I have prepaid idea mobile sim no [protected].I have change my mobile operator from idea to Jio one month ago by way of MNP.At that time there was balance of rs.50 approximately in my idea prepaid account.Idea has not refunded my balance amount.While my postpaid Vodafone operater had refunded RS.19 excess amount to me by cheque after MNP to Jio.

    My Idea no [protected] is from MP and now I am at Mumbai in roaming with 398 postpaid plan. Since 1st July 2018 my sim not showing any network and service. Hence i made complaint to Idea customer care on same day and they told to resolve the issue in 24 hrs. But when same not resolved, i visited Idea store Andheri West. They tried their best and given me a new SIM and told that it will be solved by Idea MP and they have escalated the issue to right people and it will take 24 hrs. But now even after 8 days issue is unresolved. They have also false closed my complaint and when I contacted them on 6th, they asked to log a new complaint and told that it will be resolved by 7th evening, but even as of now it is unresolved. Worst part is that they not even call and explain about problem and possible solution. I have even sent a mail to appellate but their is no response.

      Hi Sir,

      I planned to convert my postpaid connection to prepaid and approached Idea store which is located at kothapet near to Dilsukhnagar Hyderabad 500060. The store person said that after converting postpaid to prepaid i have to take mandatory 1st FRC to be done at store and he is quoting the amount as 550rs for 90 days plan. he says it is mandatory to go to this plan or the higher plan otherwise they will not convert postpaid connection when i asked why it is 550rs he is very adamant that it is the policy of IDEA when i asked him to so written document in terms and conditions he said you have to talk to manager. Why should i pay 550 rs for some 1 FRC i told to him that there are other First FRC amount but he is adamant regarding this. what is the use of converting from postpaid to prepaid if for 90 days i have to continue with it? the quoted amount is 6months of my monthly bill. Please take this complaint why they hide this in terms and conditions when a person goes from prepaid to pospaid connection.

        My no.is [protected] and 3 rs has been deducted thrice without dial any no. Nd ur c care said that i had dialled *123# which is totally false. On 15-6-18 my room was locked nd mobile was in charging nd u said that i dialled *123#. How i accept this. This is not the first time 23/4, 1//6, 7/7 on these dates my balance has deducted i m fed up with ur service please solve my problem

          Respected Sir/Ma'am
          This is to inform you that a number has been illegally alloted on my name from idea. The number is [protected]. They claim that I have been given this sim card in the month of may'2018, but I never received any sim card, and now when I am complaining for it they are not ready-to produce a proof that I asked for the number or received a sim card because they don't have a proof. They also never give me a physical copy of the bill or the soft copy. I just receive a sms for the amount to be paid every month that's why I was not aware that a third number was being charged on my bill. The two idea numbers I use are [protected] and [protected].
          Now the idea people are not ready to even switch off that number as they want me to call from that particular number whose sim I never received.
          Sir I need you to look into this matter as they(idea telecom)have fraudulently alloted a number on my name without giving me the sim card and plan to charge on the same every month. If any criminal activity is initiated from this number I should not be held responsible. Also help me sending a notice to idea telecom to terminate this illegally alloted number on my name.

              I updated my idea 3g sim to idea 4g on 6 July 2018 from an Idea Outlet in Noida. I started using the new sim and now I am unable to receive any incoming messages. I use this number for my day to day activities as well as money transactions, as this is my primary number.

              I contacted the customer care, and they said that it will get activated within 24 hours. It has been past 24 hours and still no positive response.

              I tried the MNP for which I did not receive the MNP reference number. Later I receive a call from MNP department of Idea, and I told them the reason for porting, and they told me to manually select the network and switch off the phne for 5 minutes and then switch on. I tired this as well, but no luck!

              Kindly do the needful as this is causing a lot of trouble for me.

                Last month I have ported from Idea to other service provider.. I did not got any bill from Idea for that last month. Around 5days back for a call from collection agent([protected])for bill payment .. I asked her for details asI feel the bill amt is more .. but she rudely denied to provide any such details..And asked me to do patment as soon as possible. Today again that agent called and with same rude nature she started crossfiring me any the nonpayment of bill. The behaviour was atterly nonproffesional not at all acceptable. please look into it and guide me how to solve the problem. Rude behaviour of Idea's collection agents was my prime reason for porting.

                  I have postpaid of idea at number [protected], now i don't need to any postpaid connection so i requested for migration from postpaid to prepaid at idea store, they told me that i will get a call from idea within 2-3 days, till today i haven't got any call. All customer executive not giving proper information and they keep saying why you need to change from postpaid to prepaid, i have already paid all my rentals, and if i don't want to continue their service, why they are forcing me to continue. Very bad service from idea. Totally cheater company.

                    I requested for number porting from idea postpaid to airtel. They never approved my porting request, finally forced me to remain with idea prepaid only.
                    Later they told me that i will get my security deposit as check, but they converted it to pre-paid balance without my consent. Pre-paid balance is use-less as it can not be used for any unlimited pack. They are refusing the return my security deposit as check. No one is helping. I am a 68 year old mean tired of talking to idea management. It is a big cheat company. My last service request number was: q[protected]

                    No idea what juice up is. Got billed 150 for the same. There was refusal to even refund the money to which I said I wanted to shift to prepaid. Finally they agreed to refund 150. Idea celular, could you please get this fixed, and refund not only 150 but GST applied as well

                        I had charged 50rupees 20 th june and agin for 199 rupees on 24 as an offer of 1.4 gb daily and some other extra things with it and i hardy make 5-6 call, but when i check my balance last night it’s 1.50 rupees

                            On 15th of June'18 i have requested to change my plan from post paid to prepaid. Then after i received message that within 3 working days it will be changed. on 3rd day i received message that we are not able to contact so your request has been cancelled so request again. now today is 4th of july till then i'v requested 4 times still no action has been taken. every time i received the message that we are not able to contact you and your request has been cancelled and you visit the idea store and request the same thing. no response from customer care executive and i have mailed this issue to customer [protected]@. given by customer care, but no any positive action has been taken. For any new plan, bill payment and aadhar card connections idea company is able to contact me 4-5 times in a day. Since i have requested to change the plan from post paid to prepaid idea company is not able to contact me it is very superising as my no is on 24 X7 and, i have given my alternate number too.

                              As i have network issue which is i present located in my area. So i'm going to port to some other network every time i do port msg, amount will be deduct, but upc no. Not sending to me... This is many time repeated and also i contact customer care service also, there response not to satisfy to me. They telling upc no scented, but all msg coming related you are generated upc, do go other network, but upc not sending. Because of the this i'm frustrated...

                              There is a unavoidable network issues with this network, I m feed up this this daily network problems. I really had a bad experience with IDEA., I have bought a data plan with IDEA but it's of no use as I don't get good speed, it only goes up to 4kb/s, very disappointing . May be I'll not recommend idea to anyone and I'll also port my no.thats all

                              I want to port my Docomo no into idea..So I m going into idea store which is located in Karvenagar..There is no any person who is attending me. I m waiting around 45 minutes.very bad service and not want to port no in idea..Very bad service.. Shame

                                I am a retailer at indore and have idea vtopup sim([protected]) for some negative conditions i am not in indore for last 4 months
                                so idea company had deactivate my vtopup function in sim and forfeit my balance of rs 1616.64 which is in my vtopup sim
                                i have talk to companies representatives( mr sadik [protected] mr mathew [protected] idea distributor [protected]) for many times but they dint reply properly,
                                so kindly do the needful for my refund

                                  An Idea Customer Care Representative (Billing) named "Shalini" is a very rude executive. She calls every month and misbehaves and uses unnecessary words for urgent bill payments despite me having never defaulted any of my payments before. She demands I tell her when I will make my payment. When I said that it doesnt matter when I make the payment as they are anyway going to charge me a late fee then whats the hurry? On this she said that i should have informed the company while porting that I will not be paying my bills on time and hung up on me rudely. I wish strong action be taken against her and made sure that she doesnt get to interact with customers.

                                    Hi, i have been experiencing a lot of quality issues. Whenever i speak on phone the other person fail understand what i am saying because of poor network. Call drops couple of times and i am facing this problem since 2 month.in our city people which have idea connection and set network in 4g all facing same problem. I did registered my complaint in idea portal but nothing has worked as of now. He say please set network in 2g mode why you take payment 4g connection if you could not give good 4g signal. I am tired to change 4g and 2g network setup. When i need call i set 2g network and when i need internet set 4g network what is this. Other company like jio, bsnl, airtel work ok. Please look into it. Thank you, mukesh kumar

                                        My complaint is about inimformed prorated overage charges on my post paid plan.
                                        I have changed the plan on 1st june, 2018 where it is said that 20gb data plan for the month inder plan nirvana_389.
                                        Company has charged me rs. 230.76 as overage charges for 1st june, 2018 for data pack.

                                        It was not mentioned any where in plan details as well as there was no such information shared by idea cellular while changing the plan.

                                        This not acceptable to me.
