Sir, As i have 53 GB left to my idea prepaid Account [protected], and i have been charged Rs 990/- for Data i have consumed. if this is not resolved in time i will approach consumer court.

    My phone number is +91 [protected] active Gprs of 4G right now i got only 2G speed both my phone and sim are 4G enabled i check the settings every thing is OK on settings idea providing poor 4G network signal strength is full every where but didn't get the speed i use this phone for my official purposes

    Very poor in internet speed network in our locality is full but internet speed is very poor . i recharged 4G but i didn't get 4 speed i check all my mobile settings and my sim and phone is 4G enabled . i use this is for my official purpose. Range is full . i dont know what happend to idea providing very bad internet speed.please note this most important kindly do this very fast this my offical sim

    Idea cellular is a cheat company. They have deliberately put my number on hold when I applied for postpaid to prepaid migration . They are a bunch of thugs who do not let port out or change subscription. Idea is a cheat.

      I have approved idea for restoration of my postpaid mobile services for which i had paid the bill on the 20th of july, i had also approached consumer complaints over the phone and the national helpline complain no is 393071 it was further escalated to trai hoever idea has lie to trai that they had out called me and spoken to me. However today we are on the 13th of september and there is no action from any one to restore my services. Besides i did call up trai to re pen the grievance however there is no action. I request strict action and inquiry wrt to such poor attitude towards a consumer.

        They deducted rs 105 from my main balance illegally, without authorization and activated some services called dindo and did not return money after complant to customer care.

        They must take manual permission and manual authorization before activating any services and deducting money. This is not justified.

        Similar complaints have posted by many people but no action taken.

          Hi,
          On 12th august, morning around 11.30 am i got a call from [protected] number and they told that you bought a citibank credit card recently and also first month just completed, but you didn't redeem your reward points and it had expired anyway it is your first month so on behalf of you we from citi bank side will redeemn your points and convert in to currency and will keep it in your account.

          They told my credit card number, date of birth and mobile number correctly (Don't know how they got these details, and they are telling that just now you bought a citibank credit card and just one month completed).

          All my details are correct, so i believe that this call is from citibank only. And they told that will start the process and you will get the sms and let me know the sms details. Like that they asked me twice to thrice. Once call had over i got the sms like amount 4770 has been detected from my account. Then i called citi bank customer care, they told that 19080 rs has been detected for idea payment.

          Past 20 days i keep on talking to customer care from citi bank and finally on auguest 31st one lady attend the call from citibank and she told that will talk to backend team regarding your complient and let you know, please hold the line. After 2 mins she came back to the call and told me that transaction had blocked no need to pay the amount from your side.

          I just got relaxed and for confirmation again i called on 5th september, and one guy attended the call and now he is telling that u should pay the amount and regarding your compliment it will take another 10 day to investigate and i started asking about previous call details he disconnected the call.

          Questions:
          1. Why citibank is behaving like this? One time they are telling that no need to pay it and another time they are telling you should pay this amount?
          2. How that fraud call guys came to know my personal details and he told just one month before only you got citibank credit card and first month bill generated, my card number, date of birth etc?
          3. There are lot of compliant against like this citibank and idea payment and i searched a lot and almost all complient are not yet solved from citibank or idea payment side why?
          4. Please any sincere person from citi bank side give me the answers for my question honestly and please play the recorded customer call details and let me know why you told that day, your transaction for idea payment had blocked and no need to pay the amount?

          Now i had a doubt against citibank also? What should i do?

                I have received call yesterday from a lady who says that she is speaking from idea legal team and will send a notice to ban the mobile number and pay a fees of rs 10000. She then said, that to avoid pay rs 650 (Which according to them is due on my mobile number).

                She is not providing any details or any mails as well. She is only threatening that if money not paid, we will send you notice.

                This is very non sense stuff to directly get a call from legal team. If there is any pending amount the sales team should call and provide appropriate details for the same.

                  I bought new idea sim card number [protected]. I was told sim card will get activited in 24hrs after a day passed it didn't get active, so i went to idea shop again on banner road pune maharashtra. They told me that sim card number enter was incorrectly entered by them in system and they gave me new sim card. They ask me to provide i'd proof and fill the form. I did all what they told and it was told to me that number will get active in 4hrs but that didn't happen till 11days. I went to idea shop again to check what happen. They told me that they forgot to send the documents and now today when i went again they told me sim card will get actives in 30mind max. But my number is still disconnected. This casue my too much discomfort. I had shared this number to all my friends and relatives but services didn't get activited for very long. This is really very bad experience.

                    I tried to recharge using official idea website. The recharge of amount 357₹
                    The transaction is completed status from bank but website shows recharge is failed and the recharge is not received to the phone number. So please refund the amount as early as possible on the bank account.

                      I am the post paid customer of idea cellular more than two years.in the month of august 2017 they have charged the rs. 150.00 for active vas (Mobile academy) and again rs. 150.00 for same active vas in september 2017.
                      In august i have stopped that and talked to customer care but they did not listen my arguement as i have not given any consent to both active vas (Mobile academy). They are not refunding the money. Now, i feel that i have been cheated by the company.

                        Received my reversal payment yet. I did complain regarding the issue
                        With appellate delhi but there is no solution yet. They are not
                        Giving me a right solution and they sending me one mail format again
                        And again. So today i mail to you regarding the issue. Please resolve
                        The issue asap.. I have attached all conversation details with
                        Appellate authority. Please check and do the needful. Its not a good

                          I have an idea card from last 6 years whose no. Is [protected]. I have recharged for the same of amount 230 on dated 8/8/2017 (Friday) but my balance is deducted automatically on the same day at evening of rps 150 against fashion word value added service activation which one not activated by me. I have called customer care but they are not entertain me for the issue. They are telling me the deducted amount will refund in 24 hrs but till i did not get the same. I have called for them continuously for two days.

                            I have converted my postpaid connection into prepaid on 2nd septmber, 2017 its already 10days gone still my prepaid sim is not activated. When i visit the store they will say always there is the technical issue wait for some time. What is this? Such a worst network idea. How much time i have to wait i have already waited for 10 days.                               I'm using idea sim, my sim number is [protected], 1 week ago my sim card has closed, than i contact idea store, they told me i had panding previous vodafone bill payment, they told me u can pay your bill than your no will start. I payed my bill 9th september, and i send mail there i paid my bill, and on 10th september my number parmanent closed, i contacted there but they no one give me right reason.                                 I have received a call on 11.09.17, who said he is mr. Deepak kumar sharma, from mumbai and he asked my card no. He said he is from sbi and wants this no. To keep my account active. But later i got message that amount has been withdrawn by using my atm card no.- [protected] by idea money. That means the above person has fraudulently withdrawn amount from my account by using my atm card no.

                                    Its very disappointing to know that even after my 3 visits since last 2 months to your idea centers in vijay nagar, indore my gst in is still registered wrong in your records.
                                    I had also given my gst registration certificate to the manager (Jagdish [protected]) at one of your offices, but still no change in the gstin.

                                    Please do the needful at the earliest and provide me my current and previous months bills with my updated gst in, else i shall be forced to take the matter with the competent authority.

                                      I recharged 3g plan of rs.402 1gb per day for 84 days more than 35 days before. But i am not getting even 2g speed. Not able to open google page before 1 am. My idea no is [protected]. There is no issues in my phone or area network. Able to voice call properly. Only problem is the internet network. I feel like cheated as my money is wasted. I am getting good speed in other network like airtel using the same phone and in the same area. Really really frustrated now. Why trai or india govt is not inspecting their speed or not taking any action?
                                      Plz look out the issue and provide me the proper 3g speed for which i paid.

                                        Please change my mobile number from post paid to prepaid as the idea cellular company did a fraud with me i want change but as per trai rules i have to stay this # company with 90 days. Company told me thay i will have to pay postpaid bill amout as i requested them to covert my mobile number into prepaid so at least i will pay for only what i will used. But they are so ridicules and refuse do same.
