There is frequent range issue of idea network in porvorim area since last more than 40 days however it was noticed that there is full range in south goa and at beach and other areas hence it appears that total negligence from your part at porvorim side... Plz reply immediately failing which i will be compelled to complaint to trai for compensation....

Outgoing call on my postpaid no.[protected] is stopped on 28 dec. 2017 despite payment of bill amount 272 through trx id pb[protected] on 16 dec. 2017 at 5:44pm by paytm. I made a complaint regarding this on 29dec. But nothing has been done so far. I suffer loss for which i am not responsible. Payment is debited from my account. I have dire need of outgoing calls. Sort out the matter as soon as possible....

I have never activated the the services like rainbow and fashinz on my number. However i got the message saying 100 rs and 5 rs have been deducted from my account against these services.

I recharged for 198 to avail the offer of 1 gb daily data but now it says its 1 gb for 28 days. This is such a poor service and a way to deceive customers with these plans. After calling your customer care i get to know there is another plan of 199 which gives 1 gb daily data for 28 days. Does this make sense to you at all?

Today morning idea activated bollywood bazaar service on my mobile number 7088* and deducted ₹35/- without my knowledge.

Hi idea,
I have bought new idea sim [protected] on 27th december 2017 in 10.30 am and in afternoon i got sms on my alternate number to activate sim by calling 59059. From that time till date i am trying 59059 but it is not connecting.

When call idea support and tell my problem they wouldn't talk logical and keep on saying pls try calling 59059. I think these less skilled resource just work like parrot and only say single...

I have upgrade my idea SIM to 4g. & after that my balance was started deducting due to of data usage but I kept my data off even though 4 paise is deducting very frequently. I have spoken to customer as well but they don't have answer about this problem.

Request you to look into this or I need to port to some other carrier..
