Lot of connectivity issue was being faced on +91-[protected] idea cellular no. The same is being communicated to the service provider via email communication. The representative called and asked to do some setting changes and assured the issue will get resolved, but unfortunately nothing worked. Despite of multiple emails no one is taking care of the issue, every time the update is that our representative tried calling you but couldn't reach. Faced issues are listed below
1. Irregular network
2. Call drops
3. Very slow internet speed

    Barred services without any intimation for the number linked to aadhaar and banks. Even data nothing is working. I was forced to walk 15 km to home as i was a paytm user for cabs and expenditures. How can any stupid operator take hold of a number. This means operators can play with å lives for their profits. Thanks god for the situation of big and major operators fighting for existence.

    To activate, i cannot reach outlet and i am not in a position to do that. I check with customer care after 9 more days i can shift to any other operator.

    I prefer bsnl or jio. Airtel, idea and vodafone what to get the customers trouble to discourage porting.

          Dear team, i am jessy jomon varghese and i am using idea number [protected] from last 3 to 4 years and i have submitted all the required documents supporting the same during the time i took your connection. Very recently i updated adhaar number accordingly. But since last few week i have been continuously getting calls from various numbers one of which is [protected] from which they are asking me to submitt some dues in the name of one sunil shrivastava which is none of my concern and i have been continously being told to clear the dues which was pending in his name. I really dont understand that where am i at fault in this case as i assume that this number is registered in my name in idea records and i am paying all my bills without any delays. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible as i am being harrassed from your indore location idea offfices without any fault of mine.

            I am having idea number and the thing is that they keep sending messages regarding linking the number to aadhar despite honourable supreme court order that it is not mandatory yet. They keep sending 2-3 messages daily and it's really annoying or frustrating. When i talked to their customer care they just said we put the complaint about this and the messages stops for a day or two, but again they starts sending like they were doing before. There are other mobile networks also like airtel & vodafone, they do not do like this.
            Whenever i try to port the number to other network because of this, they call and ask the reason and i tell them, then again they make false promises about not sending those messages anymore but that didn't go long as i mentioned earlier.
            Please do something regarding this.

              Hi idea,
              I have bought new idea sim [protected] on 04th march 2018 and in evening i got sms on my alternate number to activate sim by calling 59059. From that time till date i am trying 59059 but it is not connecting.

              When call idea support and tell my problem they wouldn't talk logical and keep on saying pls try calling 59059. I think these less skilled resource just work like parrot and only say single line and don't give logical answer nor try to help.

              I am every day getting sms on my alternate number to call 59059 and get your connection activated but 59059 is not connecting. Pls activate services of my
              Idea number [protected].

              My alternate number is [protected].

              I think buying idea was worst decision.

                      I have ported my number from aircel to idea. Its been 5 days but my sim is not working. The phone number is really important. I paid 50 rs for new idea mnp sim and the person of the store told me that within 3 days your number will get ported to idea. But there is no signal on my number.                           I am facing issues with my phone network & internet intermittently and very badly since last 1-2 weeks.

                          Phone calls do not connect, it displays "call failed", if the call is connected the voice is not proper or the line is crackling, internet does not work, tried using lte, 3g and 2g as well, no luck

                          This is not only for me, it seems its happening all the people using idea service around me

                            Hi,

                            I am an idea customer with mob no. (Xyz) which was a postpaid connection since more than 2-3 years. Last month i got my no. Converted to prepaid by going to a local idea store. I asked for my due amount at the store for which the person at the store told me to wait for the billing cycle after which the due amount will be intimated to me. Since then i never received any information about the same.

                            I received a call on 24/03/18 from your "legal department" saying that my bill for rs. 901/- is due and i need to pay it immediately. I told her that i am out and will be making the payment in sometime. She started screaming and asking me why the bill was not paid till date. I told her clearly that i would make the payments soon. She sent me a link for the same and asked me to make the payments in a threatening way. As i told before i was out and was unable to make the payment in the last 2 days.

                            Today i received msgs and calls from 10-12 people from my contact list saying that someone had called them asking for me and telling them that a notice is issued in my name and why was i not answering her calls and they were supposed to let me know that i have to speak to her immediately.

                            Let me inform you that i work in an organisation where mobile phones are not allowed so my mobile is at home and all these days she had been calling it was ringing at my home which i was not aware of. I leave for work at 8:00 am & am back home at 8:00pm. So by the time i get access to my phone there call centre is closed and when i tried calling them back no one was available.

                            I have a few questions which i request you to address.
                            1) how am i responsible for no intimation about the due amount from your end when i was clearly ready to pay off my due before converting my no. To prepaid connection?

                            2) i have a clear track record which you can also verify in your records in terms of settling my bill when i had a postpaid connection. So why this kind of a language was used by the so called "legal department" of yours which i am sure would be some outsourced recovery unit of yours. A language which no lawyer would ever use.

                            3) as per you if at all i am a defaulter, i believe the company should have issued a notice which is the deemed procedure. Why were the people in my contact list called to inform about the same? Was it done to build pressure on me to make the payment which i confirmed i would be making as soon as i am back home.

                            4) who gave "idea cellular" the right to share my contact list or call list nos to any one? Isn't the illegal? How can you share such a confidential information?

                            5) [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] are few of the nos. I received call from. Do confirm if all these nos. Belong to your "legal department"?

                            I feel bad that i am still associated with your company as a customer since the term customer service does not exist in the mission and vision of your company. Its just a money minting business but don't forget that your company exists because you have customers and such pathetic service will make sure that your company will not be going a long way.

                                I had idea post paid no [protected] while we were going to village for that we had taken roaming pack / data booster pack and unlimited plan for calling as per idea customer care executive he told us that in unlimited pack the call charge will not applicable as you had taken roaming pack also and they charged bill of Rs. 4500/- I told send detailed billed for the same I have noticed that each and every called were charged I requested them to re verify the same and send me fresh bill and I mailed them several times and called but no response I accepted that I will pay the bill once bill is verified. They started harassing me by using foul and language now also I am ready to pay the bill but once it is verified now they are calling my relatives / friends / personal and professional contacts and harassing them and foul and vulgar language I have small kid of about 4 months I can't move out of the home. Please help us in the same

                                    I was using idea post paid connection of rs.349/month plan with 1gb data and unlimited voice calls. My bill date was 16th of every month. I have ported my idea number to other service provider on dec 03rd. I have already paid my bill amount of rs.403/ dated 16th nov on 28th nov and apart from that paid rs.350/ extra amount to suffice my remaining period bill amount (For 18 days from 17th nov to dec 3). But idea had charged me prorated overage charges and now threatening to disconnect my number in other service provider.

                                    As per bill I have already paid the amount and the amount what is showing as due is nothing but the prorated overage charges which you have charged unethically. Request you to waive off the prorated overage charges
                                    I have not received any response from the Idea. They are cheating the customers. I am going to disconnect all my idea numbers in my family and I will recommend this to my friends through all possible medias as a protest from a common man.

                                      thank you for downloading Animation from Nazara.
                                      You have been charged Rs. 14
                                      Your balance is Rs. 0.95.
                                      I just can't believe it. Since there is no easy way to connect to them via customer care or their app, I'm posting it here. I want it resolved. To be clear, I don't even know what nazara is. And thinking about it, even after all these complaints, idea still didn't cut their relationship with them or block them, it seems they are at a loss with ideas to make money. Resolve it before I change my carrier. This is not the first they have deducted money automatically and this will not be the last. Atleast jio is honest and upfront.

                                        Dear sir, my dad sri t. M baburajendran who was residing at kannur in kerala passed away in an unfortunate road accident on 03dec2017. My dad had 2 post paid numbers under his name with idea, on the time of his death - [protected], [protected]. Within 5 day's of his death idea had started giving calls on his mobile number stating payment is due. I had repeatedly requested these idea representatives to leave a note atleast on his account stating that the account holder had passed away and that we will submit the death certificate in the next few weeks or asap once it is available. I have already contacted idea officials now through their customer contact centre at fort road in kannur - kerala and have already been informed that the outstanding amount will be waved off after i have submitted his death certificate. Inspite of all this idea's legal attorney is still chasing us for the outstanding amount due inspite o[censored]pdating him about the above confirmation from idea. I am not sure as to what i should do now... Can you please advise..
