From 30th aug 2019, i am getting calls from unknown numbers and when i attend those call it get disconnected after 10 sec without any input from my end. After that i receive message that "thank you for downloading contestpack from one97 and your have charged rs 5". This has happened me twice till now. And when i called customer care of idea they are saying we don't know any thing related to this contest and you might have clicked any link. I told them that this happening after i am attending call from certain numbers which in-fact are idea numbers. They are not giving me any solid details regarding this issue and just dogging my questions. So please help me out and get me my refund.

    This is kind information to you that i have been using my idea no [protected] since from a long time, i have never had any issues like this regarding bill payment you were asking to pay me the false bill which i havenot used, i am now working in nepal previously i have got a bill of rs6000/- stating that i have used internet which i actually dont still i was ready to make that payment but immediately i have cut down the international roaming and other services relating to it but still this time you have took a step a head and charged me rs24916 which is not correct as far as my concern i will be paying you only the bill of rs4000/- which have used genuinely, so if you want to accept the payment then i am ready to pay the amount of rs 4000/- only.

        I updated my idea 3g sim to idea 4g, i am unable to receive any messages from others friends, banks etc. Due to my business i am usually & time to time in need money transfer regarding otp sms from my bank (Which is ok before upgrading to 4g).
        I contacted customer care of idea they told me it is activated after 24 hour, although my all services is activted except messages.

        When i approach to outlet of idea they told to contact customer care & helpless. Dear customer, we attempted to call you to update for sr[protected]. You were unreachable on this attempt. We shall again try in some time.

        I have been facing lot of inconveniences & problems due to this, i lost some faith by my regular customer.
        Because my business work nature is — quick service - tatkal money transfer... But due to this message problem i can not do my work as per tatkal...

          I am using idea card seens about 4 months. At my home very poor coverage of net & phone both. I complained so many time but only 1 & registered copy answer every time from customer care. I request that if you can't provide good network than why are you advertising so much. If your service is not good than give me some discount in recharge amount also.

              I was using idea network 2 years before. Due to some network issue i have raised complaint. But it was not resolved and that person said you won't get network on that places. So i have done settlement and disconnected my idea network. But now a days i'm receiving calls again to pay 2500 rs and if failed you will remand for 15 days. I don't know why should i pay. Since i already paid.

                I have a number which is active since many years [protected]. Whenever someone calls this number or i dial it from my other number, it says the number is invalid.

                Wrong message giving. If it is out of coverage area then it should say out of coverage area and not the invalid number.

                Its a big harassment.

                I am a postpaid user and using two numbers from idea since last 5-6 years. I am paying huge amount every moth to this company. We do not get good network at all.

                Now my relatives, my friends have started laughing on me that i am using such a low grade company's connection with such high rentals.

                And what i am getting back is that this comapny is saying my active number as inavalid number.

                So rediculous.

                  My idea Sim is showing No Service since this morning. I was trying to verify my Netflix account via my idea number.
                  I have paid my electric bill via Paytm few minutes before that.
                  I have spoken to idea helpline.
                  I have tried changing Sim slots.
                  I have also tried manually selecting carrier and network type.
                  Kindly resolve the issue, or tell me what must be done.

                  However, they are charging 120/- rupees for the change of Sim card.
                  While the company charges only 75/- rupees inclusive of the SIM.
                  Kindly look into this fraud.

                      Whenever anyone calls on my mobile number [protected], it says switch off.
                      Idea is the worst telecommunication company. Even did recharge of rs 398 but still when anyone, it says switch off. I request not to use idea sim. Their customer care is not helpful. Many times i called for solution to this problem but found helpless. Worst sim card company i have ever experienced.

                        The network signal is too weak and the 4g network is even slower than 2g network. I cannot access internet inside my house. The voice call strength is too weak that i have go outdoor for better clarity. I network has gone worse after the upgradation. The signal strength was much better before upgradation. I feel the same issue at all the places that i travel. I am totally disappointed with the network. I am planning to port to another network provider.

                          How do i pay the outstanding amt, i am using the number since 1 month after porting. To my knowledge i have paid all the outstanding after which porting was allowed.

                            I have switched to idea postpaid from airtel postpaid. Today 26th august 2019 i have received text message stating your barring request has been processed successfully but i have not requested for any. I immediately went to idea store, their representative said that you have not paid idea bill due to this reason idea has turned off your network. But due date for my payment is 5th september 2019. How come they have turned off network service very early. Now i can't make calls as there is zero network. Kindly help me in this matter.

                                From last one week . i am facing issue of worst 4g netowrk .
                                After 8 Pm daily my sim goes in 2g mode . it is not covering 4g network at all till next day morning .

                                In Day period network working fine but after 8 pm it is not working which is very irritating

                                  my number allotted to someone else without informing me

                                  I had my mobile number which was 9years old then i ported my sim to idea cellular and didn't use it a lot. One day when i checked they allotted my mobile number to someone else. It was 9year old number which was connected to all my bank accounts and online transaction apps. I called their customer care and they were so rude and careless. So i decided to go through the legal ways as this is completely illegal to provide such an important asset...

                                  I have receiv an ODB call from Idea and ask to press key to activate sports service. I haven't responded and call disconnected automatically. But service charges deducted and service activated. I have called to Idea care on 198 and ask to reversal of the service because I have not activated the same but the are saying that it is activated by me.

                                    All of a sudden my sim lost signal when i visited care they have informed that sometimes due to technical reasons the sim will become obselete and you have to take a new one. After i have taken a new one. I am able to receive incoming calls and as well as outgoing calls are working fine. But i cannot receive any sms or send any sms.

                                    Desirable solution: i want the complete full fledged services to be received on my mobile number

                                      Respected sir/madam
                                      I am a customer of idea cellular, my cell phone no. Is [protected], my cell phone is recharged but there is no any network service available on my registered sim card from last 15 days. I cant make any single call & message to anybody & not even Internet access. Idea providing very poor service to their customers. I am very disappointed with the network of idea. Please take it seriously because my sim card is fully less of networks.
                                      It is a humble request to the concern officer please take necessary action. I hope it will be a quick & supportive action. Kindly resolve my complaint
