I opted to choose idea services through portablity, first they suggested me wrong plan, after that they asked for documents 3 times as they lost my documents and were too much busy to search it from there store. After 15 days finally my number got ported to idea i. E 10/09/2017, but since then every morning my services gets barred, please check message:
Note : i am using idea unlimited calling plan, 470 per month.

Exceeded credit limit? It was first day actually 7 hours since the number was activated. I had talk customer service provider at idea showroom and they were unable to find out the solution, second day passed finally one employee named bhupendra found that credit limit for my account was 1, and thus the issue occurred.
He promised the services will be activated in an hour and it started, i was happy with the services.
But it was for a short period only, next morning around 8 am again services got barred, same issue.
What they do is whenever i make a complain, they make a payment from back office and start the services.
Now this is really frustrating, i am using idea post paid services as my primary number and if in emergency i am not able to make any calls or use the services who will be responsible.
Kindly check the messages which i received from the bhupendra (One of the employee of idea)

I want permanent solution for this else i will take further actions.
