I'm a neet aspirants, being a Student I have to attend online classess but This idea sim network is not working properly I've to go outside to download my online class's lectures . The problem behind it I've
seen that towers in my localty being removed or shortened but why they are doing this nonsense they should be pre prepared for these circumstances, ofcourse bcz they are getting paid of every single day. I've complaint so much about network issue they just call you and that's all.they even don't about the problem going on in our locality, they just says that your problem has been resolved now experience India's fastest giga network and this irritates me a lot.
I have faced many problems with this network issues, I've missed my many lectures of my online classes
I've been facing this problem since 17/06/2021 till today
