My name is sai sanketh and my mobile number is [protected]. I have activated amazon prime 1 year free service on[protected] & dialer tone on[protected]Complimentary service for nirvana plan) and i felt i dont want both the services and i have deactivated both of them on[protected]. But the complimentary service of both the apps got deactivated and automatically with in less than 8 seconds both the services got activated to paid mode. But i deactivated both of them as i dont want them from my mobile. So for this i was charged rs 999 for amazon prime and rs 39 for dialer tone from idea postpaid account. I can surely tell that this all this drama happend because if poor idea apps which has errors in it. And later immediatly i deactivated again through sms on the same day with in an hour. But idea has barred my service from[protected] saying high usage. I took this issue through ocustomer care for about 10 times from[protected], and dropped so many mails to [protected]@vodafoneidea.com and [protected]@vodafoneidea.com. Finally visted idea store of begumpet branch and then send me to head office i. E basheerbagh branch in hyderabad on[protected]. But even there they didnt solved the problem. Finally on[protected] i got call from hari priya (Idea executive) telling that i have only activated amozon prime through amazon prime app, with any proper record and she argued with me for 10 minutes but in the entire argument she couldnt give reason and just telling me that i have only activated and then asked how come dialer tone got activated by itself i deactivate it, but she didnt answer to that point and just divert the issue and asks me to pay and idea cant waive me the amount, for which i didnt agreed. The entire week the idea people litteraly troubled me by barring my service which has affected my bussiness calls. And sorry to say customer care people are useless with worst sevice litteraly tortured me for 1 week with out any proper response to call and with out reply to mails. From[protected] the idea deactivated my service i. E. Internal calls, messages every thing and on the same time iam in traveling and i called customer care from my friend number and asked for the reason, they asked me to pay the highbilled amount, so as iam in traveling and because of emergency situation i paid the bill, but the service not got activated. I asked customer car for not getting activated, one told it will get activated in 4 hours, and after 4 hours they told it will get activated by end of the day. But even at the end if the day it got activated, then finally with hotel wifi in my travel i manage to take this issue and make my situation understand through idea chat, then he again told it will get activated in 4 hours, and i told him that so many 4 hours completed and upto now and network didnt got activated, then he told that till now the morning people to whom i spoke in morning didnt raised this issue only it didnt got activated and told that i need to face this. And this contiued for one more day and at[protected] i got service, but the customer care called me that i got the service but the amount cant waived back. So literally idea had put me in soup for choosing the postpaid sevice and gave me the hell and literally stressed me out for 12 days and effected my travel and my bussiness.in this entire month i was not having service for 10 days, but i need to pay for it as i choosed postpaid sevice so i request consumer court to scrutiny this issue and help me out : 1. Get my money back that i was charged and i spent in fighting this issue and loss i went through. 2. Take necessary action again idea to rectify there apps and train their customer care executives in better way and this wont happens to any other and no one goes through this mental agony and financial loss.

    I have recently purchased a new idea sim around 10 days back. It was working well till morning and now suddenly it is showing no sim card.. I have done all the following things
    1. Inserting sim card again after removal.
    2. Rebooting the phone again.
    3. Inserting sim in slot 1.
    4. Cleaning the sim then inserting back.
    5. Putting sim in different handsets.
    After all these things it still shows no sim..

      Hi vodafoneidea,

      I took 2-idea connection simcards number [protected] and [protected], i told to activate 550plan which was explained by some telecallers.. Her number is [protected].. They came and verified my documents and they said we will activate the plan.. But after activation they have activated 299 plan for both the numbers, which we dont need.. Spoke to customer care they say they cant do.. Said to visit idea store.. Went to idea store they say we cant do it... Is this the way u treat customers. So pls requesting u to activate 598plan... Its two days o[censored]r simcard connection facing issues...

        Despite having paid a deposit of Rs. 3, 000/- for international roaming which was NOT activated by Idea, I received a message regarding payment outstanding. I immediately called the customer care number and was told that the amount would be adjusted against this month's bill. I also received a message from Idea on September 13, 2019: to say that my request for Deposit Adjustment against O/s has been processed successfully and communication ID was given.
        Despite all this, I now find that my services have been barred. I called customer care again and was told that the amount would now be adjusted against next month's bill and that, despite them having Rs. 3, 000/- deposit with, I still have to pay this month's bill. Idea Customer Care is absoltuely useless as always! I don't know how to get any help from Idea. I'm seriously considering switching networks of this doesn't get resolved.

        I'm not receiving any message on my number since morning. When I called customer care they said to restart the phone but even after restarting the phone I'm not receiving the message and the call to customer care is being rejected while reaching the customer executive.

          I bought around 8 number services for corporate use without an internet connection, but during the last bill payment, they had charged me with around rs. 1836.38 for total while this number [[protected]] bill was Rs. 657 and when I asked the customer care for this much amount they answered that we have been using internet services by this number while there wasn't a single byte used by mobile phone. they harassingly said if you will not pay the bill we will send some goons at your office break all of your stuffs

          I am sending PORT messages to 1900 but it is not sending, and i wants to port my idea into jio because the idea sim is not working properly, i am facing alot of problems in idea, network issue, call drops are a major. Kindly solve this issue

          I want to port out from Idea network but when trying to send the SMS to 1900 to generate the code, SMS is not being sent. At the same time i am able to send SMS to other contact no. without any issue. Also i did a 12/- recharge SMS pack but still no luck.

            I have four connection of idea cards. Frequently i am facing a problem of network related. I already complaint to the idea employees, they said it will be ok by 15th of aug'2019, i face this problems. Still no improvement
            Main problems are
            Call drop, no call connection, network problem

            My sim card is not showing idea network for last 3 days.
            I tried to solve the problem by restarting the phone, reinserting the sim, changing the phone and even changed the sim card then i am also going to idea store.

            Worst 4g network ever i have seen in my life. Do something otherwise jio grab your market. Let it be jio also cover hole market of your customers. I use idea because i dumb.

              Hello sir, i am writing you that i am continously receiving missed calls from unknown numbers. And the call was only for 2-3seconds, the number is like starting from [protected]. On every new day i am receiving these types of calls. Even i had blocked various numbers. But still process is going on. Please solve this problem. Otherwise i have to change this number.

                Got message from idea number 53010 saying "dear customer, you have been charged rs.10.00". Idea is deducting rs 10 from my main balance every 2-3 days without any proper explanation. Every time i call the customer care they say i play games online. It's nokia 3310 and it's not even anyone played online as this number is used by my mother and father. Totally frustrated with idea and it's time to change the operator if idea is looting it's customers like this.
                Stop deducting amount and refund the amount deducted for this without any proper explanation.

                  My wife traveled to us in april for 2 weeks, she has never ever requested idea for enabling international roaming. After she came back idea sent bill of 53000 for overseas data usage of 60mb.

                  As there was no international roaming, she used her office and hotel secured wifi all the time so obviously no reason to have ever used idea service overseas.

                  She immediately raised issue with idea customer care, who on worst side had their recovery agents go through her call history and made random calls to her clients n whoever they could giving all false stories of she has criminal case hearing in court n shes not present n blah blah.
                  She immediately raised issue of criminal activity of idea recovery team (Only police n court can request access for personal data like call history for e. G.).

                  She had to visit medical expert due to anxiety stroke as well uneasiness for few days because all this unprofessional behavior and untrue bill

                  Idea sent lok adalat notice to which she did attended and refused to pay anything as she has not consumed any of mentioned service as well shes taking up issue with trai and moving court against idea as per her lawyers counsel.

                  Why should customer pay when they have never requested to activate international roaming nor used that service, without customers knowledge you are doing whatever you wish n then justifying usage which is not possible on no international roaming plan. Then you charge some unheard 200 year old charges.

                  India is Land of Law (it takes time agree) nor Lawless Land

                    Idea is deducting my main prepaid balance on the pretext that i have purchased a game. I received a sms on 17/07/2019 from idea number 53010 saying thank you for purchasing the iapp game even though i never purchased any game. Idea company is deducting rs3.00 every week from my main balance for this. I would like to inform here that i am using a basic phone with no internet feature or any smart phone feature. I have spoken to idea many times and told them to stop deducting this amount but they are not responding. Today only i spoke to prashant and his supervisor kapil of idea company callcentre at 12345 but they refused to help me.
                    I hereby request them to stop deducting this amount and refund the amount they have already deducted for this so called game.

                              Sir,
                              I have an idea cell phone connection bearing no. [protected] and it is being used by my daughter since 2013 and regularly paying bills since then. On 13th of august, 2019, my daughter while going to usa, she applied for roaming facility to us only that too for calls and sms only. And paid necessary charges (Rs. 149/- for feature adding fees and changed into nirvana 299/- pack) there at customer care idea showroom and they did't inform the tariff and penalities there. She travelled to usa between 15/8/2019 to 16/8/2019. After that her phone number was barred and she didn't get any signal there. She asked me (In india) enquire about this at idea showroom.
                              On 20/8/2019 (Around) on enquiry at idea showroom, they informed me that my bill amount reached 26, 000/- out of my credit limit of rs.23, 000/- and hence they disconnected it. They did not give me details and asked me to wait upto 4/9/2019 (Bill receiving date for me). And they expressed their helplessness and further informed me send a representation to idea customer care through email that too after receiving the detailed bill.
                              On 4/9/2019, i received a detailed bill from idea customer care through email. To my surprise, i noticed that i was charged like this below.

                              Uk data download (24 mb only) rs. 12, 225/-
                              Usa data download (24 mb only) rs. 13, 810/-
                              Usa call charges (26 minutes) rs. 2, 013/-
                              Total bill comes to rs. 31, 592/- (After inclusion of gst etc)

                              In this connection i want to tell you that i never asked/opted for roaming in uk & data download. I asked/opted for roaming in us that too calls and sms only not data. Please note this. I never asked you for hike in credit limit to rs.23, 000/-. (Actually i am regularly paying monthly rs.800/- only.)

                              In this connection i request you to revise the above bill duly deleting data download charges (Because i never asked you for data download facility either at us or uk in roaming). I am a small employee paying rs.800/- monthly bill regularly, and i never asked you before to enhance my credit limit of rs.23, 000/-)
                              In case if you are unable to revise my bill nearer to my regular monthly bill amount, disconnect my cell phone number [protected] from today onwards and stop my cell bill immediately and don't raise bill here after. I don't need your cell number here after. Sorry, i could not pay the bill. I will go to the local consumer courts and other consumer forums and appealate authorities and trai etc for justice.

                                outgoing call not working

                                Recently i have port my number in idea...
                                I have done verification successfully. But now i am in roaming and every time i dial any number, call ended... I am unable to make any call although i can use internet without any problem. Issue with only calling.
                                As it is my primary number... Please check this issue as mentioned above as soon as possible.

                                I am facing lots of problems with call quality and data with Idea service provider. Sometimes there is lot of disturbance while calling someone and sometimes voice is breaking.Hence I want to port my number and trying to send SMS to 1900. However I try, I am not able to send message to 1900.
                                The SMS to other numbers is working fine. It seems like SMS to this number is blocked intentionally by service provider. My mobile number is [protected]. I tried to call their customer care and it is not connecting. I am very disappointed with the service and want to change the other network as soon as possible. Please do the needful

                                  I, vijay valmik jadhav mob. No. [protected] received call from idea on 17/08/2019 at 14.29 from mob. No.[protected] when i accept the call quiz start when i hear the quiz i disconnect the call and i received the message of deducting rs. 3.00 from my mobile balance after that i complaint about this to customer care and trai helpline but they says it is correct deduction. I contact them several times and ask for proof whether i response to the quiz but of no use they are firm on their charges is it legal now when i try to open history of incoming calls and message the call and message is vanish from screen. I am using mobile since last 20 years and not greedy to take part in these kind of quiz. There is not matter of merely rs.3.00 but in one day they can call lakhs of people and cheat in this way. I request you to kindly ask them to give proof or refund my balance.

                                    I need to call barring on my device because of fraud calls, to many unknown numbers calling. I tried my self but i could get at all the result i got "call barring rejected". Try to illustrate about this issue.

                                    It says that idea number does not exist and the same number is linked to my adhar card and also linked to my bank account i need the same number back again ASAP. It is very important for me to get the number back again so i request you to help me for getting my phone number back again
                                    As my home location ( Pali-Raigad 410205) idea 4g as well as 3G network not working properly.
                                    No any internet speed, just show 3G, 4G network but actually not working -waste of money on recharge
                                    I had recharged my number on 7th of this month. Today I was recharging someone else's number and I accidentally recharged my number for the same data plan I already have. Is there any way I can get the recharged amount back??

                                      I am from candolim, goa. My family has multiple idea sims, both post paid and prepaid but the network is almost zero in our area since the day idea merged with vodafone.

                                      We cannot be contacted most of the time and hence are missing important business and personal calls. If the call connects we have to be still in certain spots and be hopeful of the person on the other end is able to hear. Most of the time it is not so....

                                      Idea better rectify the network soon or else i will file a suit against them for deficiency in services.

                                      Later I received a message from Idea stating : "Sim replacement request is registered and not pay any amount in cash for SIM exchange".
                                      This is very bad practice followed by he Idea store.
