Even after activation of dnd more than 2 weeks ago, idea deducted rs 150 towards vas without my consent. The vas activated was games mania.

This idea has become insecure after loss of custmers to jio, therefore it is indulging in cheating its old customers. It seems that some top management from airtel / reliance smart have joined idea, they have this thief culture in their organisations.

This idea is behaving like robbers /cheaters, they need to be taught a lesson. This is pure harassment of customers.
Please ask idea to reverse rs. 150 immediately.

पिछले साल ४ अप्रैल २०१६ से सुरु हुई समस्या का समाधान न करते हुए आईडिया ने बार बार गलत तरीके का इस्तेमाल किया
मेरी समस्या को नेग्लेट करते हुए लगातार बिना उपयोग किया गए बिल का भुक्तान भी मैं किया अंततः थक हार कर आईडिया का बिल भुक्तान नहीं किया जिसकी सूचना वाया मेल आईडिया परिवार को दी साथ ही पुछा की निकट भविष्य में कब तक समाधान हो पायेगा, जिसकी कोई भी जानकारी उपलब्ध नहीं कराई गई आईडिया परिवार की तरफ से
अपितु अनैतिक तरीके से फर्जी कॉल कर के कभी पुलिस और कभी कोर्ट की धमकी दी गई जिसके सभी साक्ष उपलब्ध है और समय समय पर इसकी सूचना आईडिया के कस्टमर केयर और अप्प्लेटे अधिकारी को देता रहा हूँ ५० से ज़ादा मेल करने के बाद भी अभी तक वही कॉपी पेस्ट जवाब दिया जाता है की लौ कवरेज एरिया है और उस पर काम हो रहा है, आईडिया के द्वारं मेरा मानशिक और सामाजिक शोषण पर्याप्त मात्रा मे किया गया है जिसे यहाँ कम सब्दो मे बता पाना मुश्किल है

फिलहाल एक स्क्रीन शूट मेल की उपलब्ध करा रहा हूँ कृपया मद्दत करे मेरे नंबर को मुज़को दुबारा प्राप्त करने के साथ ही उचित करवाई ग्राहक आदिकारो के साथ उपलब्ध कराये

शिकयत नंबर उपलब्ध करा रहा हूँ साथ ही आईडिया के तरफ से कहा गोया था की टेली कम्युनिकेशन मिनिस्ट्री ट्राई से आप का अप्पोइन्मेंट फिक्स किया जा रहा है जो पिछले एक साल मे नहीं हो पाया मंवयर से विनम निवेदन है की मामले को संज्ञान में ले और ऐसे तमाम ग्राहक की तरफ से कारवाही करे जो भुक्त भोगी है

प्राथी प्रदीप दुबे विगत २०१६ / ४ अप्रैल से पीड़ित है, आईडिया की तरफ से जैसा की वो दवा करते है एक आईडिया बदल दे आप की दुनिया का प्रचार प्रसार देख कर मैने भी आईडिया पर भरोषा किया और आईडिया का पोस्टपेड कनेक्शन प्राप्त किया जब तक तो मै गुरुग्राम में था आईडिया के द्वारा बेहतर नेटवर्क प्राप्त होता रहा इसी बीच मैने अपनी जॉब चेंज की और नई दिल्ली के साकेत / मालवीय नगर के साउथ कोर्ट मॉल में नया ऑफिस ज्वाइन किया और पास ही DDA जो की काफी अच्छे इलाको में शामिल है साथ ही लोकेशन के हिसाब से सेलेक्ट सिटी वाक मॉल के सामने बसा हुआ एरिया है.

४ अप्रैल को जैसे ही मै मै पूरी तरह सिफ्ट हुआ, आईडिया के नेटवर्क ने मेरा साथ छोड़ दिया जब भी खुली आकाश के नीचे होता था तब तो नेटवर्क काम करता था ऑफिस और घर पर नेटवर्क न के बराबर होने के वजह से तमाम तरह की परेशानिया होने लगी.

जिसकी कम्प्लेन मैने आईडिया को की लेकिन उनकी तरफ से बातो को टाला गया ऐसे ही दिन और महीने बीतने लगे जिसके कारण मेरी पर्सनल और प्रॉफ़ेशन लाइफ पर काफी असर पड़ने लगा इसी बिच आईडिया की तरफ से मुझको सुझाव दिया गया की नेटवर्क की कोई समस्या नहीं है आप का सिम में प्रॉब्लम है कृपया नजदीकी आईडिया करा जा कर नया सिम प्राप्त करे जो की निशुल्क होगा, मैने वही किया और नजदीकी आईडिया केयर पंहुचा और निशुल्क के नाम पर मुझसे २०० रुपये लिए गए और उसका कोई रिसिप्ट भी मुझको नहीं दी गई जिसकी भी शिकयत मैने फ़ोन के द्वारा आईडिया का कस्टमर केयर को की साथ ही लगतार नेटवर्क से सम्बंधित शिकयत करता रहा,

आईडिया कंपनी के द्वारा हर बार मुझको वाया मेल एक राटा रटाया मेल भेज दिया जाता था, अंततः मैने आईडिया के उच्च अधिकारियो से संपर्क किया और अपनी समस्या बताई लेकिन उनके द्वारा भी मुझको आश्वासन दिया गया मेरी समस्या जस की तस बानी रही इसी बिच ४ महीने गुजर चुके थे और मै बिना आईडिया की तरफ से उनकी कॉल और नेटवर्क की सुविधा का उपयोग किये बिना बिल का भुक्तान कर रहा था, मैने अपनी पूरी समस्या एक मेल पर टाइप कर के आईडिया अधिकारियो को सूचित किया की मै अब बिल का भुक्तान तब तक नहीं करूँगा जब तक आप के द्वारा नेटवर्क इशू का समाधान नहीं किया जाता जिसका जवाब मुझको वाया फ़ोन कॉल दिया गया की इतनी समस्या है तो नंबर पोर्ट क्यों नहीं करवा लेते साथ ही तमाम तरह की अनैतिक बाते जिन्हे शब्दों मे नहीं बताया जा सकता.

इसी बिच अप्प्लेटे अधिकारी श्री उज्जल मिश्रा जी से बात हुई और कभी जिनके द्वारा कुछ कोसिस की गई लेकिन वो भी मेरी समस्या नेटवर्क इशू कॉल ड्राप को ठीक न कर पाए थोड़ा पता करने पर पता चला की ये समस्या आईडिया के द्वारा इस एरिया में उनके सभी ग्राहक के साथ है और ऐसा ही सब के साथ किया जा रहा है.

मेरा सवाल सिर्फ इतना है की मै किसी दूर दर्ज के गांव मै नहीं हूँ जहा न लाइट हो न बिजली और न पानी राष्ट्रीय राजधानी नई दिल्ली के सब से अच्छे एरिया मे से एक मालवीय नगर मे जब आईडिया के नेटवर्क का ये हाल है तो किस आधार पर प्रचार के माध्यम से लोगो को बेकूफ़ बनाया जा रहा है

आज मै कह सकता की आईडिया के द्वारा मेरी दुनिया बदल दी गई जिसकी वजह से मुझको मेरे बॉस की रोज चार बाते सुनने को मिली मेरी नौकरी चली गई साथ ही आईडिया के तरफ से तमाम नए नंबर और लोगो के तरफ से मुझको पुलिस कोर्ट की धमकी दी गई

ये 2 नंबर से लगातार तीस हजारी कोर्ट की बात कही जा रही थी साथ ही अन्य नंबर से भी बदल बदल के कभी बैंक का नाम कभी कूरियर कंपनी के नाम से कभी डेल्ही पुलिस की तरफ कॉल की जा रही है जो की पूरी तरफ से फजी कॉल थी इस प्रकार की हरकत एक ग्राहक के साथ आईडिया कैसे कर सकता है .
इन सभी बातो की जानकारी लगतार आईडिया को भी देता रहा हूँ लेकिन किसी भी प्रकार की कारवाही नहीं हुई न ही मेरी समस्या की न ही इस प्रकार के अनैतिक कृतो की.

मंनवार मै कहना चाहता हूँ की न केवल मेरी अपितु मुझ जैसे लाखो ग्राहक के हितो की रक्षा करते हुए आईडिया को उसके द्वारा किये गए कृतो का भुक्तान करना चाहिए गलत बात और गलत तरीका इस्तेमाल करने के लिए दण्डित भी करना चाहिए और मुझको मेरे नंबर के साथ उचित मुआवज़ा भी प्रदान करना चाहिए .

साथ ही बताना चाहता हो अपनी समस्या के सम्बंद में ट्राई के साथी ही आईडिया के सभी अधिकारी आईडिया के सोशल मीडिया फेसबुक और ट्विटर पर सभी समस्या से उनको अवगत करवाया है लेकिन समाधान उपलब्ध अभी तक नहीं हुआ

Updated by pdpjvc आदरणीय आईडिया परिवार आप के द्वारा किये गए कॉल से किसी भी प्रकार की समस्या का समाधान उपलब्ध नहीं हुआ है, पिछले एक साल के ही तरह वक़्त बर्बाद किया जा रहा है हर बार एक नए फ़ोन नंबर से कॉल कर के पूरी समस्या सुन कर आश्वासन के शिव पिछले एक १८ महीनो से मुझको कुछ भीप्राप्त नहीं हुआ है.

कृपया लिखित में उपलब्ध कराया की आप के द्वारा क्या कारवाही की गई है

१) क्या नेटवर्क और कॉल ड्राप की समस्या खत्म हो गई है
२) क्या आप के द्वारा जो मुझको परेशान किया गया है उसकी कोई जवाब देही आप की नहीं बनती .
३) क्या मेरा नंबर ७८२७७७३१७७ मुझको इस आशा के साथ आप प्रदान कर सकते है की उस एरिया मे अब कॉल ड्राप और कवरेज की समस्या खत्म हो गई है

Idea cellular networ:

I have got some issue related to extra amount in my billing, so after having discussion with customer care, they have promised to give waiver but it didnt happened and next month again it got added in the bill. I requested the customer care to hold my account as i have confusion and doubt over the charges so but the number got disconnected but billing amount is still increment every month.
Now they started calling my friends and family that i have not paid the bill, they even came to my office for the same.
Please help me with these nonsense.

I bought a idea post paid no.[protected] but i haven't used for the past 4, 5 months so the customer care told me that i[censored] want to close this no. U have to pay all the due, and i did the same n hoping that no more tension now but after full payment my bill still coming n it's around 608 rs n they told me again to do the same thing as they told me earlier. Now service centre told me that u havent paid full amount, i paid 532 instead of 552 but customer care executive told me the 532 and why i only paid 532 if i want close this # forever but they said at that time system shows 532 but now it shows 552 how it can be possible, i never seen this kind of service till now,, idea sucks,, i want close this no. And i am going to pay this # again.

Sir i have been a recently become a new victim of the sbi fake caller asking for card details. Somehow they managed to convince me (Even i don't understand now how i believed them). They managed to extract the otp (Unfortunately) from me and carry out a transaction of ₹4994.00 @ idea money.
The transaction was carried out at nearly 6.00pm yesterday. Please help me by doing the reversal of the transaction.

Iam one of the oldest customers of idea (Then escotel). I feel quite disappointed to inform that i had done a recharge of rs. 404 on 1st sep 2017 (Unlimited calls and 1gb data free /day for 84 days). But unfortunately from 15th sep charges for the calls are being deducted. The people at customer care service are nat able to address the matter properly. Kindly address the issue as soon as possible.

I recently port my postpaid number from airtel to idea after 3 months of porting i am getting messages from idea that my previous bills are not clear after submitting the bill copy twice still my sim is not activated.

Customer care service is so pathetic that they just keep on hold for no of minutes they can charge us.

And branch office so irresponsible that after submission of bill they dint send to branch office and simple arguing with us.

With reference to my latest idea postpaid bill for [protected], in my bill, isd charges of rs.350/- have been illegally added in my bill. I had never called using isd. It is clearly a matter of corruption by idea offcials. I am also going to file vigilance complaint in this regard in punjab vigilance cell. My mother use this number and she does not know how to have a isd call. Please find corrupt offcials in idea punjab circle, who has done this corruption and send him/her to jail.

Please resolve this matter as early as possible and remove these rs.350/- as isd call charges from my current bill. I will never pay these illegal charges which is caused by corruption within idea. Please do the needful

This is based on the false network checking done and being claimed from your side. I am deeply saddened that the way this case was handled is very very poor.

Although i had been using this idea number from the last 7 years and now i feel the time has come to port my network to airtel which in my present location is giving 8 mbps of data speed.

I tried my level best to raise the concern to your side, but the matter of fact is that your people are not concerned with the loss of a customer.

As you called me that day and told that our network team visited the area - which was totally a false report and i can claim it. I reside in an army cantonment and anybody visiting the cantonment has to take permission with the adequate authorities which are, in this case, is me. As to the best of my knowledge, nobody came inside the army cantonment.

Anyways if i assume also that some ghost came inside and had checked the network which according to you is maximum - is very very poor.

You can imagine the speed plight of your network that i cannot even open gmail, leave apart the data speed.

Network come for 1 sec and the very next second it goes off. I am not even getting a speed of 2g.

I rest my case over here and porting my this very number to airtel. I have 1 other mobile number [protected] which is of airtel and that gives a speed of 9 mbps which is quite satisfactory to me.

It was just a feedback to you guys that do take the complaint seriously otherwise if you keep on loosing customers like this, one day will come when idea will be wiped out from india just like uninor.

I recharged my mother's mobile number through idea portal.. Recharge amount of rs 357/-.. I got error message while recharging that recharge was not successful. After which i tried one more time this time also got the same message.
After few minutes i got 2 sms that recharge successful.
The amount got deducted 2 times. I tried calling customer care but they put my call on hold for more than 20 minutes.

I request a refund for i want a 2 months validity as i already paid amount for 2 months.

I have already requested via your number 12345 that my bill should not exceed rs 999 + gst as applicable which you must be having in your record as you record every call. This time i have received bill of rs 1539 when i have not made any request for any service. If you blame some third party for it then you should have considered my request which i made you at the time of getting postpaid connection. So kindly look into it and send me rectified bill so i could make you payment timely as usual.

I am a idea customer for about 2 months, before i was other company customer as my mobile number is active from year 2009 till today my mobile number is [protected] using from 7 years
This number is ported from other company to idea in this period of two months i am facing so much problems regarding network coverage etc and main cause is my 5 rupees balance is deducted from my prepaid number without my permission for any service,
That when i tried to complaint to 198 customer complaint helpline on 17/sep/2017 at 5:33 pm they said that you have activated this service and they denied to refund my deducted balance
Even they are not listening form issue
I am using a simple mobile handset that is nokia 130 which is a simple handset with keypad buttons locked with key guard

Very negative feedback for this telecom company since i faced after porting in idea
