I updated my idea 3g sim to idea 4g, i am unable to receive any messages from others friends, banks etc. Due to my business i am usually & time to time in need money transfer regarding otp sms from my bank (Which is ok before upgrading to 4g).
I contacted customer care of idea they told me it is activated after 24 hour, although my all services is activted except messages.

When i approach to outlet of idea they told to contact customer care & helpless.

I have been facing lot of inconveniences & problems due to this, i lost some faith by my regular customer.
Because my business work nature is — quick service - google pay, paytm money transfer... But due to this message problem i can not do my work as per paytm..

Since last two months my 4 numbers are facing below issues in service from Idea cellular-

    I was facing network issues from past 4-5 days .Suddenly my idea network were getting lost But today at 9pm my sim got completely down.Currently i am not able to get any network on sim and i have also tried to select network manually but still not getting idea signal.My sim is from madhya pradesh and currently i am in maharastra.Please look into this issue asap.

    I have port from idea to jio. But some fake calls ringing from 15 days from idea. It is about 'for correct answer it will give me prize'. Every day calls me 5 times. I never answer that calls but then also it calls me from different number of idea. This type is different number calls me[protected].

      I have been wrongly charged the sum of ₹272/- by Idea Cellular under the name of "Data pack pro ration".
      The company has disabled my services for the number because their customer care representative was unable to answer my query about the extra charge on data pack pro ration.
      This is absolutely disgusting act by Idea Cellular and this is how they loot people under the name "Data pack pro ration #".

        It's been 9 days now, Idea Sim hasn't been activated. Every 2 days they say the process is completed but there is no network on my number. I have been issued 3 new sim card, still no network. They claim of activation in 4 hours and it's been 9 days now. On asking the reason they don't know it, highly unskilled staff at Idea Gallery and the system overall at Idea sucks. Don't know now, how many times I need to visit Idea Gallery and repeat this process of adhar verification, get a new sim with again no network connection. Again visiting Gallery, this process goes on and on with Idea Cellular having no clue what are they doing ?

        My sim card hasn't been activated. Stop giving false hope and improve your service. Today, it will be 14th day my sim card being dead. What the hell is IdeaVodafone doing ? Can't activate a single sim card ? This is clear case of Mental Harrasment from Idea. From last 14 days I have visited Idea Gallery of Kalyan east for like 30-35 times, Call there toll free number for 20-25 times, called gallery again for 20 times. No one has an answer why my sim card exchange request gets cancelled Everytime. What the ### are you doing? Is this a joke, Idea ?

            My idea is showing no service for the past two days .
            The sim has been removed and inserted multiple times.
            The phone has also been rebooted multiple times.

If in case your e-mail id is not registered with us we request you to first register your e-mail id by following these steps i.e. send EMAILID<space>e-mail address to 12345. For example EMAILID<space>[email protected]. Also, you can register your e-mail id via My Idea App/ Web. However, we are sorry to inform you that we'll be unable to provide you the incoming call details. As only chargeable transactions can be tracked by the operators.               I am a 3years post paid customer for idea and I have 349 plan, The retailers said it is having 20GB data and unlimited calls.this month i am using 5GB data and some calls.suddenly i got 2000 rupees bill.The customer guys called me regarding for the bill payment but i have asked the details simply they said i will raise a complaint but still did not get call from idea.
              Now a days with 399 prepaid plan only we will get 3 months unlimited calls and daily 1.5GB data.so what is the use of my postpaid plan.

              From last 1 month, I am not able to sent SMS from my Iphone 7. Last month, I have changed my plan to Nirvana. But till date no resolution for query raised on Customer care as on 14 May 2019.

                8june 2019 i visited idea store to upadte my card 3g to 4g but after full day i waited but my both card has no network showed after that i visited again idea care then customer care executive said you your both card are blocked and you had to do sim exchange then i was on Monday 16june 2019 finished all sim exchange procedure but after 8 day still my sim not activated

                    I had bought idea upgrade data sim card(nano sim card) with recharge of cost rs 75 from idea service center from Pimple Saudagar Pune on 25th June2019 .My sim card was not activated.then I again visited them on 30th may and .They had taken extra 120 rs recharge and 75rs for sim.Still my sim didn't activate after 24 hrs.
                    when I call them they told us the sim has been rejected and told us to visit the main idea Baner center.when I visited the idea service center in Baner. They communicated there is some major network issue goin on. This thing was not communicated by the pimple saudagar branch.
                    From the last 9 to 10 days I am not able to use my idea sim. My all major work related to bank and useful things have been blocked. I have never faced such pathetic response..
                    Due to this I really want to change my sim to other service provider. I have been using the idea from last ten years.
                    Could you please provide us the timely update on this.
                    I am really annoyed by your service.
                    Please let us know the current update and when this issue will get resolved.

                      idea sim card shows no service

                      I am a idea user from Maharashtra, Sangli. My sim card is showing no service since two days.. I have the only simcard number to call and recieve calls.My works have been delayed due to this issue. I hav tried removing the simcard and inserting it again but, Alas! the same problem. This is happening since two days. Please take any action towards this. Humble request 🙏...

                      Couldn' send SMS and approached Idea store to get it solved. They suggested to replace the sim and got it replaced. And the issue continues...
                      called customer care but no result. I have the balance to send SMS
                      tried in other slots, Tried in other phones, no result. Msgsender num is correct. I did everything i could do but in vain.

                      Is there anything else i need to do
                      can u guys help me out or porting to other network is the only thought i have.

                        These days the internet speed rate of idea has degraded alot.. very poor internet. And it’s not the issue of range also. I m facing this issue very frequently these days. The speed was very good before but now it’s worse. I hope you guys look after it. And fix the issues as soon as possible. Idea is good brand and it’s doesn’t suit you guys going through these issues, it gives a very bad impression. These days as per my experience idea internet services are working very badly. I don’t know what the reason is, but please fix the problems as soon as possible and not only me but everyone in my family is facing this problem.

                          I'm not getting 4G network inside the house and hence can't utilise 4G data of 1 GB per day for which I paid 1699 rupees for 365 days validity, this is not the way to treat a long term customer as I won't get refunded either and hence cannot port to Vodafone's better network. I'm stuck with 2G data inside the house in spite of complaining at least twice to customer care, I live near Ambika nagarcha Vighnaharta, opposite to Maltidevi High School, Ambika Nagar No. 2, Wagle Estate, Thane (West), the nearest Idea tower seems to be Neheru Nagar tower, atop Ashar IT park. I have attached screenshots herewith which shows the distance of the tower from my house, my exact house location, and how I'm getting hardly 2 bars of 2G network, please strengthen the signal in the aforementioned tower at your earliest.

                            I am using idea prepaid number UPW circle, and not able to send message to port my number to 1900.

                            Everytime it says "Failed".

                            Kindly help to resolve this issue, as I am not satisfied with the services of Idea cellular now Vodafone-Idea.

                                I had requested for prepaid to postpaid conversion of number [protected] in April. The number is still Not converted to postpaid. on top of that The number is deactivated. I have gone to idea centre in pathardi ahmednagar atleast 10 times. The connection is in the name of Pooja Atram. The number was linked to all the bank accounts. All the online transactions are getting hamperes.

                                  I had a life time validity on my number [protected] which I am using for more than 20 years. I have been doing my recharges online using the free charge app always. On 20th March 2019 I recharged with Rs Rs 479 with 84 days validity and expires on the 13th June. Under this scheme unlimited calls, messages and data 1.5GB is free. On the 20th March my balance was Rs22.04 and continues to be till date.
                                  On the 17th May I recharged through free charge again Rs 100 for talktime as I felt Rs 22.04 was a small amount . I received a message from Freecharge saying successful.
                                  Received this message on ideainfo. Congratulations your recharge benefit has been successfully credited.
                                  But I have realized now that though I received the message money was not added to my account.The balance continues to be Rs 22.04.
                                  Kindly look into the matter.

                                    This is regarding idea mobile network. We dont even have a network after standing in the balcony of my building. This is a major issue and i have complained previously. So the network inside house didn’t get sorted now even OUTSIDE there is no network. Please do something regarding the same. The problem has been there past 5 years but no company has taken the action and resolved the issue. Kindly make sure the telecommunication company acts on it.

                                      Without my permission, Idea is applying charges on my postpaid account. This Idea number allotted to me by my company. I didn't buy any game.Right now, I'm using feature phone and it has only one game which is full and not on the trial basis.I got a message from 53010 that Thank you for purchasing the iappgame.Enjoy and have fun [protected]@iappgame.com.Whenever I got this message, then every-time Rs 3 deducts.I didn't buy any game.I called the idea customer care, they were saying that I had purchased the game but fact is that I didn't buy any game.My no. is [protected]. I'm using non-android phone for this number.Idea customer care is saying again and again that I've bought the game.They are not providing the solution.They are not refunding my deducted amount.
