I have an Idea Sim from last 10 years with the same number and now suddenly its stop working and i m out of the country now tried reaching VI thru email but they are not responding they want me to go to there store personally but how can i go my number is [protected]

    I recharged my phone for talktime 20 since I had to send messages to the bank but I got deducted with 15 for this unwanted gamepind, to which I didn't subscribe to or ask for it, without any consent from me. This is the second time this has happened. I know it's isn't a lot if money but imagine doing this to hundreds and thousands of people. I tried unsubscribing to it by sending STOP TO 155223 but nothing has happened.

        Dear
        I am in Abu Dhabi and my idea sim [protected] has not been showing any network lately.
        I am facing this problem since last 10 days.
        I called customer care but the problem has not been solved.

          I'm a neet aspirants, being a Student I have to attend online classess but This idea sim network is not working properly I've to go outside to download my online class's lectures . The problem behind it I've
          seen that towers in my localty being removed or shortened but why they are doing this nonsense they should be pre prepared for these circumstances, ofcourse bcz they are getting paid of every single day. I've complaint so much about network issue they just call you and that's all.they even don't about the problem going on in our locality, they just says that your problem has been resolved now experience India's fastest giga network and this irritates me a lot.
          I have faced many problems with this network issues, I've missed my many lectures of my online classes

          I've been facing this problem since 17/06/2021 till today

                My Mob No. [protected], Validity is expiring on 17th July 2021, Today is 25th of June 2021. done all settings that told me on 198 recorded audio.. Checked on VI App using WiFi, it showing Data balance zero, and check my data history used last internet is yesterday around 10:30 Pm. loosing my patience now.. unable to use internet

                        Today (23-June-2021) I just got a message from idea that Rs.20 deducted from my number. i didn't activate any service on my number myself, and when i check value added services they are saying no service activated, i did message to deactivate the active value added service am getting reply that no VAS activated, then where is the money gone? i just wanna my money back.

                          Being a Student I have to attend various online classess but This idea sim network whatever is worst even after complaining so much about network issue they just call you and that's all.
                          I have faced a backslashes in my result die to it's network issue. Worst network company should be closed now it was great sim at very starting but in 2021 it is becoming extinct. Useless

                                I am from Tamil nadu. i am using idea4 g past 3 years. its working smoothly but now a days i am facing too much problems with idea network. if I on my mobile data it wont connect.but if i on data roaming i connects.i dont know the reason for that because i am living my home state only.Then why the need of data roaming?

                                        Hello, I had recharged my Idea sim for Rs. 149 plan on 17th June 2021, Thursday and the money (Rs. 149) got debited from my bank account as well. But my SIM did not get recharged till now. What is the solution for this? Please help.
