Dear sir,

I the undersigned would like to inform you that i have been out of gujarat since 19.12.2017 to 16.02.2018 during that time i have received many message from idea care regarding to link aadhaar number with mobile number. So i have linked my mobile number with my wife's aadhaar number but due to stringent circumstances its not valid as per our company's rule to reimbursement.

I have discussed so many times with customer care representative regarding above subject. Customer care representative suggest me to visit nearest my idea showroom i have visited 4 to 5 times but i am not satisfied with their service they informed me that its not accepted by our system to change bill name i requested them they suggested me you can port now and after 3 months come back to idea again. I would like to also inform you that i have been using these number for last 6 years so its very difficult to change with other service provider.

I humble request you to please help me as soon as possible.

If not possible then directly respond me so i have option whether i have to continue with you or quit with you.

I the undersigned would like to inform you that at my house location i have not received your 3G, 4G service as you are representing in your advertisement. I would like to tell you that you are absolutely wrong with representing with your advertisement and committment given to your customer now its enough please stop to make customer more foolish.

I have complained so many times with your customer care, they replied that your complaint registered with us and come back to you as soon as possible after resolution with our network team and complaint closed after 7 days without customer satisfaction.

I would like to inform you that i have pay you money to getting good service from you if you are unable to delivered good service there will be no meaning to use your service.

I would like to also inform you that your network has not better at Mumbai also i faced problem at mumbai for many time and registered complaint with customer care but they are failed to responding to me and i am not satisfied with their reply you choose 2G and 3G network and try check you have got good speed with that but why i use 2G and 3G network i pay you for 4G Network so its my right to use 4G network.

I humble request you if you not resolve this matter as soon as possible i am really too much irritated with your service i have never seen such kind of service provider. Please consider my first and last email to you to satisfied me otherwise i will port to other service provider.

On 3rd April 2018 I have Recharged on my mobile number [protected] from my idea app and transacted money from my paytm wallet but the Recharge is not yet completed and money is deducted from my paytm wallet and I have also contacted to paytm Customer care but telling that payment have been deducted and transferred to Idea

Also, you can check with your respective bank or application used while availing the recharge post 7 working days. If still the issue persist, kindly share us the screenshot of the complete bank statement done from the day of the recharge to till date to assist you further.

1. The People at Customer Care are ineffiecient, unprofessional, low quality and infact no knowledge.
2.Impolite.
3. No official Lunch times but they go on lunch for long times, and untechnical way to deal the customers.

    I was using Idea Postpaid service for 9 years. I had paid Rs 500/- as Security Deposit for two numbers. Recently I have switched to Idea Prepaid. I was expecting the refund through a cheque. But out of these Rs 500/-, Rs 420/- (reason for shortfall of Rs 80/- is unknown)have been credited to my Prepaid number without my Consent. This amount is laying in my Idea account in the form of Main balance. As per many communications done with Idea, it is not possible to utilize this balance to activate any plan or service. It has been made mandatory to use this amount as Talk time. But in the era o[censored]nlimited plans, I dont want to use this amount as talk time. I want to utilize this balance to activate some unlimited plan.
    My question are
    1)why the Security Deposit has been credited to my prepaid account without my Consent?
    2)Why there is shortfall of Rs 80/-? If it is due to the recharge done from your side, then please note that, I did not tell you to recharge my account with the security deposit refund.
    3) As per "Telecom Consumer Charter for Handling Consumer Complaints" published on Idea website, Security deposit/Advance usage charges (AUC) as the case may be collected from the customer shall be refunded as per the company policies in force from time to time. Please provide the documented policy.
    4)Please provide the procedure to utilize the main balance to activate some Unlimited plan.

    I have switched my number from idea postpaid to idea prepaid and the teller had recharged for 495 plan and have asked me 600 to pay say its is 600 for the after coming home by paying the money i saw through app the actual amount is less so ifea care has cheated over me on recharge.

      I was forcibly given a postpaid number, after long discussions over phone i accepted for taking port to my current number([protected]), and the executive who explained([protected]) me about the plan told me that everything's free no charges other than bill amount(349/-pm)But first month itself i got 700/- bill and when i asked idea customer care, they replied that i don't have free message service so that's the reason i got that huge amount of bill. And they gave me a free message service after paying the bill. And in the second month all of the sudden i got 2500/- Bill, the same way i dialed idea customer care for help, again i got the same reply saying that i don't have free out going-roaming calls. and they told that i have to pay this much huge amount, and after few days my number got blocked from calls and messages. And after few days the bill got increased to 3300/- without any usage. I was shocked and complained about this to customer care but no response received. Now Someone from this number([protected]) called me saying that we are calling from idea and gave me an offer to pay 1000/- and rest of the amount will waved off from the bill, and after paying this 1000/-rs i waited almost a week but still i was getting continuous calls from([protected], [protected], [protected]) idea customer care saying the bill is still due on my number. And i told them the same to them but there was no help. and this way i got cheated 3rd time. And also in addition with this even my contacts were getting the continuous calls from these people abusing that i didn't pay the bill. Hope i would get justice.

      This complaint is not resolved. This is not correct. I got the call and i was trying to explain what happened and call got disconnected and how come all of the sudden this issue is marked as resolved.

        I bought a new connection from Idea last year.When representative came to visit home and convince us to buy connection from Idea with wrong information of 1 month free(They asked me to pay on day one to pay bill of 1 month prior).(Already paid for 3 months still)

        They have started my billing cycle before providing me connection(almost 15 to 20 days span).When they have set up the connection first time when he come only half set up he did.(just a wired connection).and took almost 20 days to provide me wireless connection.

        After 100's of call with customer care they didnt send single representative to check connection(speed was pathetic).

        Now asking me that 1 month connection bill(which I already paid)

        1 month indirectly I was without connection(free month I am not even counting cos they discontinued my connection).
        now why asking for 1 month bill(not even provided 2 month service and already took 3 month bill in prior).

            Dear sir,

            I have migrated my no from tata to idea with a belief that i will get good service from this esteemed network. And expected it to only be better with the idea and voda merger.
            But idea have totally disappointed me. Their customer care team is hopeless. And i whole heartedly regret not choosing airtel.

            I migrated my no to idea last month.
            As expected i got a reminder from them to pay my last prorate wise outstanding to docomo.
            I promptly paid my bills and reached idea store on bajirao road next to bsnl office pune.
            Shock one: the girl who seemed to supervise the store said. We cannot help you until your no is not barred/ suspended. I tried to reason with her stating that what sense it makes to wait till the no is barred and then to visit you.
            And most importantly why would you bar my number when i have made the payment and i am there in your store to submit the receipt.
            She sent me away stating : that is our process.
            Shock 2: my no got barred on friday the 30th march. On saturday i visited the said store again and submitted the receipt. It was 5: 45pm and i requested her to restore the no eod. Reason being i had to travel out of station. She said she will try.
            She made her sent the mail in front of me.
            I had total belief that it is going to be a goof-up.
            So i sensitized her about how important it that my cell no stays active.
            She said she will call the concern and get it done. I left.

            It is monday the 2nd april today. And still my no is barred hence i resorted to sent this email.

            Pls answer below:
            @ is this the quality of service.
            @ why does idea need for the clients number to be barred for them to post my donor payment.
            @ why should i suffer even after dulling paying last bill and notifying idea about the same.

            I have not come across such # services in any other telecom company.
            Idea don't deserve the trust we place in you.

            Kindly act on the same and help me get a satisfying answer from idea cellular.

              I have change into vodafone on dt 2/feb/2018, on 5th feb i have started with my number in vodafone prepaid sim.

              After few days in march month i got call from idea company your payment is pending rs 207/- if you not paid payment they will disconnect number.

                I had recharged in 28/03/2018 of rupees 58. But its not successful yet. And also i have complained to customer care three times. But they are not responding a valid reason for unsuccessful recharge. They are telling me different time duration to get recharge benefits. But i had not get still my balance.
                Recharge benefits is 58 full talk time offers.

                  I bought a new idea sim card with new number [protected]. And its not yet activated i tried calling on 59059 but its is not connecting. I spoke with customer executive and he said it will be done. It has been 7 days till now. It seems like a mistake to go for idea sim.

                  I didnt even get any call or sms on my alternative number i, e [protected]. Its getting out my my mind.

                    I went to idea gallery for linking aadhar card after linking they charged me rs 10. As a costumer i am taking pain to reach the gallery and later they charge me for this. Very sad to know that how company tries to fool it's customers if from one customer they are charging 10 rs then how much will be the amount from 100 customers roughly 1000 rs in a day which is by doing nothing. Request you to take strict action against this people. This gallery is situated at bldg no 122 pantnagar ghatkopar east near jai kisan.

                      I am writing this complaint regarding unbilled amount of 5035.05/- of postpaid bill. I have already paid 2130/- on dated 21st march 2018. Every month company misguides about monthly plans and charging more amount than plans so it means company is cheating on us. Even company not reminds your last date of bill, and this is a very big issue. So it’s not our fault for this 5035.05/- amount of bill.
                      We visited many times your idea office for this issue but they are not giving us any revert even not accepting our compliant and i also mailed many times about this problem but this issue is not sort out yet.
                      Moreover i am facing loose in my business because of interruption in outgoing calls. So now i can’t tolerate this anymore.
                      Now it’s my humble request please solve this issue and i also want to port my number from postpaid to prepaid so do that soon.

                        I had an airtel number which i ported to idea prepaid. I visited the idea authorized service center at banshdroni : 227, netaji subhash chandra bose rd, hati bagan, bansdroni, kolkata, west bengal 700047. The representative santu took my documents and asked meto pay up a certain amount which will be recharged after the porting is complete.

                        But on the day of the porting, there was no recharge or anything and my balance showed 0.02. I waited and then visited the service center where they have not even processed the recharge. When i told them that had i not visited their outlet again, (The conveyance cost as much as the recharge) instead of apologizing he was like, be thankful the porting is done. Then finally they recharged my number in the evening after i personally had to visit. This kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable.

                          I am holding a postpaid connection of idea cellular in delhi, on 28/3/18 by mistake i deposited rs.500/- against my connection number [protected]. On the same time when i deposited this amount by mistake., i contact idea customer care service where the executive denied to refund., i told him i have one more similar number with vodafone by mistake fund transfer in your account through freecharge gateway from where i made the payment through my axis bank account., he denied to refund and told me we can't refund you this amount.
                          Now my request to you is to intervene in this matter and take necessary action and pass the order to refund my amount immediately.,

                            I have received a call from idea prepaid making team on 20th march from this no [protected], i asked them to provide bill cycle date must be month end, they said we will give you bill date every month 28th. Yesterday my idea network activated, but they given 12th, i call to customer care about to change my bill cycle date, customer care persons talking very rudely and they are saying don't change the bill date. Only thing we can do we will deactivate my number. And they ggiven worng plan. Literally thay completely cheated me

To idea but after that i have tried so many times to connect to 59059 for tele verification but the call gets disconnected automatically. How can i get my sim verified please help. I've tried contacting customer care but the call gets disconnected because there's no balance in my account and i have tried to recharge but am unable to recharge it with any amount via any recharge app online.

                              Hi Idea,
                              I have bought new idea SIM [protected] on 14 march 2018 and yet I didn't got any SMS on my alternate number to activate SIM card .From that time till date I am waiting but it is not activated.

                              I think choosing idea is my wrong decision.

                                Hi my mobile number [protected]. I was using idea postpaid connection with rs199 plan. Last month i converted this number to idea prepaid. I already paid my previous bill. Even i paid extra 107 rs my number was converted after 7 days of my billing cycle and idea provided me a bill of rs rs 459 and asking me to pay rs[protected] rs. They added vas charges as charges on data pack pro-ration # 325.9 rs.

                                I already confirmed with idea outlet when i was changing the plan from postpaid to prepaid and they said you already have rs 107 extra paid and this amount will be carry forward to your prepaid balance. Instead of this they are charging me extra.

                                That's clear cheat on their billing side. As per my knowledge i never authorised this kind of proration. I have not changed my plan then why the hell prorate comes into picture. I need explanation on this. Otherwise ill complaint against you

                                  I have port my old no. To idea postpaid no., while porting ur executive are saying sir it will be activated in 3 to 4 days and after applying for porting no response comming from ur side. This is very bad and poor service from ur side.[protected] this is the no. Which i applied for porting and after 1 day verification also done on phone and i requested the person who did the verification call to do house verification little faster they told me sure but till now no response... Very poor very poor and very poor service.

                                        Lot of connectivity issue was being faced on +91-[protected] idea cellular no. The same is being communicated to the service provider via email communication. The representative called and asked to do some setting changes and assured the issue will get resolved, but unfortunately nothing worked. Despite of multiple emails no one is taking care of the issue, every time the update is that our representative tried calling you but couldn't reach. Faced issues are listed below
                                        1. Irregular network
                                        2. Call drops
                                        3. Very slow internet speed
