I was forcibly given a postpaid number, after long discussions over phone i accepted for taking port to my current number([protected]), and the executive who explained([protected]) me about the plan told me that everything's free no charges other than bill amount(349/-pm)But first month itself i got 700/- bill and when i asked idea customer care, they replied that i don't have free message service so that's the reason i got that huge amount of bill. And they gave me a free message service after paying the bill. And in the second month all of the sudden i got 2500/- Bill, the same way i dialed idea customer care for help, again i got the same reply saying that i don't have free out going-roaming calls. and they told that i have to pay this much huge amount, and after few days my number got blocked from calls and messages. And after few days the bill got increased to 3300/- without any usage. I was shocked and complained about this to customer care but no response received. Now Someone from this number([protected]) called me saying that we are calling from idea and gave me an offer to pay 1000/- and rest of the amount will waved off from the bill, and after paying this 1000/-rs i waited almost a week but still i was getting continuous calls from([protected], [protected], [protected]) idea customer care saying the bill is still due on my number. And i told them the same to them but there was no help. and this way i got cheated 3rd time. And also in addition with this even my contacts were getting the continuous calls from these people abusing that i didn't pay the bill. Hope i would get justice.

Updated by Fazulur Rahaman This complaint is not resolved. This is not correct. I got the call and i was trying to explain what happened and call got disconnected and how come all of the sudden this issue is marked as resolved.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. As per our record, there's no such recharge credited in your account. Hence, we request you to wait for 7 working days for the mentioned amount to be reversed. Also, you can check with your respective bank or application used while availing the recharge post 7 working days. If still the issue persist, kindly share us the screenshot of the complete bank statement done from the day of the recharge to till date to assist you further.
