Converted my prepaid plan to postpaid plan and bills raised is v heavily amounts after several complaints no action taken by idea customer cares cum idea cellular for which we have made a complain to tral
As per telephonic discussion bills raised by idea cellular is correct,
Only false assurance given by each and every teams of idea cellular.
Please td is done of my cell no [protected].
Plz go to legal actions so i can prove to harresments happen to me by your sides.

    Today on 23 dec. 2017 i had internet balace of about 1gb and main account balance was around 54 rupees and i was using facebook app suddenly i got a message regarding vas activation and deducting balance of rs 50. Then i call customer care and tell about this unnecessary deduction and they took my time around 15 minutes and then refunded my balance.
    Again i got a message regarding 5 rs deduction i again call and they refunded.
    But again 50 rs has been deducted and i again i call them and they said your balance cannot be refunded as you have download an app/games whatever i don't know and i said to them i never ever click on the junky popup's of your company regarding services activation neither i open your ideagames app and i did nothing that is liable for balance deducation.
    Also the customer care executive was very rude.
    They did not agree with me and they said you have download the app.
    And i am very very angry regarding this fraud of idea company.
    And going to port out with this fraud company.
    And maybe they earn crore's of rupees by doing these types of fraud with other idea customer in whole india.
    I am also going to post this in other platforms in internet.
    And going to mail trai about this fraud of idea company.

    So guys if you are using idea internet services make sure you have not more than 5 rs balance in your account until you don't want to lose your balance.

      Dear sir/madam,
      I am susheel pillai from indore and my no. Is [protected] of idea cellular. I want to complaint about your unnecessary activation of value added services which i never demanded or requested but till this point of time my rs340 has been deducted unnecessarily without any request from my end.
      Actually last month i have activated 4g netpack for 28 days and after that every saturday evening some new vas activates automatically without any request and just recieves message that your so and so pack is activated on your request and for deactivating you have to send message on 155223. Sir you can check on my no. That two times action games, funny messages activated and today bollywood video which i never request, but all this is happening when my data pack is on. So i request you to solve this issue and please refund my deducted amount.

        I want my money back as early as possible other wise i switched to the jio network

          So i did the recharge according to the instructions given on the amazon's website in which i was supposed to get 2gb data per day. But i get 1.5gb data per day only. I called the customer service twice they say it's 1.5gb per day. I check on amazon's web page, it says 2gb per day. So i contacted amazon customer service and they say according to t&c no. 4 i. E "additional data benefit will be tac restricted on oneplus 5t handset and will work on only above stated device.

          Feel scammed and i doubt if i'll ever recharge on idea cellular. Jio's way better at providing service then idea.

            Idea store aundh did not give me my prepaid sim after i convert the sim from postpaid sim. They first forced to recharge me 80 rupees when i told i will not going to do. Then they told we are not going to give the sim to you. This number is my very very umportant number. I faced a lot of problem for this.               Customer care executive giving wrong information ms ragini she told she will esclate to senior and trf my call to ivr, again i called the other female also gave wrong information of recharge plan of 179 which was done by me which says.
              Enjoy unlimited local + std + roaming & 1gb data & 100 sms/day for 28 days.
              Where both customer care executive was arguing no 1gb is not per day is for 28 days
              Kindly remove this people who are working in your company doing timepass by giving wrong information.

                  From my idea number illegally deducted 181rs, notify with sms saying "downloading charge of animation from nazara". But we didn't download any item like that. I communicated with customer care "no benefit". My problem is why idea allowing such third party to deduct money directly without inform by any otp. This is cheating the consumers..                     I had a compalint with idea cellular services ltd and i wrote an email dated 02.12.2017 and service request number given to me was[protected]. I was assured that the problem will be resolved by 07.12.2017. Nothing concrete happened and my case was closed by the company. I made an appeal on 21.12.2017 via ivr of idea and again a service request number[protected] was given and was assured of world class services. Same result. Nothing concrete happened again but my case was closed the very next day i. E. 22.12.2017. The customer care executives who talked to me during this period were very harsh and talked without any responsibility. I just want trai should take care of such companies which promises of providing world class services and call them number one, treat their customers recklessly and don't even care of company's service negligence. I also want that the company should the services worth the money they are charging from the customers'. I am totally dis-satisfied, the way the company's executives had conversations with me on the phone. The total experience of mine with idea cellular company ltd is disgusting. Hope you can understand my problem and may help me in some way. Thanks n regrads

                      On or around 11th nov. 2017 your agents ms tanu mehta and her husband after calling a few times visited our residence asking to port two reliance numbers to idea. Offered 249/-post paid pack on 1st and 200/- or so, on 2nd. Got a few papers signed and tried to link with my adhar card. Also took signed photocopy the adhar. Just after a few weeks i started receiving sms "your usage is heavy pay so much to avoid deactivation bla bla". On visiting your showroom on pakowl rd. Feroze gandhi mkt. I was shocked to know that said no. S are in the name of some rani. I never knew any body of this name, and not the package i was offered. Was given solace by your staff. Had to visit again as sms continued. The in charge told waiver has been request and phones will be in your name. On my request one pack 249/- 2nd 100/-. Bill will be sent on my e-mail till date bill/details not received. Name not changed. Call this no. Visit idea showroom. I am 69 years old, sick man feeling awfully harassed, difficult for repeated visits. If problems cannot be solved immediately please de-activate my numbers. So that i can to jio or airtel etc.

                        I was porting my rcom number to idea network. Before starting the process i was getting call from the customer care executives several times a day but the day process started i didn't get a single call from them.
                        Actually on saturday, 16 dec the person from idea came and did all the formalities. Same day in the evening i got a message that my request has been rejected. I called that person he assured me that don't bother it will be done. Since then i didn't get any message nor anybody from idea called me.
                        I was totally blind, i was not getting any message whether the porting process is on or not. Whenever i called none of the cce took my call seriously. They keep on saying that they will call later that they never did.
                        Two days before i talked to senior person from idea and he assured me that my porting will be done in two days.
                        Today on 22nd december when i called i was told that your porting request has been rejected.
                        For a whole week every one gave fake assurance, they wasted my time. I could have approached to some other network.
                        I am really disappointed by the behavior of your cces. They don't even talk with manners.

                          I have converted my idea sim from postpaid to prepaid. After that i got bill amount of rs -29.88/-. Talk to customer care told that you will get refund amount in 45 days but 3 months over didn't received refund amount.
                          Talk to customer care & service center representative no response.
                          Told me go to another service center & so on.. No proper response from them.
                          Please solve it asap & get my refund amount in the form of balance or deposit in account.

                            Such and stupid service. What ever they are promising while calling you, will never get fulfill.

                            The payment which i have made by nov 2nd 2017 was not reflected from idea side for more than ten days. When i checked with them they asked me for transaction details and i have given the details what ever they asked me.
                            This is more than a month almost about to be 2 months still no more progress.
                            And they made me to pay twice and barred my outgoing also.
                            Kindly share me the grievance redressal contact if anyone have.

                            Idea Cellular customer care for past two months I am following up with them by mail as well as on call also no has understand the actual concern. Each one is talking about different thing which is not related to my concern. I have to explain the things to everyone every time. I think they are not checking the mail content once they get mail will call simply.

                                Idea cellular naver support their old customers. Their staffs who are as a customer care exicutive, these guys behaviour use to very rude.

                                Idea cellular have their codes by which if anyony would dial them mistakenly, they will deduct some amount. If you don't have interest to use activated service and want to get back you amount, the customer care guys rudely denyed.

                                The guyes have sitted as customer supoort, they don't have complete knowledge of their process. Due to this they used to deliver wrong information.

                                  HI,

                                  I did submit postpaid to prepaid request from Mita Enterprise 80Ft Road Rajkot Idea Store..

                                  They asked me to deposit 100 Rs without billing and I deposited, then they given me their worst phone to talk to some lady who wanted to conveience me to stay on postpaid, I could deny after listening her boring speech approximately for 5 minutes..

                                  Then they asked another 50 Rs for new sim card which I paid and told that the postpaid would be closed within 48 hours, then after 48 hours I got a call that your request was cancelled and she started barking again and convincing me for staying on postpaid only.

                                  I visited same store again and asked a reason for cancellation, they told me I need to pay complete bill before moving to PrePaid for which I never denied, but i just asked "You should inform me first time when I came", he started shouting. IDEA TEAM, is this your service? You gyus would no longer be in the business with this attitude..

                                  As of now, I am still on postpaid and bearing their highest charge 600+ every month.

                                  I never told my concern is resolved, I TOLD I HAVE BEEN MOVED OUT FROM IDEA, You guys are responsible for your customer service, I never ask anyone to visit Mita Enterprise 80Ft Road Rajkot Idea Store OR ANY OTHER IDEA STORE..

                                  LEARN FIRST, HOW TO TALK WITH CUSTOMER AND AGED PEOPLE, LOOK GUYS, I am not here to make your service better, I have complained for what I received from your idea store, I was not satisfied and neither a simple sorry saying call from the same executive. So I left from all these to and fro communication and i have started letting people know how you guys serve via social media. Do you think anyone would be returned to IDEA once left with this kind of service?????? GET LOST...

                                    Some subscription to VAS my fab zone was activated on my phone without consent. When talked to customer care executive they denied to refund Rs 5 and Rs 35. As well as denied to register a complaint.
                                    The customer care executive was very rude and didn't listen at all about. I called the customer care immediately after deduction in balance and asked for refund as i didn't use any service.

                                      My mobile no is [protected] (Niraj kochar)
                                      During last 4/5 months vas service is getting activated without my concent
                                      Despite of regular complaint at your store there is no result and vas service is activated every month despite of deactivating it
                                      It is very embarrassing for me to give complain and to request for deduction apprx amount 150/- every month

                                      Further there is a problem for payment of bill
                                      Your stores are not nearer and i had to go 5 km to deposit the bill
                                      This is very horrible experience and i cant deposit bill online

                                      If you cant give service and dupe customers and activate service without concent then please dont expect from me to continue with your connection

                                      If you cant solve the problem the i had no other option but to port to another operator

                                        My no-[protected], yesterday dt 20.12.2017, balance has been deducted Rs 20.00 from my account, I asked customer care, they told me u have played game, but I don't play any game.They forced me that u done?So what is the solution, either I am telling lie or they plz u solve it.I repeatedly told that I am not a child, no provision of game in my hand set, so I didn't play.
