Has converted my connection from Idea to Jio. Amount of Rs: 2056 is pending from Idea to me, but instead of paying me back i am receiving the msgs that amount of Rs: 2056 is due and need to pay.
when going to Idea service center they are saying that amount needs to pay to the customer. So no due is pending from customer side.
Due to this issue i am receiving calls from Jio that they have not received any NO Due certificate from Idea, due to which they will disconnect my connection.

I am looking for an immediate action as its been more than a week i am suffering with this issue.

I contacted customer support, but there is always hold and cut the phone and they are saying to call later again and again.
Today 14:28 pm 10/- amount is deducted from my number - [protected].
I didn't use internet/calls/ msg.
Now its showing 43.78/- in my account.
Please refund my money back.

Also i would like to let you know that without this sim no. I cannot able to operate and financial transactions so please don't delay my humble request.

              I am facing a lot of issues about call connecting, data usages problem, call dropping issues etc. Since last week and i have been complaint on 26.06.2019 first time but problem not resolved, again i have been complaint on 28.06.2019 but no positive response from idea customer care service.
              Today 29.06.19 i called again and asked customer care senior officer ms. Chhaya but called disconnected by customer care officer without proper response to me and also she told me clearly that you can go in consumer court and or anywhere they have no issue.
              I have lost my business in these days due to my clients are very angry due to my call did not connected from their end and i could not access there mail and calls.
              Plz. Take my case seriously and take necessary action against service provider idea cellular.

                Hi team vodafone idea,

                There is something seriously wrong with vodafone idea company.
                Refer communication id c[protected],

                First,
                Your retail guys sold me 2 numbers without telling me that a postpaid idea number cannot be added in family connection. And i ported 2 numbers ([protected] and [protected]).
                Second,
                The customer care guys told me you need to visit idea store to make it happen. It cannot be done through idea app.

                Third,
                The idea store guy told me this is not possible, you first need to convert one of the numbers i. E. [protected] to prepaid. I asked him to convert it to prepaid. He informed that i need to visit on billing cycle day.
                I reached out to him on bill cycle day and got it done (Refer communication id c[protected] and intentionally asked “do in need to come back for any other action”. He clearly said “” no “”.

                Fourth,
                Today i called customer care to understand why the request could not be completed, she (Rekha) said you had to visit the store again after 4 days to collect the new prepaid sim. “”what the hell is that…!!! “”

                I seek clarification.. If i had to go there and collect the sim, why the original sim kept continuing.. It should have stopped. I would have automatically reached out to collect the new sim.
                Secondly : why there is a difference in feedback from your store guys and customer care.
                Some of your customer care say that family connection can be added via idea app and some say cannot.

                    I recharged rs 169 for my idea number from their website. It shows thank you and recharge successful message on the website. Money was deducted from my bsnk account. But i have not got sny recharge sms from idea. I called customer care. They said the sms will come after some time. But it did not come. I again called customer care to register a complaint. But they said they will register the complaint but they did not give or send me any complaint number. How long should i wait for the recharge? Please credit the money to my bank account.

                        This was an horrible experience with idea post paid services. I got my airtel number [protected] ported to idea and for last 03 days the number is dead. Whose fault is this? Multiple calls to idea customer care fetched no results... They did now allow to talk to their managers and disconnect call. I followed all instructions and no service yet. This is not acceptable.
                        How come the customer care department giving new reasons every time. No senior person is available to take calls and understand the concern.
                        Why would i decide to go with idea??

                          Hi, i made a idea recharge for rs.119/- (Mob no:[protected]) on 27.06.2019 at 11.10a. M appx through online in idea cellular website. Amount was deducted from my bank account but recharge not yet received. Kindly check the issue, either refund the amount deducted from my acc or do the recharge. Why this kind of problems we are facing mostly in idea most of the time. Can't you pplz solve this issue?

                                I had done an online recharge of RS 199 on 27/6/19. The transaction is successful but the amount is not recharged to my mobile number. Transaction ID is QCMP[protected]. Kindly resolve the issue ASAP or make arrangements for refunding the amount to my account.

                                  I have been using idea postpaid 99 plan.
                                  From last 4 months i am getting 299 as basic rental. The customer care executives say that since that 99 plan is closed they have upgraded it to 299 plan. How come they themselves change plan without my approval. When i asked them they r telling they have sms ed me. They gave information. But thats ridiculous.
                                  I as a customer has to select which plan i need or i have to tell them whether i can pay the monthly rental or not.
                                  Without my approval they cant change plan and ask me to pay more...

                                    I just have a single contact number and it is having network issues since a few days. It is showing no service continously and so i am unable to receive and make any call and messages. I can not even contact the customer care and the email that i have sent have not been replied by the company.
                                    I have tried everything possible to make the network work but nothing is working.

                                      There is a recharge pack available on website.So why this happens.

                                        I have tried for an idea mobile recharge for rs: 95 on 26th june 2018. Did it through idea's online recharge website itself. During transaction money was deducted from bank account and showed recharge successful message on the screen. But i haven't received the recharge amount till now. Transaction id for the same is igaglfqnk1. I am expecting either a refund or a successful recharge of mobile number
