Approximate 9th aug, 2017 i have requested to idea customer care to convert my postpaid plan to prepaid. Approximate 11th aug, 2017 customer care officer called me and given me discount offer that 399 rs + (18%gst on 399rs) = 470.82 rs monthly rental is there. Now he called me that 100 rs discount for six month in each bill and 50 rs discount for three month in each bill would given by him. So my bill became 470.[protected] = 320.82 rs for first three month. But recently 9th sept, 2017 in my current bill only 100 rs discount given by him. I want 50rs refund from idea cellular.

        I have been customer of idea cellular from last 15 years and using same number since then. I have been very honest in paying my bills regulary.
        However, recently i am getting below message..
        I got the calls also from the some local numbers asking the amount.
        However, when i called idea customer care, they told that you dont have any oustanding payment and ignore those calls.

        So how should i get rid of this messages?

          I have port my number from idea i have 372 rs balance on idea. if i pay bill after due date then they incure penalty now idea using my money frim 3 month i should get with 100 per month extra, applet officer not replying after so many mail. if i get bill on same address now they did not get my address.

            I visited customer service center today to update kyc. Had to wait for more than an hour and when my turn came they refused saying server is down come tomorrow. When i complained that this is not fair and not possible to come here and wait again and again the executive started misbehaving saying it's your problem if you do not wish to continue just go to some other service provider. And in that case you will loose your existing balance amount as well. How pathetic is this behaviour that too from a private organisations customer service centre.

                  I received a message saying thank you for downloading animation from nazara and an amount of rs. 80 was deducted from my balance, today at 1:20 pm (8.9.2017)

                  This is totally inappropriate as i did not download it.in fact i did not download anything from today morning. I want my money (Rs. 80) back or i will report to higher authorities.

                  I called customer care chennai and a male voice answered me who was not responding properly. This is not the service i expected from idea.

                  I have been using idea for more than 7 years and i regret for that. Very poor service and unauthorized deductions. No proper service too.

                  I would never recommend your service to my friends. Shocked to see such poor service. Kindly rectify it and repay the unauthorized charge again to my number [protected]

                        My account has been debited with rs.50 on 8.9.2017 for downloading animations from nazara which i have not done.
                        I want my money back as i have not subscribed to anything like this.
                        This is been done by idea cellular so many times. Last month also my account was debited for some false subscription. I dont take any vas services but still they deduct the money and refuse to refund it.

                          On september 8th, 7.30 pm i got message from idea that dindo service is subscribed on my number and after that when i tried to call customer care continuously for nearly 2 hrs never got connected with the representative.
                          And when on september 9th after number of calls finally i spoke to a representative and she told me sorry sir as the service is activated on 8th september we cant give refund on 9th september. I mean if they activate something from their side at 11.30pm the customer have no chance to deactivate that service within time.. Coz there's no possibility that the consumer would connect with the representative in time. It should be kept as 24 hrs after the subscription, it would be more convenient for consumer. Its a pure fraud with consumers.

                            Commtied services not provided & cherged heavily with finance cherges even if the escalation was done to appelate of idea

                            On new connection the 4g speed at desired address was commted by idea however 4g services were not available on that location and when escalated using phone to customer care the response was given 2 weeks after saying that the technical problem is under process for resolution.

                            After 4 weeks idea declared that at desired location concerned to complaint 4g services are not availeble and will be provided soon.

                            On this background the escaltion on higher leve; was done to appelate of idea and appelate team took on emorw week to understand the problem during this the monthly bill was charged to consumer for services not offered & after all natwar from appelate team on 5th week agreed that the idea has caused inconvinience and felt sorry it was informed to him and agreed by him that consumer is not liable for any payment for services not offered by idea and initiate discontinuation of connection still after 8 weeks the idea customer care is following up and sending nusence creating messages to pay the charges double the monthly charges adding finance charges for late payment.

                            This is fooling/cheating of customer/consumer and should be treated as fraud by idea

                            Idea has raised payment notice instead of handling escalation.
                            Payment notice for the services committed but not offered by Idea to customer.
                            4G speed at billing address was committed when buying connection and 4G did not work.
                            on escalation to idea after 3 weeks idea confirmed that at billing address complaint raised by customer 4G is not available.For these 3 weeks they charged usage which is cheating and fooling the customer for connection selling.
                            idea Sales representative Ravi at Pimpri Pune committed 4G availability at billing address.
                            idea customer care didnot respond till 3rd week of escalation.
                            Horrible services provided by idea and still sending payment notice.

                              I was using idea postpaid number. But due to extra charges i request idea many times to closed my idea postpaid no. But they are not closing my idea no. And completely harassing me to deposit the amount. I already deposited the total amount. But after that when i had already registered for closing my number than why would i pay the bill.                                     I bansi lal submitted the request to convert the post paid number [protected] to prepaid number on 01/09/2017 and i was told by the dabra chowk hisar store representative to visit the store on 02/09/2017 and you will be provided new sim of prepaid number. The old post paid number has been discontinued on 02/09/2017 and i have visited the said store for more than five times and on every visit a new excuse by your store representative. After eight days i have not been provided the prepaid sim. This type of behaviour is not expected from your co. Pl instruct the concerned officials to look into matter and arrange the pre paid sim at the earliest.

                                      I have lost my idea sim then i called customer care and block the sim then they told me to go nearest idea store for getting new sim with same number but now after 1week even submitting same documents the sim not yet active store member saying call customer care for activation and customer care saying we can't active sim store member has to do that.

                                        This is really bad to inform you that... Charges rs 100 added in my monthly bill for iz-idea cms service.
                                        I have not downloaded any thing from or activated from this site (Nazara). Will i get my charges back? Kindly please take severe steps for the same and henceforth don`t do this without any approval.
