We moved to a new place-IMG Junction, Kakkanad, Infopark and the idea coverage is very poor.It is one month I moved and there is no help we get.
The reception is so poor that I plan to port all my idea numbers to something feasible.I have a 4g plan and that too seems hopeless in this situation.
We were planning to buy a 4g device for better data services but the network is bad and we have no other go rather drop the sims (4 in no#)

Hi myself rajkumar i have requested to port this no [protected] to prepaid in idea but since 10 days its not working and port has not been done by company so i need my money refunded .

these guys are cheated me and take money of rs 430 from me so its request to track these guys and either port my number or refund the amount to me.

I am mr, dhavalsinh zala, and my complain regarding idea mobile no is [protected]. This no is to me very long time,, my actual plan is rs 399/month rant as per plan,, but last few month i have receive bill rs 580/month rental without any intimation to me. And this matter regarding not a satisfied answer given idea costumer care. Please give a replay

Yesterday when i was using the internet a value added service called shooting stars got activated, i request you to please stop that service and refund me my deducted amount for the same. The amount deducted was 5 rupees.
Also, i have registered few more complaints before but still they aren't resolved. Please help... It is happening often.

I have approached idea store located on lbs road, mulund west in nirmal residency on 12th august 2017. I want to convert my idea postpaid plan to idea prepaid plan. I was attended by executive nikhil. I paid the bill and submitted application with my adhar card copy. He handed over me new sim and told me that same will get activated in 5-6 working days.

I again visited on 19th august 2017 still issue not solved. Mr nikhil told there was some back office issue this time it will be done in next 3-4 days.

I again visited on 26th august 2017 still issue not solved i met store incharge mr. Omkar singh. He assure me that he will personally look into matter and will solve the issue in 2-3 working days, still till date issue is not solved.

Is idea store employee so dump??
Its look like they don't know the procedure for the same.

Mr. Nikhil and mr. Omkar singh both are useless.

Kindly solve my issue or active my previous postpaid connection as it is.
I already waited for 1 month for this.

I am an idea sim user since may 2014 in haryana reason ambala cantt. I have got a message for aadhar link to sim card. With idea seller aggarwl commu [protected]. When i contacted to the shop he has given me new sim card for 4g upgrade and asked to come tomorrow for thumb impression, and taken 20 rupees telling that 10 rupees is charge for new sim card and 10 rupees for aadhar no link and not given any receipt.

Blue lima services has been activated on my phone and rs 35 had been deducted from my account for about 3 week as i did not account for the service i kindly request you to provide a refund at the earliest

Maine 450 ka new sim liya with 300 min per day 3 month ki validity tak. Now company change offer its 250 min per day and 1000 min per week. But ye offer new users ke liye hona chaiye tha na? Maine jis offer pe sim liya wo mujhe 3 months tak milna chaiye na? Or 250 min per day to 1750 min huwa per week to company kis cal. Se sirf 1000 min de rahi h?

I am mayuri gollu. Currently i am using idea postpaid sim. From past few days onwards my sim has blocked and its not working.

We are paying postpaid sim bill monthly and payment is on time. But we don't know why the sim has been suddenly blocked.

Could you help me on this. Please let us know still need any more information.

I opted to choose idea services through portablity, first they suggested me wrong plan, after that they asked for documents 3 times as they lost my documents and were too much busy to search it from there store. After 15 days finally my number got ported to idea i. E 10/09/2017, but since then every morning my services gets barred, please check message:

Dear customer, your usage for the month has exceeded the credit limit. Please pay rs.1.5 to avoid restriction of services. Please dial tollfree *121*4# for account details or click billde. Sk/idea to pay now.

Exceeded credit limit? It was first day actually 7 hours since the number was activated. I had talk customer service provider at idea showroom and they were unable to find out the solution, second day passed finally one employee named bhupendra found that credit limit for my account was 1, and thus the issue occurred.

He promised the services will be activated in an hour and it started, i was happy with the services.

But it was for a short period only, next morning around 8 am again services got barred, same issue.

What they do is whenever i make a complain, they make a payment from back office and start the services.

Now this is really frustrating, i am using idea post paid services as my primary number and if in emergency i am not able to make any calls or use the services who will be responsible.

I get way too many promotional messages from idea cellular on my mobile. I have called and placed a complaint earlier at idea, but the customer service specifically says they cannot take a complaint for this problem. Instead, they said they have taken "feedback" & will look if it is reasonable and if they can stop the messages.

It is totally irritating for so many messages coming in constantly. Please stop all promo messages from being sent to my phone. I will check your website / app as and when i require.

Company charge extra money from my postpaid number. They add additional services with my number without tell me.
Now the main problem is, they are calling to my relatives and all my contact for this bill.
My personal information should not use without my permission.
Why they people are using my call logs? Who gives this right to them?

Idea activate Bluelima and WWE zone without my concern and now taking money from my balance. I already send STOP message few time and it is still activate. They also charge to speak with constumer service.

Mujhe port krne ke ley [protected] call aaya jisme 249 me unlimited call dene ko kha. Mujhe ghar par sim bejhi gyi jo khrab thi aor dusri sim lene ke ley idea store par 50 ruya dene pade jo pytm ke dwara wapas karne ko kha. Lekin hni 50 ruya pytm kiya or nhi plan 299 se 299 kiya gaya.

I'm idea 4G service which is getting worst day by day.. today I start browsing internet the speed of 4G network is around 60kbps. When I called customer care they started giving silly solutions such as restarting mobile, manual apn settings... I'm feeling sad for using idea internet. I wish someone from idea should look into this, and solve the problem.
I strongly recommend not to go for idea 4G you can't even watch a video of 360p in hostar or YouTube from this waste network.

This email is written to draw your attention that i was your customer (Mobile.[protected]) postpaid, the number i was using was allotted by the company name indra pratap singh i am working with in mumbai.
As we have ported our number from idea to airtel the outstanding amount shown was rs 780/-. The same was paid by my company and reflected in my full and final statement while porting my idea number.
After that i never received any call from idea.
After three months of porting from idea t airtel, i received a call or rather i say intimidating call from a lady named neha sharma with her mobile no: [protected]/[protected] speaking from delhi high court and saying my file has came to delhi hc for a case is being registered.
In the first place i never expected such cheap, despicable and un-principled behaviour from idea, the lady has called my spouse & my office colleague to tell me pay rupees 751/- now or she will call every day for the same.
How idea cellular can give my call summary to third party with out my permission
I request to kindly check at your end or will register a case against idea cellular for my privacy terms.
Kindly look into the matter and ensure such unsolicited and intimidating calls are not made.

Sir, I visited idea customer care to change my postpaid connection to prepaid. They gave me new sim.
But even after 4 days, my new sim is not working. Please solve the issue.

Idea in their web portal informed that rs.244 /- unlimited local & national calls. After i activated the pack, i tried to make a call but i am not able to make calls to any other n/w's. When spoke to customer care executives they are giving vague response to recharge new plan. Why i should loose my money. Its completely idea fault. They have to mention idea to idea unlimited local & national instead they advertised for unlimited local & national calls. Why i should loose my money. I even have screen shot. Worst service i never thought about idea doing this. They should rectify my issue because i am a good consumer from last 2 years. I am slowly migrating to jio.
