I am frequently getting threatening calls from idea cellular that they would cut services of my idea no. If i will not use my idea no. As per idea zero use policy.
I am getting my 80-90% incoming calls on that no. & replied the same, getting messages from banks, income tax dept & other govt dept. I am using other post paid no. For outgoing calls for my convenience.
They forced me to recharge my no. With rs 200/- in 6 months & use that no. For 15 days in a month for outgoing calls.
They said they are doing so as per trai policy.
Does it supported by trai.

    I am an defence employee i got new assignment and moved out from madhya pradesh to other location were idea services were not good so i applied for number portability its about a month now inspite of visiting idea customer care and informing on telephone number is still not ported and charges are levied on me without even using facility. Whenever spoke to customer care they are asking reason for moving out of idea and false assurances. Idea services are causing harassment to the customer.

      Sir i have recharged my mobile with an sms pack of rs 12 containing 130 msgs.. After it was completed i have recharged again with the same sms pack. I have alrdy registered my complaint saying it was cutting from my main balance. And now. It is showing that i hav 260 msgs remaining which means i have msg balance but still whenever i msg to someone it's again cutting from my main balnc.. I donno y this problem is arising frequently.. Sir i seriously request u to resolve my issue as soon as possible

        On 31st dec 2017 i received a message on my mobile number [protected] saying your fashinz has been activated. Amount charged rs.150 for 1 month. I called up the customer are they said you have activated this service where as i have not requested for any service. This is pure cheating how can someone activate a service without request. I told them to stop service and ignored.

        Today 1st january 2018, i received another message saying your vifi has been activated amount charged rs. 30 for 6 day. Again same story without any request for activation of service.

        Kindly refund my balance, i have be an idea customer for more than 10 yrs

        Idea is scamming people also i always have unlimited calls and data plans activated despite my balance reduces. Its all coming as surprise to me. Kindly resolve my issue or will proceed to court

          There is frequent range issue of idea network in porvorim area since last more than 40 days however it was noticed that there is full range in south goa and at beach and other areas hence it appears that total negligence from your part at porvorim side... Plz reply immediately failing which i will be compelled to complaint to trai for compensation.

            We are receiving very abusing call from this number.
            He calling from today 10 times and abusing my daughter and me.
            He have used very bad words to abuse my daughter and when i take call he have abused me also in same way.
            So i decided to complain about it.
            Please provide me detail of this number user or do necessary action.
            He is giving us abuse from a month from different name and number.
            Now using different number.
            I have guess by his voice so it is serious matter for complaint.

              My name is hiren j. Chakravati and my mobile numbers is [protected], few days ago i got a call from a idea company from the cell number [protected] a reprensentative named himself as dharamraj. He asked me to paid the due bills of my last idea number ([protected]) after that he misbehaved with me and give me a bad words and moreover he called many of my contacts and misbehaved with them too. When i asked him to stop calling on my call history numbers he gave badwords to me and asked to pay the due bills. I have the recording of that conversation that he called a girls from my call history and try to damage my image. I have already filed a complaint against him in local police station. The reason for this complaint is that guy from idea still manage to access my call history numbers and tried to be ugly with them and me too.

                I could not able to stop idea flash Messages by anyway suggested by the customer care.please help me to overcome this I am getting irritated by these messages when they are display on my screen I have done Deactivate flash on sim Toolkit but they never gonna stop there continually irritating

                  Outgoing call on my postpaid no.[protected] is stopped on 28 dec. 2017 despite payment of bill amount 272 through trx id pb[protected] on 16 dec. 2017 at 5:44pm by paytm. I made a complaint regarding this on 29dec. But nothing has been done so far. I suffer loss for which i am not responsible. Payment is debited from my account. I have dire need of outgoing calls. Sort out the matter as soon as possible.

                    I have never activated the the services like rainbow and fashinz on my number. However i got the message saying 100 rs and 5 rs have been deducted from my account against these services.
                    I called their customer care and asked the explanation the first guy told me that i have activated these packs through some website which in reality i haven't. So i asked him for the proofs i. E. Which ip address i used, he simply hung up the phone. The i called again and this time the other guy told me i have activated these services by clicking yes to some message on my mobile. (See how are these liars) so i asked him to transfer my call to the senior for which he took whopping around 20 min and i had to cut the call. I am not going to be poor if someone steals 100 rs from me but i want to expose the filthy company like idea and the malpractices they follow to steal the money from customers.

                      The CBC flash messages are filling up my mobile screen and not allowing me to use the mobile at all. I tried all possible ways but nothing worked. Idea Store people say there is no option but to get troubled this way. This is totally unfair and inconvenience caused. I am not able to make even a phone call unless I close these notifications. I sent SMS to various idea numbers, visited their stores but nothing helped. Moreover, the flash message says that 500 MB data is left when my data balance is 1.5 GB. This is complete harassment by Idea and they show no concern towards the customer.

                        Hi, i have bought idea 4g lte smart wifi and used for some period and when i cancelled the connection the out let (32, outer ring rd, 8 block, 3rd phase, banashankari 3rd stage, banashankari, bengaluru, karnataka 560085) taken excess bill amount and when i received the bill i have paid excess rs.295 and i informed to idea customer care, they said amount will be refunded to you through cheque. Billdated 16th july 2017 (Account no:[protected] and sent lot of mails and raise complaint but there is no proper response and closed the case without resolving. All the mail communications are available. And thinking to go consumer court and file the suit.

                          Hi team,

                          I recharged for 198 to avail the offer of 1 gb daily data but now it says its 1 gb for 28 days. This is such a poor service and a way to deceive customers with these plans. After calling your customer care i get to know there is another plan of 199 which gives 1 gb daily data for 28 days. Does this make sense to you at all?

                          I hope you understand the concern and either activate the daily 1 gb for 28 days or revert my money back. If i do not hear back from you soon i would be porting my number to other service providers.

                          Being a idea customer for 10 years i am expecting this would be resolved for good.

                            Today morning idea activated bollywood bazaar service on my mobile number 7088* and deducted ₹35/- without my knowledge.

                            This deduction was completely without any confirmation and my best knowledge.

                            Idea cellular is losing my trust by such unjustly actions.

                            I have deactivated the service and i want a full refund. I want my money back.

                            On call customer support of the company is not gonna listen anyway, so i am posting the complaint here so that everyone can read it.

                              I have an idea number and had raised a complaint that i am unable to connect to my data services. The data symbol had a an exclamation mark and mentioned suspended. I called up idea customer service multiple times but all gave me the same response they sent me internet setting no one understood my issue and could not get a solution and here is the best part no one could communicate in english. So i got tired sent them an email writing about all this they replied some one would contact me back and in 24 hours however i only got calls stating that some one is working on it every time someone called me, i was wondering what are they working on as no one told me what it is then finally someone called and to my surprise the funniest resolution i have ever got. I have to say that i cant understand how idea can train such technical talents. I was told my phone is not compatible with idea's network!!! Such a genius amazing technical support. For your information vodafone, airtel, and jio all work perfectly on my phone i am only facing this issue with idea cellular, my phone is motorola moto z2 play. The complaint number i had with idea which they have closed saying the same thing that mobile phone is not compatible with network sr number[protected]... The person who advised me this brilliant idea, if would have checked in the manufacturers website would have realized that this phone would works on idea's network. But according to her your network is outdated and not yet advanced enough to handle my phone. Please stop making mockery of your own service by having such people handle your technical and customer support... If you cant help i really don't care i will just port my number to another service provider feel pity for your unit who is degrading your own reputation...

                              Forgot about the most important part the Idea sim gives the same issue on my other phone as well which is a different brand may be because your network is not compatible with my other phone as well...

                                I have pospaid conncetion and pad bill of my num [protected]
                                And applied for prepaid conncetion,

                                On 13th nov i got a call from company about pospaid conncetion and 750 rs pwer year plan activated in postpaid and on 14th nov my card moved to prepaid plan.

                                Now on 1st dec i got a bill of 1040.92,

                                After my prepaid request on 14th nov,
                                How can they activate postpaid plan on next day?

                                Need justification also cancell my pospaid amount 1040.92 i am happy with prepaid conncetion only.

                                  I have port in to idea on 23 december & wait till 27 dec. But sim ported in idea but no network showing "emergency call only"!!
                                  I have tried all method like restart, insert into another handset, change network search mode also. But not done.
                                  Your customer care is helpless. Totally bakwas.
                                  I request you to please do something.

                                    My Acn no is[protected]. I have been charged Rs.1600/- for the service which I have not ordered/used. These services activated on my number WITHOUT MY SECOND CONSENT. And Rs. 150/- for unwanted subscription. I have been charged total Rs.1750/- wrongly. I have done cross check with your customer service executive + Team Leader + Floor Manager and they all informed me that the charges reflecting in my bill are imposed without my order. I was also informed with the solution to reversal of Rs.500/- from my wrongly charged rs.1750/- . When I asked complete reversal of wrong charged, customer care said that they can only reverse Rs.500/- as per authority.

                                    I have provided with confirmation that there is no second consent is available in their record for activated services. Also they failed to provide the reason for billing the services which are not owned by them. If those services are not own by IDEA then how IDEA can ask me for the payment for those services??

                                    Also I have not received any verbal or written communication like CALL / E-MAIL / USSD CODE / FAX / SMS asking my confirmation to activate such services.

                                    For this query I have already emailed to Customer Care, but in response they stated that charges have to be pay by my side but they also have not provided me the details on the charges and second consent.

                                      I am sharad sonawane from indian defence forces and s/o nirmala sonawane who was using the idea sim on number [protected] from last 10 yrs as a very loyal customer.
                                      The post paid services on this number was asked to be switched to prepaid at idea office at dewas on dewas ujjain road at three different times however the staff did not entertain the request. Eventually the office rep was asked to terminate the connection however he again did not entertain the request. My mother has forcibly stopped using the said sim and paid all bills.
                                      Now my mother has yesterday received a threat call asking for extortion of money through fraudulantly claimed bill. She was panicked by the caller who threatened for criminal case and asked for money against the fraud by the said idea office.
                                      In view of the above, i request you to kindly investigate the matter through independent member at the lowest level and penalize the callers and staff at the idea office. Further kindly direct them to stop threatning senior citizen due to unprofessnalism and rude behavior towards aged customers suffering from ailment due to old age.
                                      The matter is to be investigated on most urgent basis and resolved. Any further call will be taken seriously and reported to local police, consumer court, women and senior citizen cell and court for resolution againt fraud, unprofessionalism and illegal extortion of money through threat calls

                                      Why, I repeat Why multiple request of changeover to normal plan was not entertained by the store operator and idea company for three consecutive months...
                                      U can see the request was made and not entertained or applied on your system. Further i kept on getting freqent calls asking for nit shifting the connection to prepaid...Until and Unless a complete report on mishandling the customer request, threatening through phone calls, extortion of money and anonymous calling by your operators posing as High court Lawyer by yr reps to common and senjor citizen is not fwd to me..NOT A SINGLE PENNY WOULD B PAID AS NOTHING IS DUE AGAINST US..INFACT I WOULD ASK FOR COMPENSATION OF THE ALREADY PAID AMOUNT...
                                      Any further irresponsible reply by your company without investigating the facts of the matter would be taken up on social media and other foruns for JUSTICE...

                                        I have received an email from idea for bill payment. I am not using idea for at least 4 years now and do not understand why they are sending me bill now. I really do not understand why they are sending the bill now. I have replied to their email that i am using idea services and have not received any response after that. Can anybody help me with this?
