I am using same number with all my bank accounts and other places since long time now and now all of sudden i am not getting any otp or bank deduction and other messages. I confirmed with my banks and they have confirmed that the issue is not from their end. Please help, any ways all other services are worst of yours at least give the basic services properly and stop irritating your customers when they are actually your existing customers. There is no point in calling them and giving them offers and solutions when they add their name to portability from idea to any other network switch.

Dailer tone was activated on my mobile without my notice and reached customer care after a day of trying to reach them to get the information. They informed that it was activated by copy song ivr option and i see 2 subscription on my bill. One has a validity of 1 year and other one for 1 month.

How 2 subscription of same service can be available for a single number?

If there is one subscription with validity of one year why they activate charged dailer tone again to loot the customer?

Idea is making fools by providing copy this song option if it is pressed by mistake they are looting the money?

This is one type of big scam we can say, where people really dont need it?

If the people are illiterates they dont understand this at all this my happen by mistake many time and looting money for free.

People should raise their voice on this?

We need to bring this mobile providers to make a systematic procedures.

Please dont go for idea network never ever they attaract by providing some goodies or offers and after that if you get any problem you cannot reach customer care.

Mostly customer care people in idea were lkg people they dont answer even though is you reach them some home.

Try 12345 and see you can never ever reach the customer care sure for a bet

Please please please dont get into the trap of idea network and be a fool.

This is worst customer care we can say in whole other mobile service providers.

Services also will not be upto a the mark.

The individual has been sending me my own private conversation with others. I suspect that a duplicate sim has been issued or my phone has tapped illegally.. Kindly a case be register for breaching my privacy with criminal intension. My alternate no. [protected]

Hi idea,
I have bought new idea sim on 7 july 2019 morning 11clk and in afternoon i got sms on my alternate number to activate sim by calling 59059. From that time i am trying 59059 but it is not connecting.

When i call idea support and tell my problem they didn't give any useful information.

Please provide any other number or activate services of my new idea number [protected]

Will you explain why does i got charged with 0.04 inr on 0 mb data i used? I didn't even switched on the mobile data.

Why am i getting a message of a rs 0.04 deduction in a idea sim due to internet usage even though i have wifi connectivity?

I am not using idea mobile network for internet access. Still i am getting charged.

Please fix the issue and give my money back.

I purchased a idea no before 2 years ago. Suddenly company deactivated my no with out information on 2-3 july 2019. I went to idea store rajnagar ghaziabad and customer represtative can't satisfied me and he says they have no solution because company closed your no.
What is the service of idea cellular.?
This is the idea service, not acceptable.

I am facing network issues since more than 16 months now.
I am not getting agreed network speed at my area.
I have already raised several complaints but there is no solution on this.
Even i raised complaints, customer representatives closing requests without resolving my issues.
Moreover now a days i am getting very poor kind of data service.
My downloading speed hardly reaching to 50 kbps.
Only receiving calls from representatives saying that they will resolve the complaint but there is no improvement yet. However instead of improving they are providing worse service.
Attached downloading photos on 4g network where from 1.25 mb to 4.52mb it takes almost 1min. Even after 5 min i am able to download only 60% o[censored]pdate which is only 16mb.

I have done a recharge of rupees 398 (unlimited call/ 1.4gb data per day for 70 days) on 6th june 2019
And today 4th july 2019 i mistakenly recharged my same number with 399 rupees (unlimited call / 1gb per day for 84 days)
Please help me out.

Yesterday my request was ported to idea from Jio. But all i can see in my phone is only 2g network, before porting I went to idea gallery & show my mobile to idea gallery excisitive he clearly said aaramse chalega now after porting to idea they declined & told in Mumbai there is no 4g network for Redmi note 4 than I gave my friend phone number who is idea user & asked them to check which mobile he is using. After this idea customer care has no answer as his phone was perfectly working fine they asked me to get phone updated I did update the phone from mi service centre but still nothing works only 350 rupees was wasted for software update. I asked them to move me out of idea network as there is no inter Available in Mumbai & outside Mumbai so they teaching me policy for 90 days.
After an argument idea gallery & idea care asked to go & file court case. They will not help me at any cost.

There is no vale no respect for customers.

I am living in sbi colony, shegaon, buldhana, maharashtra - 444203. From past few months i am suffering from very slow network problem. The internet speed is also very slow. Before few months the network speed was good but now the problem had become worst. This type of problem is not expected by the company like idea. If you cannot solve this problem then i will not have any other option to port the sim to other network.

With deep regrets, i'm writing a complaint against idea cellular, which had taken multiple complaints and not resolved them from the past few months.

I'm facing a severe call drop and 4g service at several locations everyday regarding which i have raised complaints since september 2018. Till date it is not resolved.

I have phoned and went physically to several outlets to check, no body is giving a certainty or hope as on when it will get resolved.

I pay 499 plus taxes every month for this and not getting proper service.

Kindly look into this, please do the needful.

My idea mobile no.[protected] in which network & internet related problems where coming & for it i have complained to idea customer care many times but about 1 month it is unsolved at last i am now made my mind to port my number to another network carrier provider. This idea service is totally dull. Coz of this many person in my group have droped idea network.

Very slow internet can't even send a message through whatsapp very bad network i have ever seen. Please check this and improve your services. The speed of internet is very poor nowadays i came to know that idea cellular has more network issues and it takes 2 mins to deliver a normal sms. If this issue continues i'm going to change to another server

I have been facing sever network issue in my area of veraval (Gujarat). There is continuous call dropping and even 4g network runs very poorly. Network availability is also deteriorating day to day. Other networks runs properly without any glitch. Even while doing video call we are not able to see other person or hear his voice. We have to come out from our houses for attending calls. We regret of having this network in our area.

I have lost my. Sim and I want to know my last 10call detiles. Folrom my sim. I have very important number in that sim. I just want to know. Who is calling from. My sim. I want last 5 detilies of. My incoming and. Out going. I want u to send it on my email. So I can check who is calling form my sim. To whom he is calling. So I can easily find the person. Whom stolen my sim.

Today i recharged my idea mobile (amount = 398) from my idea app with 50 rs off voucher via paytm wallet. Money got deducted from my paytm wallet but recharge not done.
Paytm says payment is done from my side.

Idea says payment not received.

What should i do????

I have been using services of idea since 2006 and i took new life long 995 postpaid plan in 2006 ([protected]) from idea.. Life long itself means for life time..in year 2006 they created this life long plan for post paid and prepaid both consumers..
But now they changed my plan without my consent, stating me that this plan is no more.. How is this possible sir?
I spent 3000 rs. At that time including security and now they have changed my plan to some other plan as i was not told at that time in 2006 that my plan for some limited period, which is not at all suitable and fair for me..
I am lodging this complaint to get justice in my favour.. And let me know if i am wrong any where..
Idea has looted a tonnes of people with this plan changing act of their's.. This is ridiculous.. It means that they can do whatever they like..
I feel like i have been looted and fooled by idea cellular company..
I request you take necessary actions against idea cellular services..

Deduction of charge @ rs 3.00 is being done in several occasions, though no service was requested for.
Please stop any active service, if any, and stop deductions of charges @ rs 3.00 against my mobile no [protected].
I am now afraid of recharging my mobile for such unwanted deductions.

Has converted my connection from Idea to Jio. Amount of Rs: 2056 is pending from Idea to me, but instead of paying me back i am receiving the msgs that amount of Rs: 2056 is due and need to pay.
when going to Idea service center they are saying that amount needs to pay to the customer. So no due is pending from customer side.
Due to this issue i am receiving calls from Jio that they have not received any NO Due certificate from Idea, due to which they will disconnect my connection.

I am looking for an immediate action as its been more than a week i am suffering with this issue.
