I took an idea sim ported from aircel on the number [protected]. Its the second time i took the idea sim as the previous sim not activated due to false number o[censored]pc, and after taking another sim of idea by mnp they told it will take 4 days for the sim to activate but till now there is no such action i took the sim on friday i. E dated 23/03/2018. Please i kindly request to activate my sim as soon as possible i am suffering of this problem

    Idea cellular, the worst network i have ever used!!
    I ported my number to idea few days back. I was told that i will be getting 30gb data per month with unlimited calls and 3000 messages free. Further unused data will be carried forward. All this was under the post paid plan of 299 which makes it to be rs354 after tax.
    But after activation i have received only 20gb data. I have already filed a complaint with the idea customer care but no action was taken and i was told nothing can be done i have to adjust with what i am getting now as they cannot provide more than that. This shows that idea is not at all bothered about its customers and trap people to port their numbers in idea by making false commitment.
    I would like to be provided with what i was committed asap.
    Porting my no to idea was a big mistake and i regret it.

      Idea company giving flash messages every time whenever internet connection has been lost about usage of internet. sometimes when mobile data is off the also they are flashing a message on my mobile screen if i cancel them i becomes text message in my message box. i am mentally harassed from this messages when i asked company customer care executives then don't any idea to cancel. so pls help me by taking necessary action about this metter.

        My wife sim no. Is [protected]. On 16 mar 2018 i paid ₹ 147 for topup for unlimited voice calls offer. The recharge was successful. But i am unable to make voice calls even after the recharge is successful. Called call center next day to check i was told everything is ok and it will reflect in 24 hrs. Even today (26 mar) unable to make calls.

        Please process or refund my payment of ₹147 which was paid by through paytm.

          We are facing network issued related to idea showing network bars but unable to make calls, getting call failed regularly. Able to see signal bars when some one calls me they are getting out of coverage area.. Recently i complainted and i got a call from service centre i got a call that your problem has resolved. But my problem hasn't resolved. My problem was not yet resolved. They are not working on it and saying your problem is resolved. Hope this time my problem will get resolved. There is idea tower near by 2 km from my village on both east and west.. Why don't they increase signal frequency. Will you resolve my problem or do i need to take step forward. This is not my first complaint

          i dont need any appologies mam, i just need solution to my problem. why dont they increase signal frequency of present tower.. Earlier we use to get good signal recently only this call failed problem has araised ask them why this problem has araised.?

          We are frequently getting call failed in connected call...call is getting disconnected in middle of my call. Frequently I used to get call failed and message sending failed eventhough there is network bar . What is this we are paying for u . U need to do justice to what we pay!!

            I tried to recharge my number it has failed. Paytm shows successful but account balance is still zero.

            I can't dial any number it keeps on repeating same irritating msg.

            I am selecting my new operator as idea but it automatically detects it's old operator. It's very unpleasant experience.

              I'd like to submit a complaint against idea cellular. I have a post paid connection with idea and had submitted a request to activate international roaming for australia in the end of jan. I was asked to deposit a refundable deposit of rs 3700 at the time to activate international roaming for australia which i did at the time, at idea store in indore.in mid feb, i received a bill which included rs 5000 pack for international roaming and since then i have spoken to idea innumerable times, requesting them to correct my bill as i never requested for rs 5000 pack. During a recent call to their customer care, i was told that they had charged rs 5000 in my bill incorrectly as it was supposed to be rs 2499 for australia international roaming plan but they advised that i had to write to idea nodal office () for correcting the bill, as customer care did not have the authorization to reverse the charges. Despite several reminders on e-mails, i have not received the corrected bill.in addition, i'm being harassed by idea as they have deactivated my number for nearly 4 weeks now due to non payment of the bill - which i obviously can't pay until a corrected bill amount is shared with me. I'd like your help in having this matter resolved asap with idea.

              Response received from Idea appellate today: we would again like to reiterate that no refund was found feasible towards # [protected] and an amount of 8787.24/- needs to be cleared for further uninterrupted services.

              I don't understand why I need to pay Rs 5000 (included in this bill) for a package that I neither requested nor does such a package exist for Australia as per Idea customer care! I will be traveling to India next week & need my number activated before then. Im being harassed by Idea by not having my number activated. I'd like not just my bill corrected but also to be paid compensation for the business I have lost in last few weeks by not having my phone active approx Rs 10, 000).

              After having followed up for more than a month, I have finally given up and made the payment for the overcharged bill produced by Idea last month as I needed my number activated during my travel. However I still want to dispute this incorrect amount charged to me and claim refund. HOW CAN IDEA CHARGE ME INR 5000 FOR AN INTERNATIONAL ROAMING PACK FOR AUSTRALIA WHEN SUCH A PACK DOESN'T ECIST AT ALL? ON IDEA WEBSITE CLEARLY HAS INR 2499 PACK FOR AUSTRALIA WHICH HAS 500 MINS OF INCOMING AND OUTGOING FREE, WHICH MEANS INR 703 CHARGED IN MY LAST BILL FOR USAGE IN AUSTRALIA ALSO NEEDS TO BE REVERSED AND INR 5000 NEEDS TO BE REVERSED AND ALL OF THIS REFUNDED BACK TO ME. IDEA ALSO HAS MY SECURITY DEPOSIT OF INR 3700 WHICH I HAVEN'T RECEIVED BACK. NEED RESOLUTION AND REFUND ASAP!

                I used idea post paid plan of 399 last 8 month now i migrate in pre paid in idea so i have charge 278 for internet prorated over usage. Idea totally cheat people when we active plan then not tell about plan condition even when we change then also not give information about charge.
                We know when generate bill amount. It's totally wrong with customer.

                  Hi i ported my number from vodafone prepaid to idea postpaid. But for activation i called two times to 59059 and both the times they told your number we are unable to find so plz try after some times. So afyer 5 minute i already tried 50 times at least but it was not connecting to 59059.

                  So now what should i do??? If i cannot call 59059 then it vl nvr b activate.

                      I had ported my number [protected] to idea.200 rs was taken but i was lied that frc has been done and now situation is that my number is a about to get blocked in 7 days

                      I hope i dont have to provide any receipt because my number has been successfully ported using my adhar card ending with 7481

                      If my number has been activated then its evident i must had been charged 200 rs for that because frc is compulsory and no body will give me sim free.

                      Also i had called and spoken to idea customer care supervisor arjun bawri but he denied to help me.

                      Please take this complaint and get my mobile frc done so that my mobile is not deactivated

                        Customer care people say they have given waiver off but again bill is generated with same amount with no waiver off and force us to pay the bill. Idea is just gathering money and service centres do not have much information. And these customer care people cannot be reached again as you cannot call back on that number. Everyday they will generate bill and send it.

                          I have not requested for missed call alert service, still charges rs 252.50 are included in my march bill. I have got call from idea customer care and i replied that i have no required for this service still she activate and same day i have called customer care and tell him about this and he said that after bill generate we will waive this amount definitely and deactivate this service on same day but now i have requested for waiver but no action has been taken. I am very upset regarding this type of service, please waive this amount.

                              This is regarding pathetic idea postpaid service.

                              Yesterday they have sent me 2 message on my vodafone number that:

                              Dear customer, your idea mobile a/c[protected] / [protected] due amount is rs.339 request you to make the payment to avoid legal action, for details call [protected]

                              But my "[protected]" mobile number was already deactivated and i have paid all bills in 2016. You can check my account number as well.

                              And now this number "[protected]" i am not using since 2016.

                              Now if your pathetic idea company send any messages to me regarding bill payment issue, i will raise fir against you.. (Check my account).

                              The mobile number "[protected]" was already deactivated from your end.. ! This number was deactivated in 2016 please check and confirm.

                              One of the third class "Idea" company I have never seen..

                                  I have recharge rs.267 through my internet banking vide my transaction ref no is igaddtmbu2 for rs. 267 on 21-march-2018. Amount debited by bank but still no balance came from idea & there is no refunded in my savings bank account.

                                  Due to this i am dissatisfied and planning to switch over to reliance jio.

                                  This will happens number of time & there is no auto check standard.

                                    This is to bring to everyone’s notice that malpractices are being used by idea cellular india to get back the dues from post paid customers.
                                    My wife had a connection with idea for last 6 months. I used to get inflated amount of bill for last 4 months. My last bill was pending of rs. 1100/- for the month of december. Some call centre executive asked me for a settlement at rs.600/-. I paid the amount. My phone line was reconnected and i received another message/ email that another bill amounted to rs. 1700/- was generated. My line was disconnected within few hours. And it has been disconnected for last one and half month. Yesterday i had a phone call from some legal officer threatening us to pay the amount of rs. 1700/- within few hours or they would l take some legal step against us. My wife is a serious patient / almost bed ridden and i had to buy costly medicines every month for her. I ask her for some time till 12th april due to my bad financial condition.
                                    Today i received an sms with a case file number dl.79045/2018 against my cell number for hearing on tishazari court no_2 etc. But i could not find any such case while i made online searches with the case file number.

                                        Hello, i have used idea number before porting, i pay my last bill and additional amount of 260 as par my usage, after a month, idea send me a bill with remaining amount of 588, when i was ask to customer care they should talk with very rude and told me that your number was closed now, when i was paid my monthly rental as per company policy, whenever i want to move that's my choice, idea says when mnp was processed your all benefits are laps?? Is this #,. Very pathetic service of idea,.

                                        Now days my current network operator was calling me behalf of idea.
