Idea mobile tower is installed in centre of most heavily populated and residential area of town (Roorkee) on a building known as sultan tower which is completely damaged and cannot bear even one earthquake due to generators install in building our house has got a lot of cracks and recently a piece of building fell on our roof due to which our roof ceiling is completely damaged pl do something remove this tower i ensure u that my full support...

This is the 2nd time this has happened to me, idea has charged me unwantedly for a vas service which i never requested of neither knew about such service.

I am using idea broad bond from[protected]. Currently since few weeks i am getting difficulties as it was not working properly. Now since 3 days it is not working. I tried to call [protected] on this customer care number by different mobile number but it never works. I also called on these [protected] / [protected] numbers. Some ladies pick the call and when i said my internet not working they just cut the call and now not picking...

I am using idea number. When i am calling to anyone network not only idea and vice versa before ring, idea playing some advertisement. Bcz of this advertisement so many people feel very irritated by idea telecom. If some one have any health urgency how i can they contact their family members quickly. It's very irritating service.

Today on 23 dec. 2017 i had internet balace of about 1gb and main account balance was around 54 rupees and i was using facebook app suddenly i got a message regarding vas activation and deducting balance of rs 50. Then i call customer care and tell about this unnecessary deduction and they took my time around 15 minutes and then refunded my balance.
Again i got a message regarding 5 rs deduction i again call and they refunded.
