My name is amit jain
I was having two numbers with idea and did mnp with one number in january 2018.
Till date i haven't received cheque of my balance money for that number of around 3350 rupees.
After mailing and visiting stores many times for the refund cheque on 29th may your representative called and informed me that i'll receive cheque in 20 days.
Till date i haven't received any cheque and again no response from your store or call center.
Really pathetic service.
I'm mailing you this as last hope.
Or else i'll go to consumer court.

My idea number was recharged by rs 509

    Today i visit idea office i. E. Vicky communication
    Which is located in vanprastha ashram, jwalapur, haridwar, pin code:249407
    I said deepak ji, i want to replace our pre-paid sim
    Card. They told me pre-paid sim replacement charge 160/-.
    (50/- by account & 110/- by cash. Total amount is 160/-.)

    But when i talk to idea customer care they told me 50/- by in your idea account.
    After, talking idea customer, again i inform him (Deepak ji) they told me 160/- rupees is fix charge.
    I also talk to naveen chauhan ji they also tell me deepak gave you right information. Nothing i will do for you.
    Naveen chauhan ji told me deepak ji take there service/duty charge.

    I am sending you call recording & some images.
    I am totally unsatisfied with this store.
    Kindly request you please take strict action against vicky communication idea store or close it's license permanent.
    If you don't do so then you send me letter where you are not capable to take action.

      Hi, my sim ([protected]) got blocked, recently i joined in axis telecaller job, they asked me to call the customer through my number, today i got a msg that, trai blocked my number, when i enquired about this to idea customer service they told without telemarketing registration i should not to call regarding telemarketing, since fresher to this job i do not know really, kindly help me to activate my sim. Am 100% gurantee, i will not repeat this mistake. For any clarification call me at this number:[protected]

          Hi, my bill has overusage charges of Rs.500 on top of the extra data usage thats already charged. There was no such mention on such overusage charge in the plan (attached). Despite several calls to customer care no one was able to explain why such charges are applied. Instead idea keep calling for bill payment without explanation.

            I moved from idea to jio a year ago due to their exorbitant pricing. Multiple requests for the security deposit refund have led to nothing but frustration. Every trailing mail comes a month later and asks me for details such as my address and bank account details with false promises of the cheque being issued and what not. I am tired of this and need this resolved asap

              I have recharged my phone with rs.398 for 84 days but i have got the recharge for 2 september 2018 its only 70 days, then i call ur customer care executive miss himika in delhi reason but she was pure uncapable, unprofessional and unable to provide my information, she said me u belongs to up west but um unable to understand when i call ur [protected], then got the input i[censored] r delhi customer then press 1 otherwise 2 and i press 2, so why i could not information for my no, and i call to 121 but its so typical to reach your customercare executive really so embarrassing, 100% poor service to u after done the any recharge,

              Please let, me know, why i got only 70 days recharge and ur himika unable to track my information.

                Dear sir my name is mohammed imtiaz ali khan my mob no is [protected] i gave many complaints at idea store that i have an network issues but no one can solve my problem at last i called to customer care they said me to change some settings i ll change all the setting what the executive said to me but didn't resolve my issue then again i called to a customer care again he said some settings that i already changed. He said me that i provide you information thats it when i said that i want to speak with your senior he said that here is no senior employee is there and i dont have authority to transfer my call. Is this service that idea provide to customers. Its an humble request to take necessary action.

                  In order to earn some money i applied for idea hindi call centre job. I was asked to pay fee of rs. 800 by sending a paytm qr code (Head office) in order to continue. After paying it, they called me for an interview, it was in hindi and very fast, i couldn't understand all. So, i told the consultant to cut my job application and refund my money back. The consultant told me that my money will be refunded after three days but it was not refunded. Even if i ask the consultant, she never replies.. It has already been a month and i still haven't got my money refunded.

                      Hello sir. On june 20 i have requested for 4g sim upgrade. My request id was[protected]. I got a message that said i'll get my sim within 22 hours... But it's days.. I haven't got any. Tell me what to do and whom to contact or where to contact to upgrade to 4g and give me one. Hoping you'll solve my problem as soon as possible. Thank you.

                        I called idea customer care (198) for making a clarification on my bill, which shows a rectification amount which is paid by cheque and cleared from my bank three months back. They are dealing like some beggar asking for money. They says we cannot give more information, it may be cheque bouncing, you have to go to the idea centre where you given the cheque and collect the information. What we can say we said now you do anything if you want to solve your issue. You must pay the amount at any cost so go and pay. These was their words and attitude was like i am begging them to allow me to continue my service. I was experienced in this kind of attitude in my personal case and i changed my families full connections to vodafone. But this is my companies corporate connection and with a corporate client they are behaving like this. As on my second experience idea proved that it is a poor local company who claims international standards.

                        My number is the same to contact which is now active. They disconnected and when I paid full then they activated. But still my issue is pending. 2-3 persons from idea contacted me but still no use.

                            I made a recharge of ₹1000 from my paytm account to a number but due to a difference in 1 digit of the number, the transaction took place to a wrong number. I searched in quora and the answer showed it is possible to get the money back. But when i contacted the the idea company customer care immediately refused to do anything. How can i get my money back?

                                I'm manpreet singh from ambala and today (22june 2018) at around 1:40pm, by using idea app recharged rs.499 through paytm and money deducted from paytm and didn't received any confirmation.. So i called at 1:50 pmby the no. [protected] to customer care she pick the call i dnt knw her name and she just said wait for 30 min. But i concern about idea app so told her to that i want to your senior and again a lady answered after some time and again said the same thing and while i'm telling about app she shouting on me and dined to give me her details.. No employee id no address no location.. Arti her name,, even she not give me her full name.. Really awful service i ever seen in my life... Now i'm planning to change my provider, docomo service far better then yours.. I need a strict action against her

                                  I requested to idea cellular to port my mobile number to vodafone. They ported me with vodafone on dt. 10.05.2018 on 11:59. My connection with idea cellular got disconnected and my bill generated on 23.05.2018 and the bill is showing prorated overage charges of rupees 402. That was activated on 11.05.2018 on 12.06 am i am saying that when i was disconnected with idea cellular on 10.05.2018 at 11:59pm then how they activate prorated overage charges on 11.05.2018 at 12:06 am
