I had mob. No. [protected] with idea company which i get ported to jio company recently and before porting i had made payment excess to my existed bill at that time. However, after taking accent to port my mobile no. To jio, i got my itemized bill and found that idea have imposed unnecessary charges o[censored]sing data on me rather i had unlimited plan, which was remained active for only 7-8 days in one billing circle. I could not understand how a consumer can be charged for data if he had unlimited plan to use data. Idea company had imposed illegal bill on me in order to cheat me and to cause wrongful loss to me, for which the existed bill against this mobile no. Is liable to be withdrawn.
Now idea has got stopped my outgoing services which again have caused mental pain to me.
Pls resolve this complaint

    Dear sir,
    My mobile number is temporary on hold from 16 days. We recently convert from tata docomo (Postpaid) to idea (Prepaid). And we paid all docomo postpaid bill. We give sufficient information in idea office near us but no response. Still it is on hold. It's long hours that the data and call also not working. So please its a kind request to release our number from temporary hold.

    As per my knowledge I haven't activated my call barring but I got activated I tried by. Default password and #341*pin#also. But also no use pls sort my problem.

      Sir/madam
      I am rajeev sharma, currently i using idea number. I port my jio's no.in idea because in my locality spacelly in my home jio internet speed was very poor, i complained many times but no solution i got so i ported it. Idea's internet speed is very good in my home and also in locality but the issue is calling problem. 4 g signal bar are good but when anyone call me 4g signal change in 3 g signal and 3 g signals are very bad here. Their is no 3 g signal indoor because signal converted in 3g mode while calling... Many time i cant receive call though other person is calling me. I complained on customer care but their is no solution from them.

        Respected i am having idea postpaid mobile connection [protected]. Now i want to convert my postpaid number into prepaid services. I visited to dhayari idea showroom on 11/08/2018 at 1800 hrs. I paid all outstanding bill. Your person told that it will complete within 33 hrs. But next day one call came and seema madam pressed to change my plan to rs.199. I refused to do that but without my any consent she cahnged may plan. It is observed idea is sending the mails for all transactions but is any reply from my side getting you by mail to change plan. Your representative telling and without listing or refusal sent mail that plan changed. So i opted for mnp and quickly surprisaly call got idea and assured that your number will be convert into prepaid so i cancell my mnp request. I went to idea shop to change my connection into prepaid but he told that it is not possible to convert into prepaid. Kindly guide regarding this matter and give proper number should whom i will call ides showroom. Otherwise allow to port my card to other operator.           My balance of 10₹ was deducted unnecessarily. Called the customer care executive but he told that the balance was deducted due to dialing of some *# numbers and when I asked what was that number I dialled he transferred the call to higher management immediately and the manager also told same thing. Specifically they were not specifying the exact reason why the balance was deducted and I did not dial any of those numbers. The executive was also very harsh in giving the reply. I need my 10₹ even though the amount is small.

              I have recharged for ₹ 295/- twice, the amount was deducted and idea page shows the transaction was successful in 1 minute and 42 second. However the i got a message that the transaction failed.

              I did not understand why the idea cellular page shows a successful message but the recharge is still declined.

                Sir, mera idea ka sim madhya pradesh ka aur main is time delhi me rahta hoon 17 july 2018 se. Mera internet tab se lekar abhi tak bahut hi jyada ganda chal rha h bikul bhi spped nhi de rha h (10kbps se jyada speed nhi de rha). Is issue ke regarding maine kal complaint bhi ki kiya tha lekin kuch nhi hua aur complain bhi close kr diya gaya jabki problem waise ka waisa h.

                Agar aap ko kuch nhi karna h to saaf saaf bta do hm kisi doosre no. Me apna mobile no. Port kra le.

                    I don't have any relation with idea cellular. I do not have any number from idea, still i am receiving several emails on my email address ([protected]@gmail.com) from [protected]@idea. Adityabirla.com. Those emails are like information emails for new number issued or customer complaint resolved. At the bottom of each email it is mentioned that if you are not right recipient please notify [protected]@idea. Adityabirla.com. If i send email on this address to notify, it gets bounced back.

                    I would request idea cellular to remove my email or any other credentials from all your records. I do not use any of services offered by idea cellular.

If in case your e-mail id is not registered with us we request you to first register your e-mail id by following these steps i.e. send EMAILID<space>e-mail address to 12345. For example EMAILID<space>[email protected]. Also, you can register your e-mail id via My Idea App/ Web. However, we are sorry to inform you that we'll be unable to provide you the incoming call details. As only chargeable transactions can be tracked by the operators for last six months only.                       Dear idea customer care,
                      Since past 6-7 months. I have been noticing that feature charge (150 rupees) is applied on my idea bill statement.
                      Ideally it should be only 1 month charge!!.

                      Ideally customer (Who are using) should have been informed of the feature charge.
                      Request to not add the features charge in any future billing cycle.

                      Also please refund charges incurred, if possible.

                            I have been using idea network since last 8 year.
                            I was planning to move malaysia for job and i had requested to customer service desk (Bhayander west, thane 401101) to convert my number from postpaid to prepaid.
                            But customer service desk requested me to stay in postpaid connection, we will be activatinf your ir service with 149 rs retal and you will not get any additional charges.
                            For 3 month (April, may june) i was getting unwanted bill and total i paid appriximate 6000 rs as a bill amount and request customer care on mail to disconnect my service.
                            Again they requested me to keep my number in safe custody (This procedure happens 2 time) and i mailed them to keep my number in safe custody when i come to india i will convert my number in prepaid (Mail evidence is available)
                            Again they sent me a bill of 2500 for july and this time i got frusted with service provider.
                            Now my phone is disconnected by idea due to non bill payment.

                                1. I am using a idea no [protected] in kashmir, the no was ported to idea after collapse of aircel. However the network coverage and service of idea is very poor in the area.

                                2. The port request rasied by us to port the no to other operator has been turned down many times by idea with spurious reasons, due to non functioning of old number i am unable to carry out my job well as the number was used for official purpose.

                                3.in view of above you are requested to take appropriate necessary action.

                                  I'm facing 4g speed problem for 6-7 months. I've called many time but i've never got any solution from custom care. They always says its temporary problem with signal tower it'll be fixed in month. Whenever i call they say same. They say that check phone's 4g compatibility and clear browsers cookie and all. I've complaint many time but i haven't got any solution. I think i have to switch to any other network provider. It's enough.

                                    I have requested for port and upc is also generated and i got a call from your customer care member stating not to port the number and they also that the issue will be resolved in 48hrs to 72hrs.. Its been already 1week that the requested for port. As im facing terrible issue of network wherever i go... Its nt that the issue is new one... I have been facing the since day1. I have requested for port since 3mnths but my issue is jot yet resolved... And also when a lafy called me from idea office requesting me not to change the network and i have explained my issue like the app was not showing the proper data remaining due to which i have got 939 as bill amount and conveyed the same thing to her and she eas like there is prb in app somtimes during the data display due to which i hve used the data and it was charged amount of 939. Next time when i requested for port twice in the same month some other lady called me saying she wil look after this issue and waveoff my bill in 48hrs... Its already been a week and no action is taken from your end. And im nt getting the carry forward data evry month.. If this is the case il stop using this network and wil also suggest people around me the worst service u provide.. Kindly take an action on this asap.

                                      Currently, i’m using idea network from nasik, maharashtra. But since 1-2months it was giving problem in network in form of i. E if i have activated 4g network then it shows 3g and also not working properly. Do something for that & also i had visited to nearest idea cellular care but they said that it’s technical problem in network. Do something for that otherwise i will have to port my network.

Kajal called me from [protected] at 3.18 pm on my airtel no [protected] (Ported from idea cellular) done the conversation 2 min 8 sec on 11th august, 3.18 pm she called for bill payment reminder for the idea mobile no. [protected], she said aap aaj bill jama karwa do sir, i replied next week karwa deta hoon. She said sunaayee nahin deta hai kya bol, next week kyun aaj jama karwao, i said main next week jama krawa doonga, she said samajh main nahin aata hai kya with more higher volume this time and very roughly & routely, i said aap baat kaise kar rahe ho, she said toh next week next week kya kar raha hai, i said aapka naam kya hai she said kajal, then i said main baad main baat karta hoon. ​as from 2 -3 months i am not using this sim, although i know i am using or not but i have to bear the monthly rental. But i tried a lot to port [protected] to other network, but due to so many technical reasons as customer care callers said so and some time you pay your pending bill, balance payment etc. And at the end not ported. Well i have to deposit what ever amount is pending, i will pay in some days, but i am covering my insult by writing this complaint kind of letter to you and of course i know, from your end you will write a systemized or altered one line sentence to cover as a replied answer or might not that a single word even.

                                        This good to remind for the long pending payments to the payers. But i was using idea from 2 years and this kind of experience not expected from the reputed brand, well this is confirmed in my whole known human world who use postpaid i will give them a free connection from my side from other network as they will not feel to pay and then start so i will gift them to cover my insult by ms. Kajal. I dont know how you can hire these kind of agencies to recover bills. My intention was not there to not paying the bills or bill, issue was something else as i given hints, so i will not purchase any idea & aditya birla's any kind of product in my life and i will not recommend to any body even.

                                        Please do not worry about your pending payment, i will deposit in some days.
