​ms. Kajal called me from [protected] at 3.18 pm on my airtel no [protected] (Ported from idea cellular) done the conversation 2 min 8 sec on 11th august, 3.18 pm she called for bill payment reminder for the idea mobile no. [protected], she said aap aaj bill jama karwa do sir, i replied next week karwa deta hoon. She said sunaayee nahin deta hai kya bol, next week kyun aaj jama karwao, i said main next week jama krawa doonga, she said samajh main nahin aata hai kya with more higher volume this time and very roughly & routely, i said aap baat kaise kar rahe ho, she said toh next week next week kya kar raha hai, i said aapka naam kya hai she said kajal, then i said main baad main baat karta hoon. ​as from 2 -3 months i am not using this sim, although i know i am using or not but i have to bear the monthly rental. But i tried a lot to port [protected] to other network, but due to so many technical reasons as customer care callers said so and some time you pay your pending bill, balance payment etc. And at the end not ported. Well i have to deposit what ever amount is pending, i will pay in some days, but i am covering my insult by writing this complaint kind of letter to you and of course i know, from your end you will write a systemized or altered one line sentence to cover as a replied answer or might not that a single word even.

This good to remind for the long pending payments to the payers. But i was using idea from 2 years and this kind of experience not expected from the reputed brand, well this is confirmed in my whole known human world who use postpaid i will give them a free connection from my side from other network as they will not feel to pay and then start so i will gift them to cover my insult by ms. Kajal. I dont know how you can hire these kind of agencies to recover bills. My intention was not there to not paying the bills or bill, issue was something else as i given hints, so i will not purchase any idea & aditya birla's any kind of product in my life and i will not recommend to any body even.

Please do not worry about your pending payment, i will deposit in some days.

    Dear sir,

    I'm using idea network last 5 years my number [protected] recently change to postpaid 499 offer idea give an offer rs 100, a costumer care executive contact me and tell to me add a number on your number ll pay extra 100rs you got same offer in two numbers ill add on anther number they change my plan without asking me and reduced bill amount now bill amount 942 rs generated. I can call nearest idea store (Vadakkenchery) they put complaint to me.

    So i request to do needful as soon as possible

      This side is advocate chandrapal basrani from katni (M. P), i would like drow your attention toward the problem, sir what is the idea post paid plan you know better, idea office was call me for the post paid connection, i just ask to your office girl what was the price of new postpaid connection so they said 400 rup. Approximately, so i also ask what abt the requirements, then they said only your adhaar card so j said ok, after some time i visit your nearest local idea office ishwar shah complex and tell him same thing then they said don't worry sir i will provide you, they call some one who name is anuj mishra and ask him what abt the number they also take my friend number and assured me to call my number. But they don't the nxt day my friend visit your idea office and ask him for the number then your office boy and mr anuj mishra was tell to my friend this is vip number you ask but earlier they don't said any thing to me and the number is not so special they ask me give him 2000 rup. For the number and i easily reply to you office staff that what is the post paid connection, charge?
      Firstly they don't anything and after talk to mr anuj mishra they ask me 2000 rup for the post paid number.
      Sir i ask you what is happening is going on i dont know, pls suggest me what to do?
      Pls assured me that i am talking the right person because if you can't do something the trust of idea brand is complete break.

        This is to let you know we have been suffering since day 1 as we have taken em c of our fridge from dg company.

        Our application number is 1509366 and we have been given extended warranty from 7/3/17 to 6/3/19 from dg company. Every time we complaint people from godrej visit there and no one from dg is want to take responsibility of the same.

        Dg company number [protected] which been picked by lady is also not helpful and every time he gave us false excuse like our number is not reachable and our number was busy, and yet our door is not fixed and still we are facing problem.

            I m from mumbai just I had ported from Vodafone to idea. My number is [protected]. While calling or incoming call I m facing voice breaking and can't understand what ppl saying. Plz resolve this problem as u recevied my msg.
            In each and every call I m facing problem of hearing. It's become to much difficult to do business and to hear important call.
            How idea company so careless to solve this big problem because mobile is to recive and calling if it's not hear then what is use of mobile. I m fool to change Vodafone to idea. My all important work on mobile nowsday. I[censored] can't resolve network problem or voice breaking problem then plz refund my Recharge so I can port to other company. Thanking you.

              I am holding the number [protected] post paid number, but although i am paying regular bills yet my phone no. Services are ward and i am unable to make calls now i am interested to convert from post paid to pre paid i made a request on 25th july 2018 at idea store sanjay place agra but there the staff misguided me and asked to deposit more amount i deposited all amount and he said to me that you will receive a call within 3 days and than ur number will be convert from post paid to prepaid i received calls for two times and concerned executive told me to deposit 10 rs more i asked them to adjust the same from my security but they denied i submitted 10 rs via machine at sanjay place i waited for the call again the concerned executive told me to deposit 20/- rs again i went to idea store sanjay place agra but still i am suffering getting no any response and even my bill for the month of july has been generated and excess and unused amount has been adjested. Hence i request you to concert my post paid connection to prepaid soon.

                Airtell user is not able to call me, i when they are trying to call me ivr says that my number is out of service, from other network i am getting incoming call but by airtell i am not getting incoming call, i this is from past 6months i tried to complain but they are saying that this type of problem is not from our side, its airtel problem but when i am using idea network i will complain to idea company or airtel.                   I have bought my sim almost 6 months back from today morning (7th august, 2018) it stopped showing signal. I tried all the ways to fix it like restarting my phone, reinserting sim, etc. Please get my issue resolved because alot of calls and sms happen to come on this sim only regarding business, schools etc. I also need to be in regular touch of my students through mails and calls as im a school teacher and loss in the network would not help me and will create a chaotic situation. Also im a freelance content writer, and for that also i need proper connectivity and signals to be in touch with the clients. Kindly do the needful as soon as possibe

                    I have been charged rs 549 for calling on an invalid no. That is 055315. Fact is that i have never called on this no. And when i cald to see whos no. It is i got to know dat it is invalid and as far as i knw i never did a cal on this no. Similar complaint have been lodged by miss jayeshree jadhav on 20th dec 2017 regarding false charges on the same no. I request the authorities to look into this matter seriously because i find this as a fraud and common man r becoming the victims and i also rewuest the co.                       I have two sims inserted in my android phone, one is the idea cellular ([protected]) while the other being the bharti airtel. Since morning of august 7, the idea cellular sim is showing a "no network coverage" while its counterpart is showing full network coverage. Tried all sorts of fixes... Reinserting the sim several times, restarting my phone, testing the sim on another phone but all went in vain.
                      I request to kindly look into my issue else you will loose a regular customer.

                        This is request cum complain mail for my no. [protected], i am having this no. Last more than one year, idea was giving every time higher bill against my usage, i have complain & said to port my no. To another network, they offered my discount 100 rupees but later on not amount reflect in my bill,

                        Further i complain in the customer care for this issue, but customer care replied unprofessionally way said to port the no. If you are not satisfy from the our service, still i was following customer care team for discount adjustment on given by customer care. Later on i have to pay amount 460 with penalty & forwarded the request for porting.

                        When i visited indirapuram branch he said due to some reason we are not taking porting request, he said to visit on 01 aug 2018, when i reached again idea office on ist aug & he took approx 550 rupees said to port & recharges on next plan, he said that you will get confirmation & then we can port your no.

                        Idea team said, your due payment is not complete, vendor said due payment will have to pay on store, when i asked vendor he said idea customer care confirmed we have retained the request but we did not confirm any retain request., r we fool or customer "s money do not have any value still i have to pay 200 without generating my bill.

                          My mobile network is not working as it's shows forbidden no networks available.. Actually my sim belongs to ap now i'm in bangalore.. It worked fine for some days.. From last 3 days not working. Complaint given but no response from their side.. They closed the issue with out getting resolved and saying 'we regret inconvenience caused' again i called customer service they re escalated the issue saying we will resolve it with in a span of time.. But not yet done.. Because of this i'm loosing everything.. My transaction otp's are linked to this number.. My projects are getting rejected.. Who will compensate for it? I asked them can i get new sim card on same number.. If yu fail to resolve the issue that s not a problem for me.. For that also they are not responding.. I need an immediate action from them or they need to compensate me on daily basis till my issue was resolved..

So we need the information regarding user name or registerd name in the proof given at the time of purchase. We have decided to deal this case as personally without violating the company name,.                                 I was a user of idea postpaid service. Due to some reason i decide to quite the postpaid and port to prepaid idea.
                                Scenario is : my postpaid bill generation date was every month of 4th. It was generated with amount 351.66 rs. I have paid the bill by 352 rs. On the same day i have converted to idea prepaid and also did recharge of 250. I started using idea service immediately on the same day. I have successfully migrated to idea prepaid.
                                Problem is : idea post paid department send me mail and message regarding the bill generated for the month may is 212.72 rs. As i have not used postpaid service any more from the bill generated and bill paid date which is same day. I have checked the bill invoice and found that charged applied on the prorated overage charged on data. I dont understand if i have not used data after bill paid then how can idea applied such charges.

                                Idea send me a legal notice from their advocate to pay the amount. If i dont paid then i have to go in front of judge.
                                Idea acting like poor and chip. If customer want to leave them then they will charged you.

                                Please help me how should i resolve this thing.

                                  I want to bring an issue into attention about ‘premium sms’ which is added in my bill for unacceptable reason given from the authorized idea stores. This premium sms vas has charged me 150/- for 3 sms on a non smart device for no reason.
                                  Although, i paid the bill, an idea store has denied to give me information of my own number and asked me to go another store from where i had activated my idea account. Idea executive at that stores are so untrained that they give so unacceptable reason e. G. Server is down this time, we dont do porting here, your porting will be done from the store where you activated your sim (Kamla nagar). We cannot provide your billing information. Is it? Then for what purpose have they opened the idea store? Only for new connections? After these reasons they went inside the room leaving the main store empty and unattenting us until we left from there. I finally went to sanjay place branch where i just got the information on sms which i already had in my bill. No sense.

                                  This was about the idea store rambaug branch.

                                  I just now want to either port from idea to other or convert from postpaid to prepaid.

                                  ‘postpaid users are unnecesarily getting charged’ is actually what i have seen now.
