Idea on its website shows that the reception in my area is good but when inside the house I cannot access 4G network at all whereas near the road it is accessible, my place of residence is opposite to Maltidevi High School, Ambika Nagar No. 2 in Wagle Estate, Thane (West), and I'm unable to utilise 4G network inside the house at all, I have attached screenshots of how data coverage is advertised on the website including my location with respect to the coverage area and how I'm unable to access 4G network, and how weak the 2G network is inside the house. I already talked to Idea customer care about it but the situation has worsened, Reference number is[protected], earlier I used to occasionally get 4G and at least 4 bars of 2G network, now I get no 4G network at all and maximum 3 bars of 2G inside the house.

Updated by alwynleo My complaint has not yet been resolved, as you can see in the screenshot I'm barely getting 2 bars of 2G and no 4G data at all inside the house, Idea claims that the problem has been solved already but I don't see any improvement in the network
