I got a message on 15/05/18 afternoon your request for promo offer activation for mob. No. [protected] has been successfully processed through communication id c[protected]; i had not authorized such a service activation. Kindly register my complain against idea as this malpractice and last bill i have been charged for sms international which i didnt raise.

    I had requested the costumer care to disconnect all my packs last year on 2nd august, 2017 before i was leaving for us. This request of mine was ignored and the packs are still active after 8 months. I have paid my bill regularly until december 2017, even though i have not used my services because i was not in country. I was india from 7th january 2018 till 2nd feb, 2018. I have come back from us after two months and my phone is disconnected due to non payment of my bill. I feel cheated because when i asked to disconnect my packs and after not using it i am being charged for it for 8 months, this is plain cheating. Please acknowledge my request.

      I have given compliant regarding network issue.. I. E i don't get a single bar of signal at my residence in madhavpuri hills chandanagar which is one of the prime location and highly populated too. They are just closing the complaint saying outside signals are good.. If it is problem inside the home premises.. Then its not there problem and closing the complaint.

      I don't understand whether i have taken idea sim to use every where or just outside my house. Even at outside of house signals are very poor. Not taking any steps to improve signals.

        I paid for 249 rs for 2gb/day unlimited local and std net pack through my idea and bank deducted the sum, app then crashed. I didn't receive net pack. Idea app shows no transaction where as money from my account is gone. I can't believe idea app scams people, if not give me my money back or put the net i have exams on monday and i will fail without the net. So if dont resolve this you and i are in deep trouble. Swiftly resolve this, i am poor and i can't afford to pay again. So please resolve this very quickly

        I paid rs249 for idea net pack 2gb/day unlimited local and std. I had done this yesterday, that failed and you people promised a refund within 7 days. However i am not looking for a refund. I have exams tomorrow and urgently need the internet, i don't want a refund i need the internet now. I can't afford to get another net pack and wait for a refund on this one give me internet, as of now i have paid a lot for something i didn't receive. Please resolve this now. I need help. And why is app crashing after transactions, this is really stupid, it causes customer huge grievance

          not receiving messages for otp from bank

          I also have same problem of not getting otp i have business on my mobile transfer tatkal amount transfer customer geeting rid of due to no transfer on holidays of bank i have replaced from 3g idea since to 4g and problem arises no sms are coming from family friends and bank also otp so please resolve it, customer care says to stay 24hrs but still not getting otps. Sorry! Your payment could not be processed this time. Please try again.

          After that i called on customer care you got from senior offer ashish. They did not respond me any satisfied and said if you have any message in it ten send it to our email
          Id. That's why i'm encosing the sereenshot of the massage.

          Onthe same recharge same time my first payment should be returned due to.

            Dear sir/mam. I m using idea network.. Yesterday i recharge my no. With rs 398 in which i get data which can be used as 2g/3g/4g. But i am getting only 2g speed i want to get 3g speed. My handset support 3g and in my area 3g service is available.. I complain about this to idea they tell me different different ways to get 3g speed but i am not getting.. This is my case

              Respected sirs, i am currently using idea network and despite having full network strength in my mobile, i can not use internet. I have already paid for internet and my plan is 1.4gb per day but from 10 days they have cut off the internet. They did the same, 3 months back and i could not use internet for 1 month. Llast time they assured me that this would not happen again and so i recharged with 4 months plan. I have complain them several times but they never resolve it.
              Details:

              This is a case of fraud sir.

                I have been using this idea no.[protected] for the last 2-3 yrs. I recharge regularly, i last recharge on 04/04/2018 at 08:34 pm for rs.179/- unlimited call for 28 days. But the company abruptly blocked my sim on 06/04/2018 with out any reason. I talked to the customer care executive several times but they could not answer me why this happened. They just said to go to any idea store to know the reason. I went to a idea store at dum dum road, near my house and talked to them. They take one day time to inquire the reason, but i surprised, that they also could not answer me satisfactorily. I paid rs. 179/- for recharge but they blocked my no. And even could not inform me the reason. The idea company cheated me. I want my money should refunded immediately.

                  No trools plox. Idea customer care lied to me.

                  Yesterday, 7th april 2018,

                  I called customer care around 8 o'clock about activating ₹199 (Unlimited plan). He said that i can't activate this plan because of some server reasons. Please try again after sometime.

                  Then i again called customer care executive that i want to activate same ₹199 plan. She said sorry i can't activate due to some reasons. I said that i urgently want internet but she refused that it cannot be activated. Then she said can i give you list of other offers that give same kind of benefits? I said yes please give me. She said there is a plan of ₹149 (Unlimited calls, sms and 1gb per day). I confirmed that is it 1 gb per day? She said yes. The only difference between 199 and 149 plan is 199 gives 1.4gb/d and 149 gives 1gb/d. I said okay then activate it. She activated.

                  Now today, i saw my data balance and it was something like 251 mb data left and its valid till 4th may. That means its 1gb for one month. The customer care executive lied to me that it's 1gb/d and took my ₹149.

                  Now today i again called customer care and said all this matter, she said that we cannot do anything in this. I requested to forward it to higher authority, she once again said the same thing. I have attached the screenshot about the ₹149 offer information.

                  What should i do? I didn't activated ₹149 offer! Customer service said that its same as 199 offer. Just it had 1gb/d.

                  This is clearly a fraud!! I'll forward it to media platforms and say this to every one!

                        I am using idea prepaid number [protected] and i have normal use of it.in that number is have minimum balance also but company always asking for minimum daily 5 mints use and regular recharge in week also. I received daily 5 msg and 3 to 5 calls. They told me that they will stop service also. Why should i use balance without any reason. I think it is fraud with all consumers. This is one example only.in gujarat they have above 50 lack connection. Please help me to continue my number.

                          According to idea people i have not submitted my last vendor's (Airtel) bill and barred my number. I have submitted the proof to idea store three days back that i have already paid the bill amount. For unknown reasons my sim is still barred and every executive tells me the new story. This is my primary number and i am unable to do my important work.
                          They are not ready to take any complains and neither they are working towards the resolution of my problem.

                            I am not getting higher speed from service provider (Idea cellular) even the mobile get full coverage of hsdpa network.so I called to customer care service but they did not register my complaint by saying that they can't register.

                              It is to inform you that i have received message about payment due at my previous network operator. Many times i have tried to pay to my previous operator but the payment selection automatically going to present idea operator after that i have take instructions from customer care and i have made payment on 06.04.2018.

                                Dear sir/madam,
                                I am a bussiness women. And i m taking service of idea cellular company. I want to complain filed against idea cellular. Actually the matter was bymistakely i had made payment to idea celluar postpaid in dec month. So i requested to refund my amount of rs 6973/-even i continuosly followup my payment to customer care. But they giving us time and time and time. Now they said tht they dispatch the cheq on 10th april 2018 at 04:00pm timing. Toh i called to customer care and i was asking abut the cheq details on my mail. They said sorry we can not provide any information abt cheq.
                                I have tried to convienced and i continuosly called them and requesting but they said wait till 48hrs. No positive response from their side.
                                I request to consumer to take stirctly action against idea cellular and help me out to get my refund asap.
                                I m attaching the email screenshot which they committed to refund the amount on 12th march.

                                Every time after online bill payment or payment through PayTm, i am not getting payment receipt of the bill.

                                Very poor service and no solution of all problems regarding Network issues, call drops, poor internet data service.

                                  I have Idea Cellular 4G connection No.981250****, but there is a big problem of Call dropping every time from starting, mainly call dropping problem occurred in STD Calls also internet connections lost sometimes.
                                  I am really harassed with network problems due to Internet Connection Lost I can't do My internet works and can't port to other sim company till 3 months.
                                  Kindly direct the company to refund my recharge amount or fix the problem as soon as possible.

                                    The internet service you are giving to your customers is very disgusting. While i am working on the internet though i have paid and subscribed to the 4g plan it turns into 3g and sometimes it even stops working. I've had a very bad experience just now while i was booking a phone the internet stopped working completely in between of the transaction and i could not book the limited stocked phone and i have to wait until next time the phone comes in stock. Nothing but that pissed me of. I've been calling the customers care number for more than 5 times in a month, complaining about the issue, but they won't start thinking of improving themselves. This is how disgusting they are. Now they have left me with no choice than change my service provider. If you want i can just make a list of abuse to give you, but i will not because apparently i am not like you. I just hope that a day comes when idea will have to shut down. Very disappointed in idea, very very disappointed. Please have at-least some shame idea.

                                    I trusted idea and ported my sim to idea but its not activated even on 6 day ...just a waste of service and broke the faith...!!!
