Iam not using ny Idea sim since 2 months, its now held that regiatration of the sim is failed.
Iam unable to get the appropriate signal and not able to operate the sim.
It is allowing only emergency calls but not any other calls as needed.
I want to recharge and use the sim but cant do that because of such failure.

shortly,
its a registration failure of the sim and i want a quick solution for is normal functionality.

please do the needful.

I tried to send port message to 1900 from my idea number [[protected]] by using set format. However the messages are not being sent, it shows sending failed. I have tested sending messages to other numbers and it works but messages sent to 1900 are being blocked. Please help

    I received a marketing call today (25/6/2019) at 3:50 pm from a number of idea: [protected]. This call was linked to contest participation. I listen around 24 second and disconnected the call, but at 3:51 pm, a message was received about the deduction of rs. 3 from from 50404. When i called to the customer care 198, they denied refund the amount. Now, let me know, what is going on in the company when it is earning by stealing money of customers?

      I have been trying to port out from idea but i am not able to send message to 1900 to get the upc. The error message i get is message sending failed.. But i am able to send messages to other numbers

      This i feel is deliberately blocked by idea to prevent me from moving out of their network.. This is nothing but cheating the customers.

        I received many messages since last six months record from 53010 stating "dear customer, you have been charged rs 10 and your current balance is rs xxx". Around 220-250 rupees deducted till now. Without my permission they just deduct my balance and i didn't get any details regarding the deduction of my balance. So i called the idea customer care, and they say that i had purchased the game but i didn't purchased any game. I am using a only "basic" Phone & really didn't raised a purchase request. But customer care saying again and again same thing 'that you have purchased game.
        Request pls do the needful.

          I am holding idea postpaid number from last 11 years but from past 4-5 months I am facing network issues in noida area. Incoming and outgoing calls are not possible as network signals are very less. I had word with customer care and they suggested me to choose Vodafone network since they have merged but surprisingly I am not seeing Vodafone network. I am not at all satisfied with the solution as I am still facing problem. Kindly look into the matter or I will port the services.

              I tried to send port message to 1900 from my idea number [protected] by using format port to port to jio. How ever the messages are not being sent, it shows sending failed.               I’ve purchased a new idea sim card and its not getting activated. There is no signal on it and I’ve tried contacting 59059 but a call cannot be placed. I’ve recieved the message from iz-idea and iz-ideacare for the registeration.
              Add on Number [protected] Issued on My Existing number [protected] without my Permission and such add on number has not been received and used at our end but IDEA Cellular has made bill against Such Add on Number [protected].

              Further for your Information My Existing Number [protected] has been port to Jio Network after clearing all dues.

                I have an idea sim which is 15 years old. This month i lost my cell phone and i got a replacement sim from idea. But they are not reconnecting my sim because as per their records my house number is 287 and as per all my identity and photo identity documents my house number is 289. For this reason idea has not connected by sim. It is 8 days now. Idea staff made mistake while typing my house number in their database.

                Pls tell me what i should do. Who i should approach so that idea can connect my sim

                  Very poor network. Some incoming calls not receives, telling, "the number you have dialed is out of coverage area."

                  The internet speed is very slow. I used to come on my terrace to get whatsapp messages. Youtube works after 12.30 am. Downloading is not possible. I have complaint in customer care several times but they didn't solve my problem. Everytime they suggest me to switch off and on mobile, change apn, roaming to vodafone, etc.

                  I don't getting 20% benefit of my 399 rs. The internet pack doesn't use daily. I'm very tired of the service. Even everyone in 1×1 sq km is facing this problem from years.

                      I am a loyal idea customer since last 10 years. But from last 1 year i am repeatedly facing network related issues with idea; because of which as it is i was planning to port out and this bad incident happened to me because of idea.

                      I was traveling to mauritius in the last week and i activated international roaming over my number. When i came back to india i received bill of 93k “only”. When i checked my detailed bill i got to know that, i was charged only for 2 hours on 14th june between 1100 to 1300 but my plan got activated exactly at 14th june 0000.
                      Idea’s executives keeps on telling me that their sla to resolve this incident is 7 days and i will get resolution by then.
                      I hope idea understands that 93k is a huge bill amount for a common man like me and would be highest priority in his life to get it resolved; i cannot carry this burden for another 7 days.
                      Here with this mail i am attaching detailed bill and few artifacts from which i hope you will clearly understand your mistake.

                              I am an idea customer from last 12 years. I have a nirvana plan from last one year. I was receiving sms and call regarding free amazon prime membership with the plan. I have activated/availed the free service from the idea on 30th may as per the procedure explained by the call center people. I got my bill on 6th june. I found that there are two rows for amazon prime in the bill. First row has 0 charges and second row have charges of 999/- + taxes for amazon prime. I called customer care. They were not ready to register the complaint. The reason they gave is that first one we have given you free and second one charged for same number. I asked how can i have two membership for same number. On that she said you have not followed the procedure. I request her to register the complaint for the same. They are not ready to refund the amount and not able to explain the reason behind the charges.

                                Recharge done for 145 to the number [protected].and the recharge was not received, how come the money deducted from bank account.this is not acceptable and felling regression at idea services.hardly not happy with this type of inconvenience.i also want to know why was the amount not recharged.

                                  I received pulao from 1947 jayanagar branch through swiggy with small cockroach in it, pls check these big restaurants periodically so that people should get healthy food for what they charge exorbitantly, and cancell their licences if they found guilty, I hope this complaint gets some good results, even these on line food delivery service people never check the items which we order online is correct while pick up from the restaurants, many times we found few items missing from the order

                                      My mobile number is xxxxxxx785 and i was in Europe during 1-June-2019 to 10-June-2019.
                                      To receive important sms and OTP I just enabled International Roaming pack of Rs.149/- and have NOT ACTIVATED any Voice/Data pack.
                                      During my stay in Europe I received an sms that i exceeded my credit limit of Rs. 21, 200/- It was shocking because i made just one sinlge call of 20 sec to India and used data of 23 MB only. The final bill which was generated on 15-June-2019 was whopping Rs. 28, 467/- just for one call and 23 Mb of data usage in Czech Republic(19Mb) and Hungary(4Mb)
                                      There is NO INFORMATION ABOUT THESE GPRS CHARGES READILY AVAILABLE ON www.ideacellular.com WEBSITE. They are advertising regular International Roaming packs to various destinations on their website BUT information related usage charges in case someone enables only international roaming for sms and OTP.
                                      There is absolutely NO warning in case someone tries data access during roaming, moreover the service provider should automatically enable the relevant starter/lowest pack of International roaming OR simply disable data services in the absence of any valid pack. This is highly unethical on Idea service provider and it has caused immense financial loss to consumer as of now and even in the past.
                                      Moreover all over the World data usage charges have decreased a lot and Certainly they are not Rs. 1000/Mb(Idea has charges)
                                      I expect a strong action from DoT towards the service provider-IDEA .

                                      I appreciate urgent action from GoI/DoT/TRAI

                                        I am an idea customer since ten years. I have never got a good offer from this money looters and they are stealing our hard earned money like anything. Most of the time they will disconnect our incoming call services without any information. Also, they will charge extra for unwanted things along with the monthly bill.
