Im an old idea customer using this number since 2004. I got a call on 23rd july regarding the bill payment. Due to certain confusion i asked the person to connect me to the manager as he was absolutely unable to solve my query. It took them more than 10 days to arrange a call back that too after too many reminders and fight over the phone. And at the end when finally ms shweta (So called introduced herself as process manager) came on line on 2nd august, cut down my phone without even listening to my concern.
I fail to understand whats taking them so long to sileve a simple issue i have with idea service.

I heard Idea has tie-ups in UAE and some of my colleague's numbers are working in UAE. On other side, my Idea sim is not working in UAE since I have arrived.

    The 'idea' Internet doesn't work at all.
    They've taken money for all those internets and unlimited calling packages. But they don't let the person utilize all of the internets, because for the maximum time it doesn't work.
    I've been using 'idea' for 3 years.
    Their calling quality is very bad, their internet is very bad. Nothing works.
    And their customer care number doesn't work.
    If you google idea's customer care contact number, the result will be 12345, but when you dial the number, it says that you've dialled the wrong number.

      My self is vikas singh and i am from delhi. As now days idea cellular promoting that we are the best 4g network in india.
      My simple question is that. I made 20 calls to your customer care for network issue. But yet there is no response. So i would like to say that first see about your # service. And as you guys are misguiding customer kindly stop this. We are not fool here as # idea company thinking of. You don't have even complete 2g and your company taking about 4g. I am facing network issue from last 3 months and every time i called your so called # customer care number -198
      And every time my complaint got registered but yet there is no response.. And for service reminder you guys are doing call when you want money.. I want reply on that now pls don't call me. Whatever conversation you guys want do on mail.. # company..

        I have been charged with 8₹ at 5:52pm today unnecessarily... I want my balance back as soon as possible... It's very bad to do like this every time on june 13 also i faced the same problem and also may times before that... This wat how idea works??? Deducting with out any reasons??? Why there is a need to deduct my balance? Even 155228 shows that there is no vas activated. I am fed up with these activities...

          I received a message from 53010 stating "dear customer, you have been charged rs 10 and your current balance is rs xxx". Without my permission they just deduct my balance and i didn't get any details regarding the deduction of my balance. My parents use this number n don't know about all fraud things u r doing.

            In my area idea network is very bad. We live in the jabalpur city. As compared to other companies idea 4g internet speed is very low . Even call signal are very weak .
            Watching video online is nearly impossible . In jabalpur more 10 thousands customer live. Please increase the number of network tower in our area . Online payment and use of social app in very difficult .I have attached a picture of network signal .

              For last one month i am facing problems with idea network due to weak signals in my concerned area of residence.Since i am a business man my phone keeps ringing all the time, and i have four idea numbers in my house. Very shortly I am thinking of porting my numbers in to jio if the problem is not taken care off.

                On 14th June, I had done a recharge of 398 to my idea number [protected] in the My Idea App. I had 50 rupees voucher in my idea app so 348 amount was paid through my MobiKwik wallet in My Idea App. My 348 rupees was deducted in MobiKwik wallet but transaction failed in My Idea App. My refund is not credited to my MobiKwik wallet and benefits to my Idea number also not received. MobiKwik team is asking the written communication from idea but Idea team is not solving my concern since June 14. Please solve my problem.

                  I am writing regarding the my terminated number of idea [protected]. I terminated this number by calling to customer care before almost 3 months. And still idea cellular generating bills, even before a month they generated bill and even after that i paid bill of 795/- on 21/06/2019 with receipt no:[protected]. They are still generating bills and asking me to pay it...
                  And their lawyers are also very rude and he abuses me and ask me to pay bills otherwise idea can file case in supreme court against me.

                    Remaining talk time balance is Rs 63.

                      About My balance deduction of 10 rupees, i call to customer care they said that it is because i dialed *123# from my phone, but how is this possible when i was talking to someone from another sim card of same phone that i will dial a no. From another sim and get connected. I have proof that I was talking to someone at that moment of time. I want my balance to be refunded.
                      I called using my Jio SIM on 5:06pm
                      And disconnect the call after 29 min 15 sec than how can I call with another SIM i. e. Idea on 5:34:17 pm on same date.

                      My plan has been changed to "Nirvana 299" without consent. I am appalled that IdeaVodafone has resorted to such underhand tactics to increase their profits. TRAI should investigate this issue as it appears to have affected a lot of their customers. How can they submit a change request on my behalf?

                        My account number:[protected] which is a postpaid idea network is been charged incorrectly over 4 months.

                        I had not paid the bill for last two months because i am not getting any signal for the same.
                        When tried to complaint through alternate number, they says you need to call us by the registered number.
                        I the registered number does not have the network connectivity how can we call from that?

                        Hence, i need refund of my four months bills for no use of the sim.

                          Please do something for the network in the provided area. Even when the cell tower is just 200 meters from the provided location, there's no 3g and 4g coverage. Only 2g coverage which is not at all acceptable for the money which is being paid every month to you. Not only me. Many other idea users in my area are struggling too and many of them ported to jio because of the poor coverage and worst internet services. Please don't let me do the same like what the others did.

                            First of all we did not have any recent communication with you. Also it is not matter of refunding the amount. I just want to know why it is being charged every week and this is happening more than a year?

                                    I am not able to send sms to any numbers from my idea prepaid no. [protected], i approached to all level idea customer cares nos. But issue is not getting resolved, logged a complaint with complaint no.[protected] but got closed without any resolution. This is very much disappointing and had very bad experience with idea customer care. Please solve my issue on priority & confirm.

                                      I have been using my idea sim from last many years. The sim come with life time free incoming facility, but now when jio came and people are not taking interest in these cellular companies so now they starting charging for incoming also. They are forcing to do rupess 35 recharge every month.

                                      This is highly unethical, i purchased idea sim when they were offering lifetime validity and now they have changed their stand this should not be allowed. Need to file a complaint against cheating and life long validity should be restored to existing customer, as we have already paid

                                      As per our recent communication, we've informed you that your mentioned number is active with us. Also, as informed in case of non recharge after service validity, curtailed services (Only Incoming) will be available for grace period of 15 days, after which services will not be available till the time applicable recharge is done. To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend you to recharge your account regularly or you can recharge with any long service validity recharge options available on our website based on your usage.

                                        Idea deactivated my number [protected] since april without even informing me, when i complained about them they requested to visit an idea store and my sim will get reactivated but since 3months have passed they are not giving any revert from there side so that i can reactivate my number, i am facing a lots of issues due to this as my number is situated with my bank accounts and online accounts, even i paid the remaining bill they're still fooling me again and again
