app. The amount of 349 inr was debited from my account but the recharge was not successful.in recharge history the recharge did not reflected and also the money has not reimbursed yet.
I want my 349 rs back as soon as possible. This kind of issue is getting very common since last few months.

I have complaint about home network issue last 10 year but you cannot resolve only you wast my time my complaint number is[protected]. They only lodge complaint and then after they call me after 10 days we are working your network still they give fake promises."NOTE that this is HOME network issue" if you cannot resolve so tell me i will port out dont give me fake promises.

I have done yesterday 12:00pm online recharge through idea Cellular site to my prepaid mobile([protected]) of 129/- and I got successful recharge message but my services is not activated yet, I called to customer care they told u need to recharge again 35/- and same I again recharged with 35/- through retailer but still same issue.
When I asked to customer care they are only saying it'll activate asap or not ready to refund my both amount to me.

Sir ever since have i ported my number from bsnl to idea i’m receiving calls from unwanted number. Its started a long go ans its the third or fourth time i’m complaining. Most of the calls are coming from jammu and kashmir and call comes from different number.in the earlier complaints in have mentioned all the numbers for 2-3 months there were no calls but from last saturday on ward calls are coming too, i am also attaching the number details here. I hope you will do the need full.

Hello sir, i am requesting you to justify my yesterday 399 recharge. There is some fake extra data offer showing in my idea app. I recharge 399 because of 400mb per day extra data benifit. And i got nothing.

I did a 199rs recharge for a 28 data validity today on august 4, 2019. Money was deducted yet the recharge didn't happen. The customer care was highly irresponsible to give any explanation.
I have attached a screen shot of the amount deducted. The customer care just kept on saying the recharge is not reflected here. I did the recharge from the official idea website under their given offers. I am unable to make outgoing calls now and the recharge done is not coming to effect as well. This is terrible loop to be in.

I am using idea postpaid connection from past 17 years and from past 8 months i am facing signal issue at my residence. I have raised multiple complaints about signal issue. Paying handsome postpaid monthly charges for 3 post paid connection.
I am residing at the same location from past 15 years and using the service. There is some change happened recently which is impacting the signal and my experience. Even after raising concern with idea customer service team. I did not get any update or resolution for the issue.
I have 3 post paid active idea connection and all have different handsets. Still we are facing the issue in all the floors of my house.
Pathetic experience with idea. Out of the world customer service who do not care for customers.

I ported my number from delhi reliance due to mu transfer. I lost my mobile three months back and i am not using the number from the. My idea mp number is [protected] and not able to recover from local mobile counters. Idea care is very far feom the vicinity. Not able reach due to hectic schedule of working. Please do the needful in recovering my lost number which is linked to numerous accounts. Thank u

Hello i am prepaid subscriber of idea in himachal. My no. Is [protected] and i am using it from last 2 months it has no 3g or 4g network coverage in my area from the date when i am using idea here:-

1. Village solangnala p. O. Palchan teh. Manali distt. Kullu pin 175103 himachal pradesh landmark (Skiing centre solangnala)
2. Vpo vashishat town & teh. Manali distt. Kullu pin 175103 himachal pradesh
I call & complain many time in idea cus. Care regarding 3g or 4g network coverage in this area but idea is not doing anything abt it

I have recently ported to idea postpaid from airtel but i have made a biggest mistake of my life. Very bad network. No calling no data quality. Please help me so that i can port back to airtel before 90 days. Please help sir.
And one thing more idea ported my number inspite of my id mismatch. Thats breach of security. Please raise this issue and port back my number to airtel

This is my second time to complaint about staff of idea celluler ltd, near chapru nagar square, near icici bank, nagpur. I went here to give request letter for refund of our official nos. As before, shehnaz told me to give request letter for refund. But other staff puja and baljeet firstly refused to take letter, she told me shenaz is on leave. Who will process letter? Come on monday and give letter to her only. She was busy on mobile chat. I again requested her to take letter. Then she said why you wrote' idea cellular limited'. Correct it as ' vodafone idea limited and then come. Her language was rough. This is the language for valuable customers by idea employee.

This store employee are useless and timepass. This is shameful thing.

Im an old idea customer using this number since 2004. I got a call on 23rd july regarding the bill payment. Due to certain confusion i asked the person to connect me to the manager as he was absolutely unable to solve my query. It took them more than 10 days to arrange a call back that too after too many reminders and fight over the phone. And at the end when finally ms shweta (So called introduced herself as process manager) came on line on 2nd august, cut down my phone without even listening to my concern.
I fail to understand whats taking them so long to sileve a simple issue i have with idea service.
