Hi team vodafone idea,
There is something seriously wrong with vodafone idea company.
Refer communication id c[protected],
First,
Your retail guys sold me 2 numbers without telling me that a postpaid idea number cannot be added in family connection. And i ported 2 numbers ([protected] and [protected]).
Second,
The customer care guys told me you need to visit idea store to make it happen. It cannot be done through idea app.
Third,
The idea store guy told me this is not possible, you first need to convert one of the numbers i. E. [protected] to prepaid. I asked him to convert it to prepaid. He informed that i need to visit on billing cycle day.
I reached out to him on bill cycle day and got it done (Refer communication id c[protected] and intentionally asked “do in need to come back for any other action”. He clearly said “” no “”.
Fourth,
Today i called customer care to understand why the request could not be completed, she (Rekha) said you had to visit the store again after 4 days to collect the new prepaid sim. “”what the hell is that…!!! “”
I seek clarification.. If i had to go there and collect the sim, why the original sim kept continuing.. It should have stopped. I would have automatically reached out to collect the new sim.
Secondly : why there is a difference in feedback from your store guys and customer care.
Some of your customer care say that family connection can be added via idea app and some say cannot.
Idea Cellular customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
