I tried to send mail regarding my call history on my idea mobile number so many times but there is no related link at www.ideacellular.com. I contacted customer executives but no use. They are saying the same website to send mail. So please explain me in detail how to send mail to get my call data. Please kindly consider my request. Thank you.

    Hi idea,
    I have bought new idea sim [protected] on 27th december 2017 in 10.30 am and in afternoon i got sms on my alternate number to activate sim by calling 59059. From that time till date i am trying 59059 but it is not connecting.

    When call idea support and tell my problem they wouldn't talk logical and keep on saying pls try calling 59059. I think these less skilled resource just work like parrot and only say single line and don't give logical answer nor try to help.

    I am every day getting sms on my alternate number to call 59059 and get your connection activated but 59059 is not connecting. Pls provide any other number or activate services of my new idea number [protected]

    I think buying idea was worst decision.

      I have upgrade my idea SIM to 4g. & after that my balance was started deducting due to of data usage but I kept my data off even though 4 paise is deducting very frequently. I have spoken to customer as well but they don't have answer about this problem.

      Request you to look into this or I need to port to some other carrier..

        Hello indian consumer company
        my name is sanjay kumar, and i have been the customer of idea since last 5 years, and now i am running a current plan in it, 349 is the plan, jim's unlimited calling and daily 1 when the internet is there, and my bill is 400 to 450 is between me, and this month bill idiya vallo has given rs 1630, in which he has misplaced 1000 rupees, when i asked him, he said that your donalding has been charged, i i have been connected to the internet for the last 10 years, i have information that says charging and not said, but in my unbilld, he added 15 times the charge, sometimes 49, rupees and 99 rupees, at least at their tollfree number before i got the bill. Talked 10 times, but they did not tell me why you are unbilled, they said that your bill will be removed when your bill is created, if i call the bill after the bill, then i your bill will not be reduced, you will have to pay the full bill, then i mailed to their area head, whose mail id is appellate. [protected]@idea. Adityabirla.com, they talked about reducing the first 300, i then again sent tollfree numbers and area heads, then they talked about reducing 500 rupees, then i would like to answer this question: sir, how long will this service provider keep cheating on us like this, it will also make the bill and we will collect it. It is wrong, sir must take action against them and join me with your request,

                This is the 2nd time this has happened to me, idea has charged me unwantedly for a vas service which i never requested of neither knew about such service.

                Details are as below:

                1st charge - 2nd nov, 12:38 am - got a message stating we have received a request to activate combo plus pack, charges rs. 5/day

                2nd charge - 26th dec, 10:53 pm - got a message stating we have received a request to activate action games, charges rs. 5/day

                  My mobile number and account number with airtel was, against which the payment has been done five days back. Payment receipt has been sent to 'welcomesupport. [protected]@idea. Adityabirla.com', [protected]@idea. Adityabirla.com, prepaiddedupe. [protected]@idea. Adityabirla.com eleven times in last four days including all the attachments

                  They are really irritating with the stores some atul sharma at sec 18 was watching movie on mobile while i was standing infront of him with having concern. Two times i have visited stores and showrooms. He asked me for receipt of the payment. I have sent him all the documents at that time on his email id. Some executive at customer care cut my call after saying that my number will remain barred until i visit the showroom.

                  Now today i have received a response from sachin banyal from a68 sec 64 idea branch stating that the receipt that i have provided him was not a valid one. When they are sending emails they say that they will response within 24 to 48 hrs. I have received this response after four days.

                  The wonderful thing is this even if i am right about everything i am getting punished like i have done something worst with this company.

                  The worst experience with idea.

                  My same ported number with idea has been barred for out going calls and data services since last three days. I have informed at idea customer care 10 times, but no action has been taken as yet.
                  Idea customer care executive is neither connecting to senior nor registering complaint.

                  If they do not activate the services by today. I will port out my number from idea.

                    I am using idea broad bond from[protected]. Currently since few weeks i am getting difficulties as it was not working properly. Now since 3 days it is not working. I tried to call [protected] on this customer care number by different mobile number but it never works. I also called on these [protected] / [protected] numbers. Some ladies pick the call and when i said my internet not working they just cut the call and now not picking the call. So, there is no way i can reach your customer support. The person who provided me this service also not supporting. Please solve this issue as soon as possible. If you can not able to solve this please tell me clearly and deactivate my account. I will take some other internet services. Please reply and also do not send recorded mails every time.

                        I called on 198 to ask about my query. But customer care executive spoke rudely and want to fight with me... He was not listening properly about my problem and saying that i am not able to understand what he is saying.
                        It's is duty of any service provider to resolve issues of customer with fully satisfaction, but idea is looking after it.

                                  Sir/ madam,
                                  I was ported my number from other to idea in last november with frc 446. At the same time my mobile handset started some issues. That's why i started to use another simple handset for some days but due to some problem i am unable to buy new 4g handset.
                                  Now idea stopped my all the outgoing calls as i am not using 4g handset. But when i checked with terms and conditions, i shocked because in that i found there is no any condition for calling. That condition is used only for internet not for calling.

                                    We would like to inform you that you can choose to get your incoming and outgoing call details by availing ebill. For the same, SMS to be send from your idea contact number in the format of EBILL < Space> MONTH to 12345. For Eg: EBILL <space> JAN. Also you can get ebill by registering mail id with us, kindly send EMAILID<space> your mail id and send it to 12345.After updation of emial address, you can mail us at [protected]@idea.adityabirla.com mentioning the month/ duration for which bill is required.

                                      I am using idea number. When i am calling to anyone network not only idea and vice versa before ring, idea playing some advertisement. Bcz of this advertisement so many people feel very irritated by idea telecom. If some one have any health urgency how i can they contact their family members quickly. It's very irritating service.
                                      They doing business by using our idea sim's with out taking our permissions.
                                      And we are suffered by idea
                                      I already complained to idea costumer care but they said we cant do anything this is default advertisement. They don't take serious actions about public emergency issues

                                        My name is r. Prasanna kumar i used tiz number reliance prepaid in past 5 years. My number is [protected].
                                        The port out was not requested by us. Since all the upc were visible to everyone having access to rcom systems and hence misused by someone in idea network and our premium number was stolen. Now my number is available in idea network someone id proof. Plz kindly requested return my number in my name same idea network...
