Double recharge on my idea number [protected] (Idea cellular order #[protected], time 07:12pm, amount 398) under this reference, i get the massage of recharege successful at 7:00pm, but fter some time i get another message at 7;22pm. Sorry! Your payment could not be processed this time. Please try again.

(Idea cellular order #[protected], time 7:30pm, amount 398 & receive massage (Dear customer, thank you for making a recharge of rs. 398 on this mobile no. [protected]from idea cellular website)
After that i called on customer care you got from senior offer ashish. They did not respond me any satisfied and said if you have any message in it ten send it to our email
Id. That's why i'm encosing the sereenshot of the massage.
Onthe same recharge same time my first payment should be returned due to.
So plz refund my first payment refund
