I am using idea network from past 10 years, i am very consistent customer of idea, instead of getting good offer from many service providers in telangana, i still in idea, idea cellular suppose to treat me good and with well behaviour and resolve my problem, my complaint is, i have replace my sim from idea shop nanal nagar, hyderabad, telangana. The employee has told me i will not get incoming msgs till 24 hours, till now more then 48 hours has passed i am not getting incoming msgs, its very urgent for me because my idea number has been given in my all bank accounts, while funds transfer bank is sending otp to my number and i am not getting msgs, i had rase many complaint but no one resolve my problem, and idea customer care employees they don't know how to deal with customers, in fact they are uneducated, they don't know any languages except telugu, if i am asking them my problem's issue they are simply saying we don't know, in this past 3 days i had call 198 many times and i had visited idea store 10 times but they are irritating me with their rudely behaviour. I have medical problem i have to transfer funds its very urgent for me, idea is ignoring that, please take necessary action against idea. Thanks

As per recent communication your issue is resolved. For further information you can mark an e-mail on [email protected] or else you can send a SMS to get the invoice with the complete details that is for EBILL- EBILL<space>MONTH e.g: EBILL<space>JAN and send it to 12345. If in case your e-mail id is not registered with us we request you to first register your e-mail id by following these steps i.e. send EMAILID<space>e-mail address to 12345. For example EMAILID<space>[email protected].
