My name is sai sanketh and my mobile number is [protected]. I have activated amazon prime 1 year free service on[protected] & dialer tone on[protected]Complimentary service for nirvana plan) and i felt i dont want both the services and i have deactivated both of them on[protected]. But the complimentary service of both the apps got deactivated and automatically with in less than 8 seconds both the services got activated to paid mode. But i deactivated both of them as i dont want them from my mobile. So for this i was charged rs 999 for amazon prime and rs 39 for dialer tone from idea postpaid account. I can surely tell that this all this drama happend because if poor idea apps which has errors in it. And later immediatly i deactivated again through sms on the same day with in an hour. But idea has barred my service from[protected] saying high usage. I took this issue through ocustomer care for about 10 times from[protected], and dropped so many mails to [protected]@vodafoneidea.com and [protected]@vodafoneidea.com. Finally visted idea store of begumpet branch and then send me to head office i. E basheerbagh branch in hyderabad on[protected]. But even there they didnt solved the problem. Finally on[protected] i got call from hari priya (Idea executive) telling that i have only activated amozon prime through amazon prime app, with any proper record and she argued with me for 10 minutes but in the entire argument she couldnt give reason and just telling me that i have only activated and then asked how come dialer tone got activated by itself i deactivate it, but she didnt answer to that point and just divert the issue and asks me to pay and idea cant waive me the amount, for which i didnt agreed. The entire week the idea people litteraly troubled me by barring my service which has affected my bussiness calls. And sorry to say customer care people are useless with worst sevice litteraly tortured me for 1 week with out any proper response to call and with out reply to mails. From[protected] the idea deactivated my service i. E. Internal calls, messages every thing and on the same time iam in traveling and i called customer care from my friend number and asked for the reason, they asked me to pay the highbilled amount, so as iam in traveling and because of emergency situation i paid the bill, but the service not got activated. I asked customer car for not getting activated, one told it will get activated in 4 hours, and after 4 hours they told it will get activated by end of the day. But even at the end if the day it got activated, then finally with hotel wifi in my travel i manage to take this issue and make my situation understand through idea chat, then he again told it will get activated in 4 hours, and i told him that so many 4 hours completed and upto now and network didnt got activated, then he told that till now the morning people to whom i spoke in morning didnt raised this issue only it didnt got activated and told that i need to face this. And this contiued for one more day and at[protected] i got service, but the customer care called me that i got the service but the amount cant waived back. So literally idea had put me in soup for choosing the postpaid sevice and gave me the hell and literally stressed me out for 12 days and effected my travel and my bussiness.in this entire month i was not having service for 10 days, but i need to pay for it as i choosed postpaid sevice so i request consumer court to scrutiny this issue and help me out : 1. Get my money back that i was charged and i spent in fighting this issue and loss i went through. 2. Take necessary action again idea to rectify there apps and train their customer care executives in better way and this wont happens to any other and no one goes through this mental agony and financial loss.
