Hi team,

Since 2015 sep, idea cellular company is harassing me continuously.
I paid the full amount and submitted the disconnection form at idea service center and also sent multiple email as be confirm from my end without having this kind of disturbance. But, still i keep receiving email from idea team for the payment.
Maybe they didn't disconnected during that time and troubling the customer for the extra...

Dear sir
I have requested paytm to revert the amount sent wrongly to *6268
And after it was sent i called to that number to revert me back money and it was not picked and request made through paytm app to send money which was declined. Operater also not answering. I am completely helpless as i transferred amount 449/-from paytm. Paytm needs to be active and get my money back from that person. No person has right to use the amount which was placed in his account wrongfully. It's illegal.
Paytm need to respond and got t my money back.

    I am having a corporate connection of idea postpaid. Today i got an email from idea customer service stating that my call barring request has been processed. After that i am unable to make calls though my incoming is not barred.
    In the first place i did not make any such request. The customer helpline confirms that there are no pending payments against my number and requests me go go to nearest idea store for resolution.
    The idea store is not able to provide the reason why call barring is activated on my number and they in turn ask me to talk to customer helpline.
    Somebody pls help me.

      I migrated this sim form bsnl in 2014, from 4 years am using idea services, my sim card is disconnected on 29/06/2018, in idea customer service center they said it with bsnl now not with the idea, but in bsnl they said this is already port to the idea in 2014 go and check with the idea. Service...

        I'm not receiving proper 4g signal since the start of 4g idea services.

        Here the number of idea users is more in my location but because 4g signal is not available the users are porting out from idea..

        Hence i request you to take some action and provide proper 4g signal.

          My idea sim is not working in the uae. It is not getting registered with any of the uae service provider either etisalat or du. Before i traveled here, contacted idea customer service and recharged with ruepes 1000 as they advised so that i can get seamless service since all my bank accounts are registered with this number but struggling to my idea sim registered here with any service providerto access the roaming service.

                I am idea customer since 1 year.I am using idea postpaid service.I am not happy with the service since last 4 months.I made multiple calls to their customer care number, but nobody is picking the phone.The address of their store they have given is also wrong.I am not using the sim since last 2 months..still they are sending me bills.They are repeatedly calling me for bill payments..and using a language that I am not supposed to hear as a customer.Kindly look into the matter and teach a lesson to this company and their service provider.

                    I had submitted request for changing service from post paid to prepaid twice. (idea cellular)
                    on first ocassion after submission of request i was asked to come after 4-5 day. On reaching the store i was informed that the request was not processed since bill was pending.
                    I lodged 2nd request on 14/7/18 clearing my dues and visited the store on 18/7/18 as instructed, where i was informed that trasistion was still in process. I was informed through sms that the request was cancelled since the no. Was not reachable.
                    I visited the store on 19/7/18 at 7:01 pm where they told me to come on next day since the store was closed at 7:00 pm.
                    I visited the store on 20/7/18, at 9:39 am, where the boy told me come after 10:15 am. To this i showed him the display of store timing 9:30 am to 7:30 pm. He told me that disply was old. Then i referred to your web portal where the store timing was 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.
                    When i contacted the no. Given on your portal relevant to the store the boy picked up and said that it was his personal no. And he shall not entertain any call or furnish any information.
                    May i now ask why do you harrass people like this. And is porting to other operator is the answer to this torture is there any mgmt. Ethics of idea to deal customer.

                      I have been facing problems in porting out of Idea Cellular to other operators for a long time and deposited advance rent for almost two months after applying for port out. I have generated UPC several times; applied several times; complained to appellate authority, but received no proper response. They close the application without giving specific reason.

                      Still one application is pending to be processed.

                      Please suggest a solution. I don't want to stay with the operator any more.

                        Updated my idea 2g sim to idea 4g, i am unable to receive any messages from others friends, banks etc. Due to my business i am usually & time to time in need money transfer regarding otp sms from my bank (Which is ok before upgrading to 4g).
                        I contacted customer care of idea they told me it is activated after 24 hour, although my all services is activted except messages.

                          Tried switching off my phone but still not receiving Incoming calls from any network, whenever I tried it always says "the dailed number is switched off". But there is no plobrem with internet, it is working well and outgoing calls also don't have any problem. I don't know what the plobrem with my idea simcard.

                              I updated my idea 3g sim to idea 4g, i am unable to receive any messages from others friends, banks etc. Due to my business i am usually & time to time in need money transfer regarding otp sms from my bank (Which is ok before upgrading to 4g).
                              I contacted customer care of idea they told me it is activated after 24 hour, although my all services is activted except messages.

                              When i approach to outlet of idea they told to contact customer care & helpless.

                                Discontinuation of services of my nos [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected]. Not discontinued even after mailing 4 times. Bill paid when generated but not using the nos for last 2.months.When contacted the idea executives for the same they always tell they have mailed to higher authorities to amit.[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com. Despite of not using the services for last 2 months I have repaid the bill generated. Earlier I mailed to mind.[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com and shuaib.[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com for discontinuation of service on 10.05.18, 14.05.18 and 22.06.18 but Mr Shuaib, idea executive told me he is helpless and I have to talk to higher authorities. This behaviour of idea executives has not only caused me financial loss but also mental peace is disturbed as I receive bill intimation even after repaying the bill every month and requesting every month to discontinue service.

                                Idea Executive Call me for a new Postpad Plan of Rupees of 149 with unlimited call and 20GB Data for One months.
                                But they didn't give me a plan .

                                  I was with idea since 5years now when I converted my postpaid connection to prepaid my services are all stopped even after visiting your idea gallary they said they can't do anything.

                                  Your customer care representative are also useless.

                                  Your customer care email has no response sisnce 30 days.

                                    I have visited many customer service centres and I completely understand that they may sometimes get annoyed due to their boring work. But the two female representatives of Idea's Sunrise Teleshop, Ganeshguri, Assam, have made me so angry and disappointed as on 17/07/18 that I had to write this review. I hope that they get fired. In my presence, they also misbehaved with other customers. I felt like slapping them across their stupid faces. The look on their faces was enough to ruin any person's day. I believe that as long as Idea recruits such worthless and stupid people, Idea will keep losing more and more customers.

                                      I ported my sim from BSNL TO IDEA. My BSNL sim got cancelled today (16 July) but when I put my IDEA sim it's not working. I tried calling 59059 but it says this facility is not available. When I checked the APN its showing IDEA Maharashtra instead of IDEA Kerala. I think it was the worst decision to port to IDEA. I am not able to call the customer care as well. I don't have any alternative sim card. I NEED to get this resolved ASAP. My contact number is [protected]
