I updated my idea 3g sim to idea 4g, i am unable to receive any messages from others friends, banks etc. Due to my business i am usually & time to time in need money transfer regarding otp sms from my bank (Which is ok before upgrading to 4g).
I contacted customer care of idea they told me it is activated after 24 hour, although my all services is activted except messages.
When i approach to outlet of idea they told to contact customer care & helpless. Dear customer, we attempted to call you to update for sr[protected]. You were unreachable on this attempt. We shall again try in some time.
I have been facing lot of inconveniences & problems due to this, i lost some faith by my regular customer.
Because my business work nature is — quick service - tatkal money transfer... But due to this message problem i can not do my work as per tatkal...
