I am an idea customer since ten years. I have never got a good offer from this money looters and they are stealing our hard earned money like anything. Most of the time they will disconnect our incoming call services without any information. Also, they will charge extra for unwanted things along with the monthly bill.

If in case your e-mail id is not registered with us we request you to first register your e-mail id by following these steps i.e. send EMAILID<space>e-mail address to 12345. For example EMAILID<space>[protected]@gmail.com. Also, you can register your e-mail id via My Idea App/ Web. However, we are sorry to inform you that we'll be unable to provide you the incoming call details. As only chargeable transactions can be tracked by the operators. Also, you can check your outgoing call, SMS details & account related information in My Idea Application or Website.

      I tried to send port message to 1900 from my idea number [protected] by using format port to port to jio. How ever the messages are not being sent, it shows sending failed. I have tested sending messages to other numbers and it works but messages sent to 1900 are being blocked. I have talked to idea customer care who repeatedly states that they couldnt find any reasons why port messages wouldnt be delivered. Please help

        As I am calling others it is automatically the call will be cuts and the and sometimes it will so that server unreachable and sometimes it will reduce the signal but there is no concern about the customer service as I am facing the problem since nearly one month but there is concern and I didn't saw this type of worst cellular service, I have never seen this type of service

            I have one connection of idea cards (Odisha) from last 2years.
            I have received flash message from last 1 week like your data balance is less than 100mb
            I have already complaint through call but still not solved, it's irritating me .
            I have also get confirmation that flash message issue solved by idea, which is false confirmation when problem still happenning.
            I have send same message screenshot to idea customercare but still no action taken.

            I need solution as soon as possible, for such type message i have also activated DND, but result is zero.

              Which has been wrongly recharged for dialertone services.. without my knowledge..I called customer care, they said it can't be reversed & you can use it only for unlimited dialer tone.

                We have applied for Port out 1st time on 1st of this month for 21 nos. out of 35 Nos. for our corporate account no.[protected]. We have even deposit Rs. 3000/- as advance against this nos. in our above corporate account. The port out was rejected by Idea on 8th of this month. Upon calling them they said you have not paid advance for Port out. Upon confronting them again and telling we have advance in our account, they said it was rejected as our executive didn't able to reach you for stoping this port out and hang up our phone. We again call them and they said it was due to some technical reason beyond their control and was rejected due to their system error.

                We again send port out request on 9th of June with all the necessary papers and have now deposit more 5000 rupees in our corporate account. It was again rejected by Idea cellular and upon asking them they said it was due to some technical reason.

                The number given in any website to contact nodal office or appellete in delhi goes to Vodafone center and they say we can't help you.

                We just want to port out from this 3rd class network and service provider-Idea which doesn't care about its customer and harass its customer by giving false details.

                Please help in same.

                I have visited idea store as instructed by you and raised my problems there. They said this time port out was rejected due to authorize name mismatch. When i instructed them that this is partnership firm and name is correct from our side.They said they have raised complain in system and you can send port out request once again. I have raised the port out again on 19th June with all the documents once again in jio network. It has been rejected once again on 25/06/2019. When i visited same idea store they have given me the number of Miss Bharti sachdeva - [protected] (rm) of my connection and said she will help me in my query. After 2-3 calls she picked up the phone and told she is not (RM) of my connection and told to call me [protected] for my query and hang up the phone. When i called this toll free number they said there is no (RM) of my Corporate connection and said you have to call [protected]. There one executive name Mr. Samson picked up and he said it was rejected due to Letter of Authorization Invalid reason. Upon asking he said you just send the email to [protected]@vodafoneidea.com with all your problem and we will upon receipt of your email, will help port out this numbers.

                I know once again they are just wasting my time and money as how can they help me in port out from there system instead of any help from other Operator like JIO.

                Literally fed up in this last 1 month with this service of Idea and every time they are just giving silly reason and stopping this port out request.
                Today 8rs cut from my idea number.i didn't activate any plan or service.

                  Im using Idea Sim, No. [protected].Till yesterday my account balance was around Rs.50/-. today morning my account balance is .03p. How can it be possible? I never subscribe to any services. No history is showing regarding this consumption of Account balance. So please clarify the consumption of such balance. And return back my balance immediately. and solve my problem ASAP. I'm using Idea from long time but this type of problem I'm facing from last 1(one) year. Please dont compel me to switch over to another service provider. Looking forward to hear from your end soon. Thanks.

                    I never seen this kind of[censored]seless service from idea .i was facing Network issue so i given more then complaint no other solution so they given free missed call alert pack then what happen next bill 200 charged for missed call alert what a [censored] you people doing so i payed my bill amount 500 and port out my number to Jio Now again they asking 200 after making the payment only i port out my number then why should i pay useless idea people ([protected]) better you can do any legal action againts me we will meet in court i have all the recording voice of fake commitment your people given ...

                        I hace tried to recharge my number a lot of times and also logged complain regarding that at idea and idea app to, but no resolution was provided to me. I want that my number should be recharged easily by me. Also it is not being ported to any other cellular network.
                        I have also contacted my nearby retailers regarding this and discussed the issue, but they were also unable to give any resolution.

                            Hi, this is Sriram from Hyderabad. I have been facing call drop problem at my office location, Madapur. I have registered complaints for multiple times, but they are closed as the issue is resolved without informing me. I have been paying more than Rs.500 per month. I have been using this network for 10 years. I don't want to move to another network

                              Refer to my Service Request# C[protected], In month of April 2019 Bill, I have been charged for Rs. 249/- for renewal of Dialer Tones Subscription.

                              Please find attached, screenshots of all messages concerned to this topic.

                              1. I had Received a SMS for intimation of Renewal of Dialer tone Subscription on 23-Mar-2019, 10:27 am.

                              2. Then I have Sent, as advised in SMS, STOP Message to 155223 on 23-Mar-2019, 10:31 am.

                              3. Still I got message from 54300 that my Subscription for Dialer Tone has been renewed at 24-Mar-2019, 07:41 am

                              4. And followed by another message that "You have been unsubscribed from Dialer Tones" on 24-Mar-2019, 7:45 am.

                              Though, I had taken STOP action for subscription on-time, I Have been Charge for Renewal of subscription and my services also unsubscribed.

                                  but its showing as unable to send the port request. kindly do needful action.

                                    I am facing data problems since 10th June, I have registered complaint about it on 12th June still I don't have get any solution about it until today.
                                    I have called in ideas customer care many times but there customer service officer are not giving any solutions and talking rudely. Still my data was not working
                                    Did I am doing recharges for facing that...
                                    I have tried to complain in ideas online complaining portal, but there not accepting my complaint.
                                    Still I am facing data problems...

                                    I lost my mobile i have to replace my number. for that sim replacement idea sim they are taking charge of 250 rs. is that reasonable cost for sim replacement.
                                    BSNL is taking charge of just 10 rs. why that is very high cost for idea ?
                                    why that much difference for BSNL and idea ?

                                    Whenever tried to call, it says "your service has been temporarily withdrawn". But, it has a cellular tower. But, customer care representative says all services are active in your number.
                                    please look after it ASAP.

                                      Hi am not getting network coverage, my mobile is displaying no sim card, I removed and restarted device so many times, without network how can I do transactions, call and make sms, please resolve this issue.
                                      From the past 2 weeks am not getting network in idea sim, restarting device so constantly makes irritating, please understand the mindset of customers, even there is no proper reply from customer care through email, this is not free service idea network should resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                                        Upon contacting your various vendor offices they didn’t showed any heed towards the same. I was often asked to run from pillar to post. Consider this my last attempt or i will be forced to switch all

                                        My idea for number [protected] is showing no service for the past two days .
                                        The sim has been removed and inserted multiple times.
                                        The phone has also been rebooted multiple times.

                                        Since 1 week I'm experiencing a worst network in my area.I had also spoke to the customer care team but the issue is not solved.The team everyday says that the issue will be solved by today but it's getting worst.I have a 4g pack but could not experience a 3g speed.
